Been here many times under a few different names but also great food and service!

I have no idea why this place wasn't busier. The pizzas are superb (as good as anything you'll find in Tunbridge Wells), they have a good choice of beers on tap and it' was pretty good value.

Great vegan pizzas available at good prices. Spacious restaurant with tables not crammed on top of each other. Quick and friendly service and convenient location 5 mins walk from parking.

Wow! We had the most delicious pizzas & garlic bread here. And the customer service was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much to the wonderful owner who was very welcoming, friendly & really looked after us. ❤️👍🏼👏🏼👌🏼❤️

The bread is stretchy and delicious the cheese is stretchy and delicious the sauce is not stretchy but is delicious and the plate is inedible and delicious

I have just had the pleasure of trying both the pizza and pasta from Osteria and to my delight both were absolutely delicious. The food arrived piping hot and it was evident that they had only used the freshest ingredients as both the pizza and pasta were packed with flavour. To top it off, their customer service is exceptional. Courteous and accommodating, they truly go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. In short, if you are ever in Tunbridge Wells and you are looking for pizza\pasta then look no further as you will not be disappointed.

Just the ticket after a freezing day Christmas shopping. Had the capricciosa pizza and it was so flavourful and huge. Friendly service, highly recommend.

Really good food on a Sunday night, we arrived just as people were leaving for a show at the theatre so it was perfect timing, great service, really great food and good drinks choices, wine prices by the glass is a useful thing. Very impressed, garlic cheese bread was lovely and Gorgonzola walnut rocket gnocchi was delicious.

Great service here, lovely people. The pizza here it’s honestly one of the best I’ve tried in the UK.

Food is always great. Staff are always friendly. Decor and atmosphere is always pleasant. Always look forward to coming back!

Empty place Sunday afternoon , no smell of pizza at all but family hungry so lets get it on.. big tv on wall I guess it's for nice bored waitress rest of employees I found on way to toilet having a peaceful meal break in much better space upstairs away from public. Generally pizza not so bad.. Would look for more lively place if there is any around

My sign of a good pizza is a fluffy crust, dough that tastes good in its own and well balanced toppings. This place had it all! We also got gnocchi which was a generous portion and tasty. Their wine was good too. The waitress was really attentive and I liked that we could dine al fresco since the front of the restaurant was open to the street.

Always a pleasure to return to this place. Great tasting pizza. Reminds me of being back in Naples. Well worth a visit. Considering how reasonably priced it is and how good the food is, I am surprised it is not busier. Definitely the top pizza place in Tunbrdige Wells.

Went in for an emergency pizza a and had a really pleasant meal. The pizzas were tasty with good thin crusts and plenty of toppings. We also had an ice cream and a beautiful creamy tiramisu topped with caramel and nuts -- great non-standard combination of sweet, creamy and crunchy.

I often order for delivery through Just Eat and have enjoyed the food from you, but my order wasn't delivered and when I called you to ask when it would arrive the girl told me they had no record of my order. I checked Just Eat again and saw I had been charged and that I had the delivery number as usual, so I called back and was told that the manager wasn't available until the next day and that they were very busy and couldn't help me. She laughed which I thought was extremely rude and I'm afraid I won't get takeaways from you again. It really bothered me as I ordered with you throughout lockdown and feel I've been a loyal customer.

The best pizza outside Italy! My partner is from naples and we have the luxury of having tried many Italian pizza’s this resteraunt has surpassed expectations and the food was second to none! Fantastic service, beautifully decorated interior and amazing food at very very very reasonable prices considering the quality of ingredients. Counting down to next date night visit!

Delicious pizza hands down. Also loved the macaroni and cheese. It was so cheesy and comforting. I recommend the cloudy lemonade for a refreshing bubbly drink. I ordered it 2x

Pizzas,pasta delicious although one leaf of basil seems a bit mean. The desserts however are tiny, delicious but not worth the prices charged. Overall, good authentic pizza and pasta, just don't bother with dessert.

Absolutely amazing pizza, we went here for dinner after being told Pizza Express was fully booked, and ended up being glad it was full. Best pizza both of us have ever had, my partner said it was better even than pizza they’d had in Rome. Staff were great, food came quickly and prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back if we’re in the area.

I don't know if my experience was a one off for Estro, but it was not great. Ordered three pizzas and two sides and we were waiting a good 45 minutes for it. People had come in after us and got their food no problem. Had to go up and ask for an update and they hadn't even started making them yet. It's a shame because I've been before and the pizza was excellent. But the service that time was abysmal.

Had a chicken spicy pizza at this place, absolutely delicious. As a person who also works in the restaurant I can say that it was clean, friendly staff and amazing customer service. Food came quite quickly to the table. So overall I give this place 10/10, definitely worth it.

The vegetarian pizza was exceptionally good, the best one I’ve eaten in England so far! The manager and the owner are lovely and kind people who make us feel welcome each time. I feel like at home here

Delicious pizza and great service.

I'd consider it for a takeaway, but sadly wouldn't bother visiting for a third time. Two years ago I had an amazing experience and gave this place 5 stars. Decided to return as I was in the area. The pizza remains exceptional, but unfortunately it was let down by other things this time. They didn't have any of the first choice drinks of our party (a beer, a cider, and a wine from their menu). The manager was grumpy and unpleasant. She spent most of her time flirting with a customer at a different table and didn't seem to care about anything else. The younger server did her best but I felt she was not sufficiently supported and needed some better basic training. I didn't notice so much but someone else in my group complained to me about the music (which had swearing). For some reason one of the best tables (booth) had various untidy electrical cables strewn over it and a computer printer next to it. The renaming of the restaurant seems like a weird marketing move, especially considering there are signs remaining on the wall with the old name. All of these things made the price of the food seem far too high, even though it was excellent.

If I had known the pizza was going to arrive cold, mostly uncooked, uncut and require self assembly because all the toppings were on one side (cheese was still unmelted) then I would have ordered from Sainsbury’s. Had I had advance warning I could have heated up the oven to finish it off. Had I been in the restaurant I would have sent it back and insisted to talk to the manager. The delivery guy was very rude too.

Klara was superb as well as Matilda! The pizza was so tasty and I felt so welcome in this establishment. Would highly recommend!!!

Feeling a little cold, hungry and dejected we stumbled upon Estro Pizza this afternoon and was made to feel completely welcome. The food was excellent - best gnocchi caprese I've had. One word of warning - skip the starter (although the garlic bread with mozzarella is really good) - the portions here are huge and I couldn't finish!

Very lovely experience. We came in last minute and was sat down straight away. Staff were very accommodating and helped with deciding what to choose. One waitress in particular was very helpful and always cheerful- Matilda. Really great experience and amazing food! Would highly recommend to anyone:)

One of our go-to takeaway pizzas, always comes delivered ready to go and still nice and warm. Pizzas as always on point, even when I play around and add a few bits here and there.

As good a pizza as you will get. As good as in Italy. Very drinkable house wine. We'll go again.

Disappointing.. I ordered over the phone 2x linguine pastas with no meat just tomato sauce. I repeated this and the lady on the phone even repeated it back. It arrived with meat inside for both dishes. Garlic bread starter was burnt and dripping with oil too.

First time eating here. Visited for lunch. The food was absolutely tasty. The starters were cooked very well. The main course is quiet a big portion. The pasta was done perfectly and the sauce was amazing. Chef did a wonderful job. The serving staff was extremely polite and very cheerful. Definitely eat here!!

Delicious pizza made to perfection, baby and family friendly, chilled and relaxed ambience and most important of all, fabulous friendly staff! Price of pizzas is slightly more expensive than others on the same road but there were very good reasons to give this rating!

Amazing pizza! Authentic taste. I had the tiramisu for dessert and it’s one of the best. I was impressed with service of the staff, and the manager running the place was very good. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Lovely fresh pizza base. The potato and mozzarella pizza was new and different and very tasty. Fantastic Hallumi fries and mango dip. Great, quick service. The bathrooms need updating, looking very worn.

Another evening meal with colleagues and found by chance. Pizza's and beer around, thoroughly enjoyed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice to see friendly faces again especially after 2 years of hell

Cracking little pizza place. Super cheap and really good quality. The two girls working tonight were absolutely run off their feet, but still gave immaculate service. The bill doesn't include a tip, and the card machine doesn't ask if you'd like to tip either. Feels like the team are getting a bit robbed, management need to sort this out.

Hands down the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. also the team were lovely from the person on the phone to the polite and fast delivery guy. This will be our go-to pizza place from now on.

Fantastic service, very attentive. Spacious place with large open street-facing windows. Food was divine: the rucola salad was sprinkled generously with slices of parmesan, the mac n cheese was creamy and seasoned perfectly, and the garlic sausage pizza was huge with a doughy crust that was crispy on the edges. Delicious! 😙👌

As a vegan it's hard to find a restaurant that offers choice and quality. Estro offer both and effortlessly out do the other 'chain' pizza restaurants too!

Great vegan options. The vegan burger was the best I've tasted. We also had gnocchi, pizza and an original burger. All very tasty and well cooked. Coffee (cappuccino) a little on the small side for the price. Staff friendly. Will return.

We came on bank holiday Monday recently and had the BEST pizza we’ve ever tried, it was incredible. Served wonderfully hot and tasted lovely. The staff were very friendly and efficient, was just a young girl and boy working but they managed everything easily and helped us with all our questions and requests. Would definitely come again.

Interesting place. We ordered pizza. We did have to send back one pizza as it did not look very well cooked but as it arrived back at our table it was tasty. Had a cider was a little disappointed due to the fact it arrived with a larger glass depicting the glass was for larger. All a bit silly from my observation however the cider was nice. The staff were ok. They seemed a little disinterested at times but apart from that it was a nice place.

Delicious, heartfelt & unpretentious food. Best in class in the area without a doubt. Generous portions, reasonable prices, great atmosphere. Welcoming and friendly staff. Look forward to dining here many more times in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

Great staff, nice atmosphere but the pizza wasn't the best

Fiorentina pizza was beautiful. Caprino pizza was a little disappointing (I was hoping for MORE cheese!) and edges were a bit too charred for my liking but still tasty. Nice big puffy crusts and thin base. Great full vegan menu available - really great option for vegans! Service was very friendly.

We had a wonderful evening meal here. Service was fantastic and staff were so warm and welcoming. Fabulous authentic Italian! Superb, authentic pizza and pasta. The best in Tumbridge wells!

Unfortunately they have terrible hygiene. Just got a 2 star rating from the food standards agency (improvement necessary). Having seen their toilet upstairs it was absolutely disgusting with an exposed toilet brushed covered in fecal matter etc. I really wish these guys would take hygiene seriously because they make great pizzas.

First time I went it was great. Second time, full with noisy kids and they couldn't make the cocktail as both times had no ginger ale, although it was still on the menu. Annoying

Pizza's themselves very enjoyable with a great chewy crust. Service was fine but quite slow, also don't recommend sitting by the open front window if people are smoking on the outside tables as all the smoke wafts straight in which isnt very nice when eating.
