Head to toe is very badly shaved

The service is so long that you get tired of waiting and the sausage and bacon taste disgusting. Never coming here again do not recommend this place

A lovely place for lovely tea. Getting to and from the upstairs toilet is a challenge if you are not young

Food was nice, service ok but badly let down by the indoor smoking. Smokers in the front half of the building but it's open to the non smoking area and only partially open to the front - not pleasant and probably not legal.

The food and shisha were average, there are better options on the same road. It is a bit overpriced for the quality

My favourite shisha place in Bristol. My favourite flavours are Dragon Breeze and Cloud Lime, Paan, Guawa and Peach. Great food selection, always come out pretty quickly. All the ingredients are fresh and really delicious. The prices are good and good selection of food/drinks/shisha/deserts. My favourite desert is from baclava section, I love the pistachio baclava and walnut baclava is amazing too. Drinks you can have a nice Turkish tea or coffee, but if you want something stronger you have beer (love Efes beer), wine, cocktails. I have fraud mixed grill, falafel salad, burek, halloumi. The staff is nice and helpful and they are great remembering their loyal clients. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely Middle Eastern lounge with good music and seating area. In great location in Gloucester Road. We sat in the none smoking area. Enjoyed the food. Service was slightly slow considering how empty it was and it didn’t feel very welcoming to start with. Eventually things got better

I came in with my sister we sat down no one came to our table for a good 10 minutes and ask us if we are ready to order then we had to go to the till and order ourselves. When the dessert came we ate and then a homeless guy came in and stared to ask us for food and money we said we don’t have any then he got kicked out and came back and asked me if I’m still eating my brownie and I said yes I am then he took it and left with it and the owner didn’t do any about it

One of the few places on Gloucester Road let alone the entire Bristol that is open until late - so refreshing to be able to grab a coffee, tea, dessert or even food past midnight. I am a regular now and have been coming here often to meet my friends for the past few years. The atmosphere is lovely, it’s a nice little family run business. 😊

I saw the Waitress 2 times at all the restaurant was empty 5 people .Food was nothing special for all Turkish restaurants I visited 3 from 10.

Travelled for this restaurant to realize they are not open until 5pm..

Honestly, the best coffee I've experienced in Bristol! So well priced and always feel at home there. Couldn't recommend enough.

It used to be good. I went the other day with the family. We were all disappointed with our food. It might be nice to have a sheesha and some tea but I wouldn't bother with the food.

Beautifully prepared food and wonderful shisha. The only recommendation I have is some music/speakers in the smoking/shisha part please! :-)

Rude waitress. Dirty chairs. Small portions. I Wonder why they don't get customer hence why remains empty all the time. Waitress £7 an hour thinks she owns the restaurant.

Very average Turkish Breakfast kinda thing with very less serving quantity. No one came to take the order first and when I went to the counter to order, the lady was not interested in explaining me anything about food as it was my first time at any Turkish place.

A hidden gem with welcoming staff and an exciting menu. Food and drink from all over the world and a wonderful holiday feel to the place. Perhaps at its finest in summer but nothing better than a tasty Ezo soup on a cold day.

Horrible customer service. Took almost an hour for food to be served.. no apologies from staff or not even updated for delay.. food was small for the price . Rude Staff. Will not eat here again .

Great place , we stopped for coffee mid afternoon and the coffee was fantastic, will be coming back for food as the menu looks great ,might even try a shisha pipe. Well recommended

The Turkish breakfast is amazing.

My first time of using this establishment but hopefully not my last. I had an excellent coffee and a nice cheese and Turkish meat pannini with a salad garnish. The food was pleasant but nothing special but the service was spot on, and the decor really great. Huge beaten copper panel wall pictures and lots of dark wood. Plenty of seating I'd like to return here in the evening and sample more of their menu.

Öncesinde arayıp ev yapımı sarma olup olmadığını sormama ve evet yanıtını almama rağmen resmen hala donuk olan hazır dolmaları takeaway kutusuna koyup vermeleri.. Türk olmasam ve farkı bilmesem neyse ama ne gerek vardı yalan söyleyip kaziklamaya? £8.5 kasaniza yalandan girince ne oldu acaba? As a Turkish person I trusted their word saying they do "homemade stuffed wine leaves" which was a complete lie - they're just selling canned ones and I still don't get why would they lie about it and not just say. Just to rip off £8.5 ? the worse I've ever tried and not happy with the whole thing. I would argue whether the rest of the mezze menu is any good either.

Popped in today with my family as we liked the peaceful atmosphere and open look. We weren't disappointed. Food was very good, staff very friendly and it's a nice spot to chill and soak up the surroundings. Had a holiday feel to it with the windows open and layout. Impressive

It says open at 10 am we drive about 30 min to get here and it’s closed . You need to update your opening hours what a shame

I wish i didnt eat adana kebab here as it wasnt adana kebab. They put one shish kofta normally everyone put two and the taste was discusting. Lamb shish and ezogelin soup was ok but it disapointed me due to adana kebab was not adana kebab. Also i paid 2pound for pita bread which bread was too hard like stone despite this it is interesting that they charge extra for bread.

I am quite regular with lots of Turkish cuisine in Uk.This one is literally the worst place if you want to enjoy a family dinner with children. Their platters are literally one third of amount compared to any other Turkish restaurant. Do not recommend. It’s an insult to any nice family time.

Lovely food, good vegetarian variety and Turkish dishes. Service - it can feel a little like you are being done a favour unfortunately. Check your bill - ‘regular’ coffees are billed as ‘large’!

Very good coffee, friendly staff, great baklava

My boyfriend and I were craving a Turkish dinner and after seeing the reviews, knew we had to come here😍 We had a starter of hummus and a main of a chicken shish and a mixed grill then finished off with amazing Baklava and delicious cocktails. Honestly the most tasty meal we’ve had in a long time. It was our first time trying Backlava and it did not disappoint!😍 Being from Dalston in London I have been looking for a place like this for a while and I will definitely be coming back! Coffee was pretty good, out door area is pretty cool and price was good, but not enough ashtrays for all the tables - service was very slow - waiting 20/30 minutes for a coffee when not very busy.

Absolutely very very nice place for breakfast 🍳🥐 lunch, dinner and even next to Cafe is Cake shop as well from where you can treat yourself with lovely cakes and baklava. The prices are acceptable . I can say is very good value for money 💰💲🤑. Is very good place for students as well. Enjoy guys . Really recommend it.

A lovely Turkish/Mediterranean place about half way along the Gloucester Road. Outside cover eating as well as indoors. A wide range of filling choices for lunch Service was lovely. The four of us each had something different but all agreed that everyone's tasted so lovely. Even our two teens were impressed (they can be picky)

Great place for lunch - the falafel and hummus wrap is tasty and great value. Atmosphere is good and the staff are friendly.

Recently I ordered a birthday cake from Ezo and I was so pleased with the customer service received, the attention to detail and the beautiful, delicious cake that they made. 100% recommend.

I love this place so much! Every single dish is wonderfully prepared and full of flavour. The ezme here is incredible as a starter before our mains, followed by traditional Turkish coffee, or tea served in a çaydanlik, and some baklava. Thanks once again for a great meal and service ☺️ it was a real treat to come to you to celebrate my birthday.

Had a lovely lunch here today with my four year old. Delicious food and a superb waitress who was so friendly and welcoming, especially to my little one. Would definitely recommend the baklava!

I'm so happy we tried here on a whim last night, after the other place we were driving to eat at was closed. Finally - good Turkish food in Bristol! I'd already pretty much given up hope on the idea that there was anywhere to be found in Bristol that would come anywhere near close to being like the food I used to love and have all around when I lived in Green Lanes in London ...but this place is incredible! All the flavours of our meal were really delicious and the portion sizes were good, although maybe a bit less meat than I was expecting for the price initially, but to be honest the rest of the parts mades up for this by being generous and tasting so good. I was nicely full from what I did get in the end. I also got a baklava for desert too, since I wanted to try their cakes, and was not disappointed with this either. Really well made and nice flavour and texture to it . Thanks for our meal and for friendly service too. You've got some very happy new customers.

Don't try their cakes , so stale and really bad taste . Breakfast was ok but very small portion, for that price you get better breakfast in any other places .
