Erfa Kebab&Pizza House in Telford and Wrekin

The food was rank. Ordered chicken wrap with all salad. Only had lettuce and red cabbage. Chicken is lucky if has seen a living bird. Tasted processed. Chips seemed to be reheated and not fresh Really not happy with the standard of food. First time ordering from here won't be using again

Very poor advertisement says 50 % off we placed the order then it took full amount ,disgusting we now have to wait 3-5 days for a refund after they cancelled they suggested order again which would cost us yet again they were not interested when talking over phone

Now this was my go 2 for value boxes and quick delivery beautiful food the price was fair but went to order tonight and decided not 2 after being hit in the face with new prices the value boxes are now nearly a tenner more like rip off boxes and the rest is all nearly ten pounds unfortunately erfa u have lost me as a customer thanks for ruining ur reputation very disappointed

I have eaten from here often. Tonight I have a chicken kebab and a garlic bread pizza, also a donna meat and chips.It was the best I've had from here it was very tasty and hot, portion sizes was excellent. The pizza was fresh dough and cooked to perfection, the chicken was soft and cooked well and the pitta bread was soft. Delivery time was fast and way before time thank you so much for my food tonight I am well impressed.

Staff were pleasant, didn't feel I got value for money on my family feast, food was ok but not what I expected I suppose, plenty of meat but chips weren't very good. only went as my regular place was closed. Unfortunately not for me ....

Excellent food from here everytime. Only once has issue with my order once and called up and they amended it straight anyway. Definitely recommend trying if nearby or in town.

Tastes lovely ,but im not sure i like how the visors were used as an accessory rather than a protective item. Bare hands were used to pick the nan bread. Same hands used for picking up the phone, serving and all. Overall i doubt the hygiene ratings.

Ordered a special kebab and they gave me a family kebab with salad which I didn't ask for. It was nice and you get alot though. I could of miss heard when they read the order back to me.

Don't waste your money on the trash they serve!

My burger was soggy it look like it got destroyed when it arrived the cheese was placed on the side it was disgusting then when another got sent out all the bread was still soggy I didn't even bother to eat it we order from here all the time will not order anymore.

Whenever I choose to get a takeaway I always choose effies because of their amazing 12 chicken nuggets and chips that I always have from there, but sadly recently I’ve noticed that effies have changed the chicken nuggets and they are not nice to eat and they put less chips in the tray and the chips are cold unfortunately. Hopefully the manager of effies will kindly read this and bring back the original chicken nuggets that they used to have before and improve.

Came in the other day and the Donor meat wasn't even warm and I got hardly any it was mainly lettuce. If you go to the chip shop you get three different meats and better chips for the same price.

Food always nice but ordered the special kebab and recoeved half a box of salad... I wanted salad but that’s a rip off for what I paid not impressed. Ordered before and never had a problem won’t order salad again. Supposed to feed 4 as we have before and it won’t!

Tried their Family Feast for £12.50 which came in a pizza box. There was a mixture of kebabs along with naan breads and chips with a can of coke, for the price it is quite a lot. The food was well cooked and I was happy with the service with delivery being fast.
