Convenient location right in the center. Friendly services. Many items are surprisingly and delightfully available, including fish sauce and soya sauce!!!!

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT buy anything from this company. I received a parcel, and 1 item did not arrive. I complained to them, and they told me they will NOT do anything further, no replacement or refund. They claimed that the warehouse packed the item and implied that I was trying to cheat them (stealing). The manager doesn't even bother to solve the problem.

Extremely disappointing customer service. Many items arrived damaged. Their customer service blamed DPD when the parcel was really poorly packed in the first place, with heavy items on top of lighter ones, a box too large for it's content, and no mention that the parcel was fragile and perishable on the outside of the box. Naturally, I threw in the bin the leaking boxes of soups and inedible broken biscuits and soaking wet Cantal cheese. I then proceeded to contact their customer service to ask for a refund. The day after, they responded to inform me that to receive a refund, I would have to send back the damaged items. I am not in the mood to dig through my bin, and pack leading boxed of soup and biscuits crumbs in plastic bags to avoid causing a mess to DPD drivers. After this, they've asked for more pictures, but the items are now in the building communal bin and for basic hygiene and health and safety reasons, it is not reasonable to ask me to find which bin bag was mine, open it, and locate the products. So I guess all I can do is strongly recommend AGAINST this shop and its extremely poor customer service. (FrenchClick takes ages to deliver but at least, the food from there arrives in decent conditions.) Update: contrary to what their response says, they did not offer to send any replacement in their original email. Update 2: to send replacement, they want me to ship them the damaged items, ie they're asking me to book a DPD delivery for a bin bag. I cannot believe it. Especially since I already put the bin bag in the building communal bin. Update 3: After calling me 3 times in 6 minutes and sending me one email, which I responded to, they're still refusing to find a solution. I informed them that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and in my opinion, they did not use reasonable care and skill when they provided this service. This is unfortunate, but to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else after me, I reported the business to Trading Standards.

I ordered some French shower gel online for delivery to my home in the Midlands - it arrived dead on time and in perfect condition. The charge for delivery was very reasonable. I would certainly use them again

Placed an order for some cheese just before the Covid-related travel chaos at Dover and Calais, on the 23rd Dec i received a mail to say "We are doing our best to fulfil the order but our driver is awaiting test results before he can cross the border. Do you wish to proceed with your order?" i confirmed the order and thought it would likely be between Xmas and New Year before i received it. Lo and behold at 6pm on Xmas Eve i received a knock at the door where i was courteously handed my cheese! Fantastic service and i shall be using them again. Very happy to recommend.

It is my Second online order , I have only received an excellent costumer services from EUROPAFOOD.xb , keeping updated all of the time , excellent communication . Great choices of foods . A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE TEAM , INCLUDING THE KIND POLITE DRIVERS .

ordered from this company last year - great service. However this year was a total mess and I will not be ordering from them again due to lack of understanding and communication. My payment failed and they would not let me settle the payment the following working day (less than 48 hours). They collected back their order straight away. Quite pathetic - all was needed is a bit or patience and empathy. Mrs Reynolds

Placed an order online - needed to add a couple of items to the order. Immediate contact from the shop. No issues - order was updated, additional balance paid via PayPal … Order arrived today as promised. Expertly packaged. No issues. Excellent service from start to finish.

I stopped by this store 6 times. The prices were comparable with the plethora of small groceries in the area. What stands out was the friendly service and helpful advice from the staff.

I was travelling from Heathrow and way staying over in Paddington not far from this shop. I found everything I was looking for. Great customer service. 100% happy customer. Will come back here for sure.

Have used Europafood for 5 years now mainly for home delivery and can not fault them. They are especially good at accomodating special requests (orders outside of their standard catalogue). Great driver who knows well his customers.

Placed an online order, and paid for it, on Sunday. Nothing happened on Monday. The order status remained as "new". On Tuesday I checked the status of my order to realise that an item had been removed from my basket. Its status at that time...

We picked up food for a picnic in Hyde Park and could not have been more pleased. They packed meats, cheeses, breads and off we went for a fun and inexpensive lunch in the park. We recommend doing this too!

Tasty little cafe and French deli. Try the carrot cake, it is delicious! Great service, friendly staff, a gem of a cafe. :)
