Best steak I had in my life and I’ve been to salt bae and many more.

I ordered the tomahawk steak. Loved it. The sides were good too, particularly the spicy chips.

I would have liked to give this place a 5 star because the food was very tasty and service was exceptional. But the only criticism probably is not worthy of a criticism but would be the portions are very small for the price being paid. Other than that it is a very nice well placed steakhouse.

Came for a family dinner, nice new Steakhouse on the Shirley High Street. Halal food and really nice atmosphere. Hamza was very attentive to our table and our two young kids. We ordered beef tacos, slow cooked lamb shank and firecracker chicken, everything was well made and seasoned, tasted divine. Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner and will be coming back to try other things off the menu.

Food and service was good, was tasty and presentation was good too.

Food was delicious, everything was well cooked, meat was tender. In particular the firecracker chicken had a great level of spice - best steak I have had in a while! All the waiters were very polite, Hamza was the floor manager and was excellent. The food was served very quickly. All in all I would recommend and come back again.

We visited with our family on Christmas day. The food was brilliant, well cooked, and tasty. Service is great. Amin, the server, is very helpful and kind.

I went down to entree the other way the customer service was excellent big shout out to Zeeshan who served us he was excellent and lovely.

Food was actually disgusting and overpriced. Peppercorn sauce was Lumpy with bits in there. Beef tacos were stale and somehow had bbq sauce in there :/ Basic Mocktail priced at £11 Will not be coming back PS The young waiter named zeeshan was well trained though as he asked for a review.

Really good food and exception customer service

Me and my family had been here before and it was really good so we had decided to try it out again but I was appalled by the service and the food this time. Firstly, we were served our mains before our starters and when our starter had arrived we didn’t have enough time to eat it as our steak was getting cold. Also, when our steak had arrived we were shocked at how small it was this time when we had ordered the exact same thing as last time. It was literally half the size and was served cold too. We had requested to take the streak back and put it on the heat as we wanted to eat our starters first but when was brought back was colder than last time. When we were requesting these things to be fixed nothing was done about it. This was not worth it! I am really disappointed in the food and the service this time!

tonight i had one of the BESTT steaks of my life, i’m not even exaggerating when i say the food was exquisite you can really tell by the quality of the meat and everything all together was amazing. thank you to all of the lovely staff that served us they were all so attentive to everyone’s wants and needs. thank you ENTREEE!!!

Really disappointed! I went with my group of friends for a nice evening and was really disappointed by the service, food and staff. Really rude people they have no customer service skills! Avoid if you want to save your money and time

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I do not recommend coming, the food was plain the staff are ill mannered, the place is dirty and unhygienic.

Rubbish food and terrible customer service waited 35 mins for the food asked the waiter how long is the food going to be. the manager took it the wrong way and said why you asking my staff.

We dined really late hence the place was not busy however the service was mediocre at best and the staff was very rude when asking about how long it will be for the food manager was not helpful and the food was cold when bought out simply avoid

Booked the place 3 months in advance so we get the private room, called on the day to find out we had 'cancelled it'. Informed them of no such cancellation so they honoured our time but did advise they had another party 30 mins after us. From the vibe of the restaurant it seems they are trying to go upmarket, however the service didn't match. Waiter referring us to as 'bro' which is not very professional, the starters came out quick but not together so you had some people eating and others waiting and watching Drinks were forgotten as we were in the private room and must have been 30degrees in there, we did ask for AC but they didn't have it. The mains seemed an enternity from the starters and must have came after 1.5 hours. Steaks were all ordered as medium, however it was like a lottery, some came medium rare and others on the well done scale. The other party was waiting for the private room but it was not our issue, we paying good money so was not rushing due to the restaurants mess up. I spoke with the manager after and told him all the concerns, even if the high temp in the private room which he said they have a window which could have been opened. Overall, a wannabe professional establishment which is operated by amateurs For the prices that are being charged and one of the highest in Birmingham, I expected a much better service. Immaculate service from Zeeshan and Aliya. Very warm and welcoming, food was delicious. Could not fault it.

This was probably the worst food I have ever experienced in my whole entire life. I have been to many restaurants and wallahi this was the worst. Let me start by saying the chicken steak I had was horrendous. Tasted like cardboard and wasn’t cooked properly. Secondly the chips looked like they had been drowned and were sickening. Within 5 minutes of leaving the place I already had a very bad stomach ache. This is a genuine review and I never ever would leave a bad review unless the place was very bad. I urge people not to go to this place especially if you are going to take the chicken steak and signature chips. Please my friends don’t waste your money as this is not nice at all.

Went here a few weeks back and I still cannot stop thinking about this place and when am I going to come back! The dynamite shrimps were amazing just a tad less saucy than my preference, the waygu sliders were amazing and the main course was to die for. All my husband could here my say with every bite was yum yum yum 😂😅. The gravy hits the spot, do not go for the other sauces, this one hits the jackpot and I'm still craving it.

Standard burger £16 Mongolian beef £19 not worth the money Little portions had Mongolian beef food was good but the price you pay food were little portions. Fair play to those who loved it guess in our case we were not disappointed.

We were there on Sunday and the food was good but we had such a nice conversation with the server called Alya. She was so lovely, sweet and accommodating. She’s been there 2/2 of the times I’ve been there and has been great both those times. The atmosphere was good too.

Love this place, Been here couple of times and yesterday I booked entrée for a bridal shower and i was not disappointed, all the staff are amazing and went above and beyond making our experience extra special. The food was amazing and not forgetting the entertainment as well which made the bridal shower atmosphere even more memorable, we had such a laugh thanks to mustafa and thank you to Ameen for making this happen. We didn't feel rushed, they let us do everything we needed to smoothly. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and we can't wait to go back again very soon Once again Thankyou to Ameen and to all the team. Well done guys ❤️

Had an amazing time here. The Mongolian beef and wagyu beef sliders were so delicious we asked for seconds to take home! Everything was delicious, from the the chicken parmesan to the tagliatelle. Our server Alya was brilliant and made the experience really enjoyable. Would definitely return

Such a nice beautifully decorated steak house! The food was top tier and the service matched. Hats off to the waiter Big H or Y (sorry can’t remember). The pricing of the food is reasonable and the portion sizes were good. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a decent halal steakhouse.

Very nice food and service highly recommend Staff very friendly and courteous I dont know majority of the names but a few shoutouts to Alya and the younger lad who helped us a lot. Ayla was also very polite and and is a true asset to the team ready to go above and beyond when necessary.

This restaurant has false advertisement, they only take care of you if you are a “influencer“ or well known. We ordered starters and mains together and they brought someone else’s mains out, 25 minutes later a waiter comes to us and asks us if we would like dessert we then laughed and said we haven’t had our mains yet she ran into the kitchen and it was blatant our food was not even coming anytime soon, when we asked how long the food would be we got told the food is being dished, however when another waiter walked passed we had asked again and she said 5 minutes, we waited 15 minutes for drinks. The food when it eventually came was cold, chips tasted cold and steaks were not cooked to what we had ordered and the standard we would have hoped for with what the price was!!! Would not recommend at all!! This branch was in Solihull!

Went to Entree for my daughter’s birthday meal and everything went to perfection. The food was amazing and the staff there are very great. Thank you to Nasir, luna and alya for making our time so wonderful. We also had the birthday bliss at the end and my daughter got such a great oud perfume as a gift. Thank you entree for an amazing evening will definitely recommend and will be back again.

This is my second time here. All the staff made sure we were comfortable and happy every time. I would like to thank Alya specially. She is very friendly and took very good care of us. My son loved her too. We thank the entree restaurant and all the staff. I am sure we will come again.

I visited Entree Steak House on November 15th, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was served incorrectly. To make matters worse, the steak I ordered was horrible and lacked any flavor. I expected much better quality from a steak house. I would not recommend this place at all.

Incredible food and service, we got Mongolian beef starter which was cooked to perfection and the noodles were a lovely touch with texture. We got the blowout which has a ribeye steak, 2 chicken steaks, 3 dynamite pieces of chicken, chips and 2 lamb chops- all I can say is WOW! Sauce was incredible, food was cooked to perfection. V served us and was fantastic as well- a must recommend
