Absolutely lovely. Hidden away and tbh we were a bit thrown by the location lol but the seafood, service and ambience was outstanding. Will definitely return!

First visit here and couldn't recommend enough Food was fantastic and although nothing vegetarian on the menu you can request upon booking Had only just heard about this place and not an obvious location but will be going back, friendly staff and lovely wines available too!

SO DISAPPOINTED.. We have been here many times before for seafood thought we’d try Sunday lunch I believe the beef & lamb was brought from another source they did not roast proper joints of meat & you never serve a Sunday roast with the meat on top of roast potatoes & veg !! Making them soggy!! Service was poor also. Unfortunately my friends & I shall not be returning.

Have eaten here several times always choosing seafood and always been excellent and have previously left a review saying just how good this place is. On this occasion 6 of us tried the Sunday roast at lunchtime - extremely disappointed ! No choice of vegetables at all just a mediocre selection of peas, mashed swede, 2 slices of carrot, 1 slice of parsnip , 2 roast potatoes with the meat plonked on top. Would never recommend this to anyone ever.

Wow .😍👌 5 star plus !!! We couldn’t fault a thing . The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming , staff and owners couldn’t do enough for us and the food was out of this world if you like fresh fish/seafood this is the place for you will def visit again . A little treasure in Essex ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good atmosphere, little gem of a place, hidden away. Parking tricky. If you fancy fish, good place to go. Good value. Personal. Friendly.

Surf and Turf. If u want fish, u get an excellent selection. If you want meat, it's just as excellent. It ticked all our groups boxes, and the drink menu is very extensive. From start to finish these guys do it right, in our opinion. 1st class food, knocked out the park by friendly, cheeky and great staff. You cannot but have a good time here. The service staff are honest, and for once, down to earth......and bloody funny! For us, it was a breath of fresh air, and we are now hooked. These guys are worth a visit.

Have eaten here so many times and never ever been disappointed. This was our first Sunday lunch but it won’t be our last. I had the Roast Lamb and there was so much I had to take my dessert home, by the way that was a layered chocolate cake with raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries. The service as always was very good, We never have to wait long and the staff are so attentive nothing is to much trouble. I really can’t praise the restaurant enough and if you haven’t tried it yet then you should as it amazing.

Whilst they offer a varied menu we went for the seafood and they did not disappoint, we enjoyed oysters, cockles, whelks, prawns, mussels, crispy squid and lobster, we could have gone on to try some of the fish dishes but had no room to eat more, great food and very reasonable prices, already planning to go back.

First time here with my husband and grandson. Food was fantastic tasted great. Would definitely recommend and I will be back again. It’s a hidden gem.

What a find, been twice in a week, we loved it do much. Our new favourite restaurant. Fish dishes are fantastic. Such a great selection. Husband loved his oysters and lobster. Book now before it gets too busy.

Have been meaning to try this for a while and finally managed it today. Glad we did as we really enjoyed the food. We had the lobster brioche roll and the mussels and chips. Both were delicious. House wine was very good too. It’s tucked away behind Manor Koi on a small industrial site but don’t let that put you off as definitely it’s worth a visit .

Excellent first trip here, lovely food and fantastic service we were served by Stuart who was amazing and very welcoming, a credit to the company. We had a late lunch about 3pm so was just after the rush. Lovely decor too. We had the lobster brioche roll with a side of salad and of course parmesan & truffle chips delicious all washed down with a bottle of prosecco !! We will be back !!! Thank you for a great late lunch.

Wow!! If fresh, tasty seafood is your thing then No10 is the place for you. Top quality ingredients skilfully cooked. Our meal tonight was delicious. We started with Scampi and Salt and pepper squid( both batters were to die for, light and crispy. Followed by (Lobster and prawn Mac and cheese, Salt beef burger) both meals full of flavour. The triple cooked chips are a must. Finally strawberry cheese cake, the homemade sauce was rich and bursting with tangy fruit. Service was very friendly and professional and the setting was very comfortable. This truly is a hidden gem and well worth a visit. We will definitely be back and have already picked our new courses. I can honestly say this restaurant is by far the best one I have been to for many years. The food is made on the premises fresh, the cocktails expertly shaken not stirred and the waitress extremely helpful and pleasant. As for the chef well couldnt fault the cooking or presentation, the food was wonderful, I had my grandaughter in my party and she is extremely picky, she ate everything. We will be back.

No 10 is a specialist fish/seafood restaurant. It's basically in the middle of an industrial estate - possibly the strangest location we have ever eaten in. I guess a restaurant is all about the food, and inside it's fine - but, you can't really ignore the location, especially in light of the very scruffy car park. The food is excellent, good straightforward menu (primarily fish of course), nicely cooked and presented. The set menu is a real margin (2 courses for around £15. Friendly, helpful staff. Would we go back - YES

Not what we expected we had booked but no table ready for us except by door not much choice on set menu especially dessert very basic seating just wanted sawdust on floor. Parking was up by rusty lockups so didn't get any good vibes at all food OK but nothing special.

Amazing well put together food by some excellent chefs. The staff and owner were very welcoming and helpful. The roast dinner was first class, with other’s ordering fillet steaks. Any of the prawn starters were delicious. Leave room for dessert!!! The restaurant also have a variety of fish dishes that I’m told are excellent. We will be definitely returning hopefully soon.

Attended with friends all the Food was delicious steak cooked perfectly beautiful scallops. Would definite recommend and go back

Really disappointed. Ordered Oysters as a presenter starter but 2 starters of 3 starters arrived with Oysters. After finishing Oysters, we had to wait for the mussel starter. This was delivered without a finger bowl. The seafood broil for mains was without clams or whelks ( told when questioned that menu was wrong to show whelks) & I believe the samphire was rosemary. The prawns were so over cooked they were either mush or rubber. The best part of the broil was the potatoes. Fortunately, the oysters were very good. My comments were reported to our server but they didn't respond to me.

Fanatstic menu and a great roast dinner, already booked for next month. Service is great and family owned restaurant everything is so fresh.

Really, I want to keep this hidden gem to myself but got to share….this place is terrific. The food was delicious , very generous portions. Lovely staff, small and cosy, great for groups or couples

Golly. What a wonderful place for seafood. Excellent ingredients all cooked, presented and served straightforwardly but with great care and skill. Comfortable restaurant, personable and thoughtful service. Two of us ate (proper) caviar, three perfect prawn dishes and lovely lobster with sides for £100 and including non alcohol drinks. Gotta go back to try Lobster Mac... ...And home made puddings....we were too full to manage one but they looked yummy... ...and steaks, which I'm sure will match the excellent standard of what we ate today. A place where pride and passion is evident.

The loveliest experiences are out of the way surprises. This small shack in a scaffolding/upvc works car park has oddles of that. Do go

A little gem.The location might seem a bit strange and restaurant quirky …the food is delicious. The small menu means food is all cooked to order and comes out piping hot. Service friendly and prompt.drinks choice as good as any larger restaurant.first visit but not our last.

I live in Leigh on sea, where you’d expect to find a decent fish restaurant but although we have loads of restaurants and we’re by the sea, we don’t have a good fish restaurant So this place was a very pleasant surprise and not too far to travel We had salt n pepper squid and grilled prawns to start. Both excellent and beautifully cooked. Then two skate in brown butter to follow with wonderful chips and a mixed salad We’ll definitely be back and in the meantime wish them continued success

Exceptional lunch fresh seafood cooked to perfection. Service was great. As was the reasonable price. Definitely would recommend & we will return.

1st time at the EOC's new seafood restaurant "No 10" and was blown away. Fantanstic food, cooked to perfection by their very talented team. Very generous portions of what is usually a very expensive cuisine but not here! Cozy themed interior with attentive friendly staff. And all of this in Benfleet, who would have thought it! Will be a regular haunt of ours.

We found this company thru Facebook and decided to visit as we only live in Basildon a stone through away it is tucked away behind the garden centre in pound lane benfleet and my was we glad we visited there the platters they offer were varied in price n size and you could mix them about a bit depending on what you like I wanted lobster so I took away one dressed crab for lobster and the lobster was cooked fresh while we waited we had a wait while the lobster was being cooked so we decided to try their salt beef doorstops yum yum there was so much meat n salad in it my wife couldn’t finish hers but mr piggy (me) did they also do rolls with king prawn and others but the owners were very polite friendly and accommodating definitely well worth a visit we will visit again definitely
