Extra Pizza & Kebab in Neath Port Talbot

Food is always hot and fresh. Always try to make sure the food is either early or on time! Never had a bad meal from here and order pretty much once a week. Tasty, hot delicious food!

The food is always so good from here! my boyfriend prefers this pizza over Dominoes, and has said this is his favourite takeaway place! Staff are always friendly and so are the delivery drivers. I would 100% recommend 👌

Delivery is over an hour late. It shows on the app as delivered but when we phoned the store to confirm this we were told that the driver will be leaving the shop. That was over 20 mins ago.

zero stars. the fried chicken was overcooked and burnt,,,,, the chicken shish kebab was under cooked and not real chicken and in total the food was absolutely disgusting. i called the owner and he came to collect the food to issue me a full refund.

Ordered from here for the first time ordered a 9” pizza and hosan sorted me a 12” for no extra price as theirs weren’t any left pizza was only a 10 min wait perfectly made and cooked will deffo be ordering from here again next time 🍕👌🏻

We have been loyal customers for over 2 years. After a terrible customer service experience this evening from a very rude lady on the phone we will be taking our custom elsewhere. We order quite regular and will not be again, customer service is key and you have let yourself down. We placed an order at 18.15pm and it's now 19.48 and our food has not arrived. We called to ask where our order was and was told...standard...it's on its way. I stated that an hour and a half without any communication is not right, then to be told what do you want! We would have accepted a phonecall or message to say there would be a delay. You have lost loyal customers this evening

Had a kebab last night was extremely overcooked,dry, very tough. Even my dog wouldn't eat it. Normally you're food is ok but last night was definitely the worst kebab I've ever had. I won't be returning

The wrap was lovely so was cheese cake but Doritos were over cooked but I enjoyed will be ordering agai.

Grease way too much. The meat on a kebabs should be dark not light in colour no lemon slice too cut through the oils. I can handle almost any food. Care in food is important would I use this shop again 🤔 is the answer. **

We came in around closing time and despite being an obvious pain the service was still amazing. Staff was friendly and a pleasure to be around. The food is delicious and such a good comfort food i do eat. me and my boyfriend are locals and order here all the time. and are broke college students so i’d recommend 100% to others.

These guys have always been amazing. The food is always piping hot, the pizza is simply incredible and the deals they do are always excellent! The delivery time is always spot on and the drivers are really friendly! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Repeat customer but unfortunately delivery is now often late. Ordered at 8:30, expected delivery stated for 9:20 but food didn't arrive until 10:10. Had to chase order. Hoping things improve

The food was slightly cold which I expected as it said my food had been out on delivery for 45 mins..,. First time ordering from here and was shocked by the standards.

Ordered 2 pizzas and turned up at least 45 mins late and when I called, the staff were borderline on being rude. Barely any toppings, and both pizzas were squashed by delivery driver. Overall not a good experience

We ordered a mixed chicken Shish and lamb donor kebab which was one of the best I’ve had in a long time! I asked them to separate the salad, sauce and kebab and they had no issues! We also ordered a burger and chips, burger was really good, chips could’ve been a little crispier but overall the takeaway was a 9/10!

Pizza - really good and a they offer a great "happy days" deal when you buy 2! Fries - soggy, not great. Delivery time awful - ordered at 7:30PM, delivered at 10PM If there's genuine reason for this - please indicate this on your estimated delivery times, that's really NOT okay. Resteraunt did not answer my call when I tried to chase up this order.

My pizza was hot and delicious. Wedges were plentiful and very tasty. The food also looked attractive.

Chips were lovely and nachos!! But, the fried chicken was as hard as a rock - couldn’t eat it the skin was like a brick and the chicken inside was extremely over cooked and dry!! Sorry guys 😫 Would still order again just not order the fried chicken!!

Outstanding portion sizes! Staff are polite and helpful. We picked up our order but they forgot to put something in, however as soon as I told them they came and dropped it off along with extra drinks!

Always top quality food that’s delivered fresh and hot. Pizzas in particular are always great, and they don’t scrimp on the sauce like some places do. Guys there are always friendly and polite as well. Definitely recommend 👍🏻
