Come every time we fly, so relaxing, great service and staff. A fantastic start to the holiday.

The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The food was diabolical. Beef stew and dumplings was the only British meal but the dumplings were so dried out that they were inedible. Absolutely nothing for children to eat or do, other than some crayons and a piece of paper! We were told they served fish fingers for children and to ask at the bar. When I tried to order the bar staff asked how many fish finger the children would like, 1or 2. I asked what they were served with…… nothing, just a fish finger! Not even chips! There was mashed potato but full of mustard seeds so the kids wouldn’t eat it. This is the worst airport lounge I have ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.

Having been delayed for several hours today - we were lucky enough to extend our stay with the fabulous staff in the EMA lounge. We are frequent fliers so know what we can expect from a lounge. Always helpful and always smiling - even when faced with the challenge of other passengers who are frustrated by the situation. 10/10 every time. Thank you

Great for pre flight food if your flight time is appropriate.

Lovely quiet atmosphere with friendly staff

A very early start at the EMA Escape Lounge this morning. I had pre-booked via the website and got a good discount by doing so. I was warmly welcomed by the two desk staff and given a clean table. Coffee, pastries and a small breakfast were consumed in no time. Just like last time I visited compliments to the chef as all were made up to perfection. I must note the improvement in coffee as it tasted so much better than my last few visits. Thanks for an enjoyable visit. I’ll be back.

Early flight so lounge quiet. Lounge was clean and warm, staff very friendly and welcoming. Food & drinks service fine. Bit on the expensive side for what’s provided.

This is a lovely lounge and well worth the money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cassie booked us in and welcomed us with a smile. The food on offer was very nice and there was a good amount to choose from. I will definitely visit here again.

Good but food not as good as Gatwick

Been coming to this VIP lounge for many years and to be honest, this has been the best food and drink we've had. Don't know what has changed but very good.

The experience of having guaranteed comfortable seating, with good food and drinks before your flight is priceless. Originally purchased for my wife's birthday as a treat but will definitely consider it again.

The East Midlands Escape Lounge is the best airport lounge we have been to. Really friendly welcome. Reserved table waiting for us. Really good food selection. Clean, light and comfortable Would definitely recommend.

Being gluten free and not eating pork, can be difficult to cater for. But they did, their vegetarian sausages are nice. If you can't find it... Just ask.

Stayed at bahia Hotels before this one is terrible waiter service as I'm on my own. It basically doesn't exist unless you are a family or a couple single female, then you get service without hesitation . Ment to be a all inclusive yet the bar closes dead on eleven pm. Pool bar food is mainly cold, not very well attended or maintained. Room is very dated furniture cracking or coming apart mattress is awfully should be binned. The bath is all discoloured with no bath mat to stop slipping. I asked for a kettle, and the one I got the power button is crushed in handle informed reception. I still have it 3 days later . The tv has any channel you want it has 5 English, but they don't work told they cant recive . As a four star international hotel, they seem to cater mainly to the German or E.U countries . Would I recommend this hotel to the English people or anyone? Then, the answer would be no steer clear . It's a nice location but that is all it has going for it my departure date can't come soon enough

Went in there around 04 20 AM and it was already up and running serving breakfast. Very kind staff, specially the senior male staff member going around. Would definitely recommend this lounge to relax.

It's our first time using the airport lounge the staff are so lovely and they made a lovely surprise plate with cakes fruit and happy 21st in chocolate writing. They also bought a glass of bubbly for all of us in our party. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled and all staff are friendly with lovely smiles. The food is amazing especially the sausage rolls. James provided an exceptional service to our table made us all smile which makes a great start to our holiday 😀

Escape lounge is a nice place to relax before flying out for holiday. I really enjoyed my time with wonderfully prepared foods with lots of varieties, the members of staff are very reliable and friendly to their customers. What a great start to holiday

Turned up a little earlier than expected no problem going in had lovely breakfast unfortunately had lunch as well due to delay but really glad we booked in the staff were very polite and helpful had a really good experience many thanks

This place as never been a 4 Star. !!! The beds are Terrible even with a topper glad to go home for a pain free night . Music is vile blasting out allday . Toilet roll ,shower racks all hanging off wall in bathroom Shower waste of time I could run faster No shower to use for flights home , or pay 45 to keep your room Plus side .. Little walk to beach Wi fi works. Didnt go hungry plenty of food. Staff are lovely KOS IS stunning ,but you need to go outside of Marmari Thats it NOT 4 a star ever.

Great lounge experience for our pre wedding flight! We were given this lovely platter and additional bubby to the table by the staff and had a photo taken of us. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Tables are cleaned frequently and the atmosphere is calm, but busy. Food is plentiful and felt like there was something for everyone to enjoy. Tea/coffee /water stands to help yourself to and the bar service was great to order a variety of drinks from.

Utter waste of space. Twice now I've been here with three hours to spare. No room. I've been in the queue for an hour, I've gone down from 200 minutes to 160 minutes and then back up to 185. Close it down or do it properly. There is an illusion that there is a lounge here for Priority Pass users

The food (breakfast) was not too bad, however, it would appear that replenishment was slow and this meant limited amounts of what was on offer or, in some instances, being completely empty. Tables were slow to be cleared which gave a poor initial impression when looking for a place to sit- looked messy. The atmosphere was generally relaxed although this is largely determined by the customer base and what level of alcohol they’ve consumed and manners they have.

Excellent service and quality of food. Do not take out Extra payment with TUI for any flight delays going out. To stay in the escape lounge. As this is subject to availability/ space The full price has to be paid again.
