Lovely, friendly atmosphere and eclectic customer base. Delicious food at a very reasonable price. No pressure to eat up and get out! Dog and baby friendly! What's not to like?

Always good food and service. Warm and inviting atmosphere, some books and puzzles to distract children and a great kids meal selection. GF and Vegan options available too.

Popped in here when Manchester seemed to have the worst rain day ever. Went in for a coffee ended up with a double vodka and coke. The staff are always friendly and pleasant here. The place was packed with people eatting and drinking.

Excellent menu of delicious dishes. The food tasted very fresh and great service.

Ordered coffee and a brownie, but the brownie didn't arrive in the 35mins we were there. As we had to leave we asked for a refund and was told it would come the next day, but they wouldn't give me a receipt showing the refund. Unsurprisingly, it still hasnt arrived. I have now been told three days later, refunds can take TEN working days to arrive back in my account

Popped in here on a busy Saturday morning and we’re not disappointed. The staff were friendly and pleasant. We didn’t have to wait long for the breakfasts and they were yummy

Expo Lounge is one of a chain, all with di names but all ending in "Lounge". Service could be a bit quicker, but is always pleasant.

Nice place in didsbury, reasonably priced food, good selection of small plates etc feels like cooked from scratch and not just microwaved

We had a lovely lunch here, sat outside in the beautiful English summer sun. The service was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, we ordered and paid using a barcode on the table for the first time! It all worked very well. 😀

Came for lunch with family after our daughters Graduation. Staff were lovely & gave my daughter a glass of bubbly to congratulate her, which was very nice of them. Food was absolutely delicious, nice portion sizes. Will definitely come again & would recommend to anyone .

I had been waiting for the lounge to open for at least 20 minutes outside the door, specifically because I enjoy the coffee here. Once in, at 9:00, I ordered a latte and a hot chocolate, eventually spending more than £7. When I sat and started enjoying my coffee and the environment, I decided to have some bakery items I bought from another shop. The two ladies at the till started talking sneakily, and then the older one rudely shouted, 'You cannot bring your own food!' We decided to finish our drinks and leave the lounge. Such a frustrating and bad experience. The ladies showed such poor communication skills and bad customer care. Never ever again in this place!

Grabbed a quick lunch, the Lounge Bacon Burger and the Smash Burger, both excellent flavour, great craftsmanship. Came out fast, fresh, and perfect size sides of chips and slaw. Beer was plenty cold. 5/5 would highly recommend!

As a 1st time customer, I can honestly say my breakfast was faultless..... it actually defeated me lol. I'm a fussy guy with a healthy appetite which makes this a well earned compliment. So, great food in a great atmosphere under gentle lighting what more could you ask... So it's a big thumbs up from me & a special thanks to Sam in the kitchen for making it a great memorable experience & we will definitely be returning in the near future.

Dog friendly. Lovely place and very extensive gluten free menu, which I was happy about. Ordered the sweetcorn fritters, they were to die for! Arancini was also great and the sweet potato fries were good. Burger was average, I would have been a bit disappointed, if I’d only ordered that. Service was great and friendly I would come back! My only critique was it was a little cold inside as the door is constantly opening/closing, so if you’re sensitive to that maybe ask to sit closer to the kitchen out of the way. Great place!

Great place if you can get in. Good selection of food, herby chicken flatbread & tapas are excellent and reasonably priced for Didsbury.

We came on the off chance for lunch mid week - and it was busy, we had to wait for a table, which we read as a good sign! Staff members were polite, if not a little rushed off their feet, we were put at an unclean table and she gave it a half hearted wipe! My son ordered from the children’s menu and I, the lunch. The food was great, tasty and very good value for money. We will be back with the rest of the family! A few pointers, the bathroom could be cleaner in fact the whole place does feel a little grubby but I think that’s part of the charm! Will be back for sure!

What a lovely find. Never been to Didsbury never mind eat here. Will definitely be visiting again. Food was amazing. Lovely ladies serving and wow what a busy place. Constant flow of people of all ages and even the odd well behaved doggie. A must visit. 👌

I always go here if I can when I'm in Manchester! I love the food, the friendly staff and quick service. It's dog friendly, which is nice. I'd defo recommend as the menu is wide ranging so likely something for everyone and good quality too 😊👍🏾

Wandered in for a drink the ambience and food was so amazing we stayed all night. Service was extra mile and it’s dog friendly too. Lovely chilled place.

Old or young, perfect for a treat, was busy but no delay in getting a table for two and served in a timely manner. Be prepared to order using your phone... luckily my daughter sorted that part.

Just a great place for an informal meal. I particularly like the fact you order and pay, thus avoiding that annoying waving for the bill at the end, then being slightly annoyed at the level of ‘optional’ service charge, for bringing a plate of food. Recommended.

I love this place, I go with the girls from recovery and it's a really nice atmosphere with a good selection if soft drinks so we feel like we're actually on night out (theres loads of alcoholic drinks too we just cant have them). Loads of us are gluten free or vegan and there's a massive selection of stuff we can have that tastes great, I'd highly recommend the GF tapas. I took my vegan friend here and he loved it too. Staff are really nice and friendly and the place has loads of weird cool paintings to look at if the conversation gets boring. Toilets are clean and each loo has a proper room rather than a cubicle (this matters to me). There's a car park that's pretty cheap (just make sure you get a ticket after 10 mins there), my friends park on the road for free but I'm a bit nervous so the car parks great for me. The place is child and dog friendly and all flat with plenty of space between chairs for buggies, wheelchairs, walkers etc.

Always enjoyed this expo but last weeks experience was very disappointing. The food wasn't up to its usual standards as it was understaffed

Great menu and delicious food. Shame about the portion sizing of my dessert though - £3.95 for a very small slice of chocolate and raspberry torte was a disappointing end to the meal!

Popped in to collect an emergency order of churros at 2pm on a Saturday cuz my fiancé was craving it and hangry. Place was packed with a great atmosphere. Decent service with polite staff. Didnt try the rest of the menu but the food looked great. Everything on ground floor so suitable for disabled. There's a pay n display carpark at the back. You can order food for collection on the website. I'll deffo come back when I'm next in the village.

I would like to shared my experience during brunch at expo lounge, we order nasi goreng however the taste was horrible and we order tapas again taste was not that great chicken was dry so disappointed with the food here however the services not that bad

I’ve been here a few times but the most recent I had the burger and it was super dry. Also, the bacon on it was so salty it could give you a heart attack. Nice servers tho and breakfast/brunch items are nice.

Sadly didn't expect to be disappointed by my coffee given that I have ordered many a time before, and when I complained to manager on my way out, all I got was an apology, and offer of another coffee!! Like I would want another drink after I have explicitly made her aware mine was undrinkable! A refund on my drink would have ensured I come back.

The food is delicious , music is amazing.If I was too make it 5 stars I would make the portions of the mains bigger because I feel they are quite small.And we came here in April still waiting for a kids ice cream friendly staff slow service. Food portions are very small this is ridiculous 1 starfrom me. I recommend coming here if you like wasting time service and waiting time is horrifically slow.. No toilet paper where are supposed to do our business on the floor?? The service is snail-paced and the staff is mentally slow. Needs to be more diverse too much British music. Pizza stone cold and raw could be killed a 4 year old. Carrot and homous starter pathetic 1 breadsticks 2 carrotsticks what was it chopsticks and a little piece of squid??. Miserable staff .looked like they don't like working. Staff very argumentative and disrespectful very questioning horrific staff manners.prices were dear drink sizes were petite could ve gone to maccas and got a better latte

- Bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned for 3.5 hours (at least according to the sign in sheet, went at 14:35). Only 1 of the women’s stalls had toilet paper. - I like dogs, but they should be allowed on the furniture. - Was given dirty napkins and cutlery, was made to feel uncomfortable when I asked for new ones - Found an old shrivelled mushroom in my chips, which they clearly didn’t know about it. They did replace the chips although it felt as though it was done begrudgingly. Could’ve been much worse had I been allergic. - Was not made to feel very welcome, you’re better off going elsewhere.

Had the chicken bacon & Avocado burger today for lunch, it was amazing! Food was fresh and delicious. Coffee was nice too which is a rarity. Nice atmosphere and wasn't waiting ages for food either :)

Very accommodating for a party of 5 adults, children and 3 prams. Easy to order through the website and lots of choice. Food arrived promptly and staff were extremely helpful. We went in the morning and it was relatively quiet however was full by the time we left - no option to book.

Very disappointing!! We ordered the 3 for £12.50 tapas (got 6 dishes). The Arancini was nice but a minute portion, everything else seemed overpriced and extremely underwhelming, wetherspoons level food. My pint was also flat with no head. When asked at the end of the meal how our food was, we said 'a little disappointing to be honest'. Our waiter replied 'I doubt that, you've eaten most of it'. A rude response to customer feedback at best. We won't be back and neither should you!

It's OK, a bit on the noisy side. There is 'sort of' table service here: you order and pay for your food on your phone, and it eventually gets delivered to your table. The staff do come and ask if everything is OK with your meal, which is a positive. The food is ok, expensive for what it is though: the curse of 'Didsbury Prices' as usual!
