Found this place through TikTok and I can say that this place was way overhyped. I don’t think they are able to handle busy hours and for the price we paid I don’t think it is worth it. The decor and entertainment was nice and made it somewhat better. The tables were squished together and there was very little privacy between tables. The cutlery was also not up to standards and the serving dishes were chipped. It may seem a bit harsh but my experience here wasn’t the best but it was probably due to the place being busy.

Bday meal out, food was good, service was brilliant, all staff attentive and were great with the kids. Mustafa was an amazing host as usual with all the entertainment making the night feel even more special. Will be back again! Thanks to the team! One slight point I think the drinks are a bit too expensive. 6-7 pounds for a mocktail is okay but not 12! And soft drinks should be max 3-4 pounds each and not £5s - management should definitely look into this.

Visited for the first time last night, good atmosphere and vibe, they had a live violinist which was a great touch! Mustapha puts on a great show giving you the VIP treatment. The food was really nice, I recommend the tomahawk steak, quality meat and cooked perfectly. All in all a great night out with the lads

I visited Entree with my friends today, we had such a great night. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Want to give a special thanks to Aaliyah, who looked after us throughout the whole night, she made sure we had everything we needed and was so lovely. Also a special thanks to Mustafa, who kept us entertained all night! And finally Furhan, who was welcoming and helpful to us. Overall, an amazing experience!⭐️

I had an incredible dining experience at Entree Steakhouse. We booked a private room which was perfect for the occasion. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special shoutout to Mustafa, who provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. His lively personality and attention to detail truly made the evening memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a great time!

Mustafa is a top guy so polite,great customer service along side fantastic energy about him.I went with my husband and baby girl he went above and beyond even got colures and paper for my baby.He was realy great,he is the face of entrée without him would just be a normal restaurant.Entrée lucky to have him.

Entrée is perfectly located on shirley high street with plenty of parking situated at Asda underground. Restaurant is very modern with a nice layout, dark decor and dim lighting. We ordered, Chicken goujons 8/10 Good sized portion for kids, fresh and tender. Chips a little bland. Chicken pasta 6/10 Fresh and tender Chicken in an overpowering sauce. Pasta could have done with a little more boiling time. Shrimp dynamite 5/10 Nice sized portion. Nothing dynamite about them. Tacos 7/10 Full to the brim, nice juicy filling. A bit much for a starter. Lamb shank 7/10 Mash 4/10 Great sized lamb with loads of meat. And a generous portion of well cooked mash. Mash was over seasoned with garlic and or herbs which left a sickly taste mixed with the gravy from the lamb. Lamb gravy should be the main flavour to this dish. Mocktails were decent bit pricey at £11. Service was efficient but overbearing at times, with the waiter leaning over the table at times. Waitress was polite and smiley. Bill £118 Personally I would not recommend this establishment. Recommended restaurants would be, Ribeye, Brindley place Tarragon bistro, Hall green Kobe sizzlers, Moseley Afrikana, Balsall Heath

Went for my friend’s birthday who thoroughly enjoyed her time. We were served by Mustafa who was amazing. We ordered chicken parmesan and firecracker chicken steak, and both tasted amazing. The atmosphere there was great and we all had a nice evening. Thank you to all the staff. Will definitely be going back, In Sha Allah.

I've gotta be honest, they messed up our booking by double booking but made up for it so much. Free starters, free soft drinks AND the private room for free!! and mustafa was very accommodating. Despite a few hiccups they really did want to make it special and seeing their effort is what made the night one to remember. Book the private room guys, it'll be a blast! They gave the bride a lovely gift at the end too 🥹.

After hearing good reviews. I decided to visit here however it didnt live upto the 'hype'. Food is mediocre at the most and very overpriced. We tried the Wagyu sliders & Lamb chops for starters which were okay. For mains we tried the Philly cheesesteak which was literally covered in cheese & mushrooms. So i asked the manager to send it back to the kitchen as there was hardly any beef. He apologised and returned it with extra chopped beef strips. The firecracker chicken steak was nice. But £80 bill for that is definitely not worth it.

Been dying to try this out and it did not disappoint food was phenomenal. I had the sirloin steak and it was cooked to perfection. Also the drinks were amazing and presented picture perfect. Ameen was incredible definitely made our night to remember. Will be back soon.

Service was very slow today kept calling someone over to order and then for the salt and then for another glass of water...just endless trying to get the attention of waiters. Very dark and hot in there to especially on warm and humid evening like tonight.

I went here for my friends birthday meal and we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. I had to send mine back because I asked for no spice and made sure with the waitress that there wasn't any spice but there was still spice. The only good thing about the experience were the drinks. I was given the creamy pasta which tasted like just cream and didn't eat it at all. So much wasted food, may God forgive us for it all. Thank you to Hamza and Rhese for giving me my mojito under 2 minutes and on the house.

The wagyu sliders and the ribeye steak weren’t the best, however the dynamite prawns and firecracker steak was really flavoursome and spicy which I love! The interior was also very stunning.

Amazing food, sirloin steaks were cooked to perfection and the entree banger hard to find any issues and drinks were lovely too with the prices being reasonable, massive thank you to Mustafa who was the manager for his is hospitality and guest service skills couldn't have asked for better treatment. Will be seeing them again sometime in the future

Went here recently with some friends. Must admit the food was okay I had the Fillet Mignon Special it came with good sauce and mash the steak had been cooked on too high a temp making the outside almost burnt and the inside a nice medium rare. The staff are very friendly we were served by Farhan he was very friendly and nice and had a good conversation with us after the meal. All in all the environment is nice and the seating was lovely the food was the only thing that can be improved.

Went here today and the food was spot on. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan, Lamb Shank and Fire Cracker Chicken Steak all were cooked so well. The only let downs was the atmosphere wasn't the best and the music was so loud to a point you can't even hear yourself and the parking is a noght mare which puts you off going slightly but food wise it was lush. Defo recommend

BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS. A lot of them are fake and have been proven. One of the staff, the guy with the bald head, is disrespectful and rude. He also made us feel uncomfortable. Wont be coming here again.
