pizza is descent but the constant inability to correctly fulfil the order is down right depressing.

Wrong dippers and pizza, tried to get a refund, and then the second delivery to replace the incorrect items came with another wrong item. How do you even put pepper and onion on a plain pizza? Don't even bother.

Super cringe, got the order wrong. It aint that hard to get the order right

I placed an order through Just eat.and the order was accepted. The delivery was supposed to be 1545 hours and at 1655 the order had still not arrived despite opening times displayed on its website. I tried to call the restaurant but no answer. I ended up driving down and it is closed. So how the order was accepted and the place not open. I am now over £70 down and no food for a family gathering.

Order placed through just eat.Order cancelled after an hour and restaurant closed 🙄

Awful! Pizza tasted disgusting and was like rubber, was missing 3 ITEMS! Phoned and they said they will deliver then it took another half hour for them to deliver the missing items but they wasnt what we ordered! They then show up at my house asking for all the food back because we left a bad review!! Awful company awful place rude staff!

Asked for no jalapeños on pizza, got jalapeños. Asked for a QUORN vegetarian pizza, got chicken! Waited 2 hours, had to physically go there to see what’s happening, phone number disconnected. Waste of time! Now hungry and so are my kids!!! (And then you lie. Refund and I’ll take the review down, because apparently the fact I already reviewed is why you won’t refund?) how does that make sense. If your wrong own it 🙄

it was very bad they stole my money after i rang them and he said its on its way and 30 minutes later it clsoed.

The business owner mr sujith is extremely rude individual I has only having a minor complaint about the food and he was awful avid at all cost

50 minute wait as a walk in customer for£60 of uncooked pizzas. Never again.

Lovely food and delivery on time. However, we ordered the special offer and it was missing coleslaw, a bottle of drink and cheese on our garlic bread plus we had spicy wings rather than normal ones (be warned they’re very spicy)! My seafood pizza was also missing anchovies. I text the number I had but didn’t receive a reply. The leaflet, that we had through the door that day, also had a different price to what was online.

Food arrived at the time we had specified, and it was piping hot. We'd ordered the chicken BBQ and garden party pizzas, both were delicious as were the garlic knots and with a drink as well and all for £15 with an offer it was great value too

Just AWFUL!!! I was told never to ring the shop again. Just eat app wouldn't let me check out with the cash option, so I rang them direct and placed the order.... An hour and 20 mins I'm still waiting... Hungry child constantly looking out for his food and getting frustrated... I called the shop and it's coming now.... Nah I gave up.... Got abuse of the man too, swearing at me.... AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE.

Awful quality of food. I won’t eat from you again the food was a disappointment. dough was stale and it tasted rank also asked for thin and got deep pan just a bad turn out.

unbelievably bad service, food was late and completely wrong order. when asking the man over the phone he said he could not refund or send me a free pizza. will never order again and should not able to be in business

Should be able to give ZERO STARS!!!! Absolutely disgusting service from this poor excuse of a takeaway! We ordered through just eat was given a 45 minute window for delivery which was fine an alert to say driver was on way at 35 minutes so we waited and waited and waited an hour after delivery still no food. Phoned takeaway to be told driver was 2 minutes away 15 minutes later still no driver so ring again to be told Driver is outside... 10 minutes later he finally arrives with no apology . Take food in to settle and eat. Firstly it was cold but because we had waited so long we decided to eat it anyway.. its was vile!!! Pizza was dry and had a funny taste to it the chips were old and greasy onion rings were dripping in oil so were soggy the garlic bread was burnt and it all tasted disgusting. We phoned the takeaway again and were told oh we will send you a replacement!! No thanks we would like a refund.. ok we come over in half hour... when he arrived the customer service was Shocking saying no refund because you have eaten some of the food!! Had a 20 minute argument with him after he called me a lier multiple times I finally got some of the money back!! No way would I ever use this joke of a place again!!!!

Absolutely awful service - placed an order at 23:45 and an hour and a half later, still no sign of the food. I called on my partners behalf to be told the driver was 'just leaving' - 2am rolls around, they've closed and taken our money with no food to show for it. Completely unacceptable - no company should ever do this.

Would never use them again after they put it through the just eat app as delivered but it was clearly not just so I couldn't cancel as they was very late. I had left home about 45 minutes after they said that they had delivered when I recieved a very abusive phone call from a guy saying he was trying to deliver when I told him I was out he got very abusive and said I couldn't cancel lol just eat fully refunded me.

Called the restaurant to enquire about my food and they said they'd delivered it. Not to my address they didn't.. I asked for a refund which they refused as they said they'd delivered. I will be in touch with just eat customer service to get a refund. Extremely rude people on the phone and very unprofessional. Give this restaurant a miss.

Found a menu posted through my door and thought I would give it a go. absolutely LOVED it! Very fresh and not greasy like a Domino's pizza. A nice cold bottle of coke aswell unlike the lukeward ones you sometimes get with a takeaway. We will definitely order again. Half the price of Domino's, not as greasy and twice as nice. Also, if I could ask that all the individuals who have left negative reviews to please spell check your reviews. It's quite frankly embarrassing.

Rude staff. Smothered in cheese when asked not to so I couldn’t eat my dinner and they couldn’t care less.

Food was ok not great. Was missing 2 items from my order I called to explain this and they said they would be re-delivered and they never turned up. Wouldn’t bother again!

Ordered a pizza for delivery not coming from area didn’t know if I was in delivery distance but on filling out ordered on line for delivery it took my money then told me to collect. On ringing up to Challenge it, I got called a retard. Wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say about floor on the webpage. Don’t understand how someone that is trying to run a Business can be so disrespectful to customers. This is not acceptable and will never use again.

Always hot, tasty and on time. If they had a burger on the menu, in particular the burgers used by mamas at greenhill, I would struggle to go anywhere else

I would 100% recommend this place I had a pizza and so did my partner I would rather have this over dominos any day and would certainly recommend to someone if they didn’t know where to order from. Very good for money aswell aswell as quick service

I was Ordered (online)kids meal 2 small pizza cheese and tomato stuffed crust with cheese and Fanta orange and mozzarella sticks another pizza small express pepperoni stuffed with jalapeños when arrived we had small pepperoni with jalapeños on top and another small cheese pizza with jalapeños and no drink with and mozzarella sticks.I was called them they quickly said sorry will send a new pizza for kids and drink .20 min later arrived small express pepperoni not kids pizza plus drink .I try too deal with them but we had language barrier he didn’t catch what was a problem and why I called them again and off story kids had sandwiches for dinner!

we had 2 large pizzas but the base was very hard you could taste it wasnt a fresh pizza base such a shame. Onion rings was very soggy. I wont be going back unless they sort there selfs out.

Ordered online and had a confirmation email. 2 hours later still no pizza. Called them and they said they had no order sent to them what should they do. We asked for money back and they said no as had no order. I will be reporting them. They are discusting and rude. They need shutting down and they will be shut down soon......

Worse pizza ever . Found hair in it not just a little neather . Plus was very rude delivery was an hour late . Never again cant stress enough how bad it was. Plus there was rat droppings I noticed . I will be getting in touch with the environmental health department to pass my concerns on
