Stayed at the Clayton Hotel for work. Wanted to grab an easy dinner in the hotel restaurant. But the service was borderline non-existent so I walked 1min next door to Hort’s Townhouse and ate there instead.

The restaurant space is very nice, but the menu is boring and the food is really quite average. It's a shame because the hotel itself is great!

a friend and i went in for a drink and overheard a staff member (who’s name tag said “victor”) making horribly racist comments about two black men who had just been at the bar. i doubt this is the first time he’s done this and it’s disgusting that someone with such morals is allowed to be at the forefront of such a company.

3 Marsh StAbsolutely chaos. Vegan and gluten free options were incorrectly labelled. non gluten free sandwiches were labelled gf and they were not. This is a legal offence. Do not use. They do not know allergies and clearly take no care in delivering to businesses. Shocking. Please do not use this service if you have allergies.

Delivery 703 Fishponds Road, Bristol BS16 3UH EnglandI asked for a refund for an order I placed, after there was a mistake in sending my pizza to a completely different location! They declined my request for a refund. They're a multi-million pound organisation, yet they refuse to refund me £25, after they had made the mistake!
