Euro Chicken & Ribs in Dover

Appalling service recently. I ordered a variety family bucket costing £21.65 for delivery. On opening (after the driver left) I discovered the BBQ spare ribs and chicken wings were not included. I called up an hour later to say the items were missing and was told a driver would bring them out. Rang back 2 hours later and was told the driver will send them out. At 11.30pm I called again and was told there is no delivery drivers there now. The staff seems very disinterested in fulfilling orders correctly or providing a satisfactory service, it's like they just don't care. Another point is that the chicken is not always cooked properly so you pink flesh with blood near the bone. Avoid.

Don't order as it's not from euro they send the order on to favourite chicken whitch is horrible

Do not order a delivery from this place. I waited nearly an hour before I called the restaurant to ask where my food was and spoke to the rudest delivery driver I've ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. He told me he'd rang the doorbell and left the food by the door and told me to go outside to look for it. I did so. No food. I told him this. He said the food was there and it's not his problem I didn't have it. He then complained that those were my instructions, and said he knows where I live, he's delivered there many times before. I've never ordered from this place before (and never will again). He then gave me directions to what he thought was my house. I told him he was wrong and he should have turned right. He said "I don't need to turn right, I know this house", then gave me directions to the wrong house again. I told him I know where I live and he should bring my food to the right house. He refused and said "don't do this again. Don't play these games, why did you give these instructions?!". I told him I assumed he'd find the right house. He eventually said "fine, I'll bring it. Bye." I waited another 25 minutes for a different delivery driver to show up as the first didn't have the courage to face his mistake himself. The food had been left 2 doors down.

I love this place as the food is great but I'm not at all happy with them today, I had a home delivery at 5pm,yet on arrival ther was no frys in the bag so I called them, the guy said they wher busy and asked if I can make do with free frys next time, I said no I'd like them now as I'd already payed for them and he said they be with me in half hour, it's 21.49pm now and still no frys and iv rang several times but noone is answering the phone, so not happy at all with them

This a nice little take away. Needed some food at 11pm. Was a little hesitant given the reviews but it seemed like the best option. The prices are cheaper than what I would expect. Employees were very nice and my fries were made fresh. Got the chicken strips meal with an extra side of fries. Chicken was pretty good but not amazing, would have really just preferred them more well done but that's a personal preference. At this price point you really can't complain. Fries were excellent.

Food was okay but unfortunately nothing special. Chicken and chips were tasty but the burger was very cold and dry. Would not be returning unfortunately.

This place has gone down hill. The chicken was completly over cooked . My burger arrived with burger sauce smothering the bottom roll so was falling apart. And i never asked for burger sauce and the ribs where gross.

Chips soggy and taste like they have been sitting in the heater for ages. ignorant staff, didn't get cheese on my cheese burger.

Awful son called in on way home from work allegedly cooked fresh but omg no way could it be eaten the burger with hash brown which was cooked in cold fat as saturated. Whole bottle of Mayo stale bun over cooked tough as cold chicken nothing was good with regards to this took my money delivered rubbish food !!! Avoid avoid avoid

Really disappointed... Been a customer for years... Charge you for items and not deliver... Absolutely disappointed... Even after calling back and they said they would deliver... Yet nothing... Will rethink next time we order

Staff cross examination while handling cash and touch food with bare hands

This place has had its ups and downs throughout the years of owning, mainly down hill especially on ordering deliveries as something is always missing and on the occasion I popped in I was missing a complete meal and when I phoned up, surprise surprise nobody answered. The chicken is hit and miss whether it’s too dry or too moist with oil, not really in between, the ribs are basically sauce on a bone no meat and the chips are like cardboard. Even the famous euro chicken mayo has been replaced with something different.

The food was delicious, went there last night at around 10 or 11 and everything was still fresh. staff is extremely friendly. I definitely recommend this chicken shop probably the best one I have been to yet

Gone down hill on flavour plus all you get is drum sticks in a box and not thighs bit on the tight side.

Everytime, 30-45 mins delivery time, twice now had to wait over hour and half, no more, canceled the food. Shocking service, shocking telephone service. Resturant is only interested in going via delivery companies for the extra money. Sorry you have now lost my custom. Your greed will be your downfall.

Dover euro chicken under new management we have had euro chicken for years but last 3 years awful keep trying but not impressed .But o my goodness new management back to original euro chicken it was hot ,cooked lovely and the chicken was excellent,can’t wait for the next one.

Ordered from he toytal wrong asked them to put it right they wanted us to pay more money they are rude

The food itself was average. My feedback is everything was drenched in too much sauce. My BBQ burger so much BBQ and Mayo inside that I was able to scrape it all out and fill 1/4 of the burger case. I pulled my Corn on the cob from its bag and dribbled butter all over me. I couldn't eat either products. The BBQ wings where no longer crispy, they where soggy from BBQ sauce. Dryers where clean.

I think if there was an option for less than 1 star I would give it. We have tried them a few times for a takeaway. Each time we have a delivery. The last few time it was late and cold. We thought that as we haven't had it for a while we thought we would try it again. This evening the driver is 25 mins late, my good is cold, no reason why it was late apart from sorry. I'm now having to re-heat it in the oven. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I previously gave this restaurant a five star review. Then much later I decided to order on just eat from euro chicken. I waited, and waited then a message that my order had been cancelled. I called them only to be told they didn't have the piri chicken I had requested and had rang me to change the order. There had been no phone call...All I can say is the attitude was bad and they offered no different order as recompense. So it takes more than food to make a restaurant and they have let me down.

Second time of ordering Peri chicken, very happy! Nicely spiced and very tasty. Even better than a major household name. Recommended...

Quite good food, you get Alot for your money if you know where to look and the staff are kind and helpful. Will go there again and would recommend.

Chips were cold, and felt like they had been sat there for ages. Spicy/hot wings.. not spicy or hot at all. And kids burger was over cooked and small in a massive bun.

Me and my partner usual order from Euro Chicken. But after tonight we are not going back, my partner ordered a corn on a cob. When she bit in to the corn on a cob 'it tasted bitter' her words. The corn on the cob was rotton all the way through. We ARE never ordering from there again

went Into the shop got my order when I got home I had missing items wrong things the chicken was really pink and bleeding I contacted them to tell them what has happened and they started getting abusesive and then hung up the phone

What a transformation?!?! WOW!! You have to visit the shop yourself to visually see what I mean by this. I have posted a picture up on photos so you can see the difference yourself. I ordered some peri peri chicken, a bargain bucket, ribs and vege burger as it was dinner for my whole family. The service was really quick, the food was made fresh, the menu boards were easier to understand and there is a lot more options than before now. Some really great value for money opening offers were shown too. The food was given to me hot and it tasted really really good. All in all the new management have done great improvement in all aspects.

My family and I absolutely love their ribs and chips meals, there isn't many places that sell takeaway ribs so we actually travel more than 20 miles to euro chicken here as they are the best ribs weve ever had and not once have they ever failed us, the gentleman will always happily cook your ribs from fresh, very polite man and happy customer service, cannot fault these in any way!! And the price is spot on.

After calling and being passed around to someone else after a woman who answered said you deal with them to the man I spoke with as I never order from there before. I was told after 10 mins of trying to explain my address as he could not understand what i was saying that it would be a 50 min wait. Nah il pass..

Expensive dried out tasteless food. Don't bother!

This shop has gone downhill. We ordered very late and they stayed open for us which I felt completely guilty for. In this I expected the left overs and not so good meal choices left for us BUT what I found was not one but two long brown hairs, with others (like cotten wool) nesseld in the mayonnaise inside the burger that housed chicken that was so hard and brittle I feared for my teath. My partner basicly had deep fried bones to replace chicken meat and all in all it was a poor, harrowing experience. I understand we were an inconvience but you still have to keep up to a quality standered, and hygiene... right ?! I can still feel the hair wrapped around my tounge. It’s too late to get my £11 back now, to which I think is rediculous. Which sucks because I used to work for their partner company and loved every minute and meal that I had there, so very sad.

Ordered from them tonight and everything turned up cold almost as cold as the can of coke when challenged they said they hadn't heard delivered to my address when I said I had a receipt from my card they changed track and said they would redeliver. But no hot boxes used so it would be just as cold. Not enjoyable and not sure this would have happended if it was still siva franchise cannot think it's not anymore avoid people !!!!!! Terrible experience !!!!!!

This chicken shop was good!! but has gone down hill. the chicken was hard was like trying to eat a brick and the burn was spilt . I thought it was one off got some food tonight chips wear cold & wet. the chicken tasted as if had been sitting for a long time, hard . It's over price for what it is aswell

Ate here once, before I found out about the 1* food hygiene rating, and felt very ill the next day. I am certain I was poisioned from eating at eurochicken and this was validated further when I found out about the terrible conditions found when health inspectors visited the restaurant... would not reccomend at all.

Absolute terrible service and food. Food took nearly 2 hours to come. Extremely rude on the phone. And food wasnt even hot. Do not go here. Worst take away i have ever had.

This USED to be the best chicken & chips takeaway in Dover however, things have gone drastically downhill, the food & service is now very poor & has been for sometime now, best to spend you money elsewhere.

I regularly visit Eurochicken, always late at night. Great value for money puts it way ahead of KFC.

Euro chicken is an eat in, take away and delivery service. The food is very nice and the prices are reasonable. I would choose Euro Chicken over there more famous rival.
