Called in here for breakfast while staying in Waterloo for the weekend. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very clean inside and a delicious veggie breakfast served..fresh hot taste food served with a smile.😁

My early flight was cancelled so I needed breakfast… Enough to Feed an Elephant was nearby. The breakfast was good and the restaurant clean. It was good value too.

We were looking for restaurant to have a nice but simple meal before a show. Didn't want maccys or traditional burgers joint and this place looked great. We were seated and served very quickly. That however is where it went a bit sideways. I ordered the steak burger and chips with onion rings and fries. So not something off piste! Mu partner had a hot dog with onions and we added sides of extra chips for my partner, and a portion of haloumi fries to share. Now these came out as a starter no problem. Abd they were delicious, But my partners main came out at the same time. So thinking, ok mine should only be a few minutes. We both finished off the sides and she finished her food. This then left a good 10mins until my food arrived. So she had to wait while i attempted to eat mine. Now having had a few steak burgers before I expected it to basically melt in my mouth. It was worse than shoe leather. I couldn't actually bite the steak through the bun and the whole thing just disintegrated in my hands. Even trying to cut the steak was a fruitlesstask. It was basically impossible to actually chew unless it was cut it into about 20cm sections. I was really disappointed with the actual burgers as the meal looked so appetising. We didn't have time to resend it and want for another, as the show was starting soon after. The chips and onion rings that came with it were lovely but the burger was very poorly executed. So disappointed as it wasn't bad value either. So if you visit just stay clear of the steak burger.

Ended up here as our first choice was full but so pleased we did!! Friendly warm welcome, quick service, bit of a wait for the food so obviously cooked to order and no problem. Great choice of breakfasts (all traditional cooked ones don't be expecting low fat vegan, gluten and lactose free quinoa here!). Tea in a proper old fashioned industrial steel pot with more than the usual thimble full capacity. The owner has a lovely sense of humour with a great taste in handbags! 😉😊 My pancake stack with bacon and syrup (non of your maple stuff here!) Were plentiful and delicious If you need your breakfast filtered, organic, fashionably intolerant and fluffy walk on. If you want a proper breakfast in a proper place at a proper price get yourself there!

The fish and chips are absolutely amazing!! Super friendly staff that greet you with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a classic England fish and chips meal!

The owner is awesome and super friendly. Made us feel welcome and at home. Polite service and the food was excellent! My fish and chips were cooked perfectly and it was the first meal in Europe that came with side dishes!! I’d eat here again 👍🏻

Missing the conveniences of IHOP, Denny's or Waffle House, it's hard to find a great breakfast all day in London. This was just what I needed, and clean and friendly. More than just breakfast I might add.

My wife and I always stay on Lambeth’s Lower Marsh when we visit from California, and we always look for new fun places to eat. On our most recent trip, Enough To Feed An Elephant became our new favourite go-to breakfast and brunch place. The full English breakfasts (traditional and vegetarian), chicken & waffles, and croissant sandwiches were all excellent - and priced very competitively for London, too. The pots of tea were perfect too, topped with great service. Plus chatting with the owner was a real delight - that added to a genuine warm and friendly atmosphere that made us want to come back. We felt like locals. Stop on by and check them out for yourself.

Wonderful place to eat. Ask for Jackie, she was incredible to my family. Tasty burgers & chips!! The fish is wonderful. Owner is very kind and the restaurant is super clean and very cute. Highly recommended. It’s on a fun street for shopping too that is a few blocks long. Enjoy!! We sure did. Love from Minnesota!!

After a tiring morning walking from Waterloo to Lambeth Palace to see the Coronation exhibition then on to the Florence Nightingale museum we were on the hunt for a decent cup of tea and a good snack. We found them both here. After a really friendly welcome, the chap there moved a table so the three of us could sit together and happily bought us lovely, good quality bacon and sausage sandwiches on lovely fresh bread. Tea comes by the pot and we got two decent sized cups each at £1.85 a head. Spotlessly clean. We'd all definitely come back.

Staff and management there were so so helpful, nothing was an issue. Would definitely recommend for the staff, service and management alone! Food was homely and comforting!

Stop off for a snack as we was able to leave our cases here while we done some sightseeing.. we booked our cases in on the day and it worked out £6.65 each case.. We only ordered chips, mozzarella sticks and afternoon tea, everything came out super hot the only issue we had was one of the scone was hard, told the waiter and they swapped it straight away.. staff very helpful and friendly.

Had a sausage chips and gravy lunch. There was plenty of food, friendly staff and good value for money in a relaxed environment. Would definitely eat here again.

Slow service, overcharged for a cappuccino instead of a tea, couldn't get food order right, food missing from my plate

Stumbled on this place by accident and made the error of visiting. 1st off my mother who uses a wheelchair although she can walk a few steps needed the loo, the wheelchair accessible toilet was locked with a sign saying staff only. Now my initial thought here was that they had put the lock and sign on to stop misuse of the toilet, but I was very wrong. The disabled toilet was now the staff room, compete with lockers preventing the door for opening fully to allow a wheelchair in and the door to be locked, and a piece of paper on the wall saying Polite Notice, please only speak English at all times. Now at this point we should have give up and left buy my mother has .medication that she need to take with food and sit in options were limited. 6.99 for a jacket potato with cheese seemed steep but we from the North so all London prices seem steep. The jacket potatoes took so long to arrive I was starting to think they were digging them up, but the state of them on arrival soon stopped that thought. Paying 4.99 and given the name of the care for a hotdog I mistakenly thought it would have been a rollover or the type you get at the cinema but instead it was the more like the ones out of the tin with a roll that was so stale and crusty it could apply for retirement, and to top it off I paid 2.20 for a bottle of Fanta priced 1.09. On the bottle. A unfortunately unforgettable visit that I will never forget, I just hope the food doesn't make any reappearance later.

I cane to this cafe a couple of years ago and left a bad review. I should have learnt my lesson because it's no better now. It's a very basic cafe so even the location doesn't justify the prices. And the food is very poor. Half a cup of coffee for £2 (regular mug half full). The steak was so tough my child gave up. I'm not sure my sausages contained any actual meat. Almost certain the toast was done using a hair dryer. And the eggs would bounce if I dropped them. I will not return

Called here twice during a recent trip to London.The portions, as the name suggests, are plentiful and there are lots of different choices available. The owner is very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. The view from the Café is great and you can watch the London Eye.Sadly, the decor is a bit dated and could do with a refresh! But a cheap and cheerful café if you’re after a bite to eat!

We visited this place on the 6th June and all had full English breakfasts the food was amazing and they supplied plenty of toast and butter to go with it. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you I would definitely recommend and will visit again when I’m next in London.

Such lovely staff! The food came so quick and was really yummy. I myself am a picky eater when it comes to breakfast but they really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! 100% recommend, service with a smile...very rare in London.

Went here for breakfast god I wish I read the reviews first could off saved myself 25 pound for 2 breakfasts and a waffles.... We waited 45 mins for our breakfast which came out separately we all eat at different times it was cold and undercooked.... On thing we didn't pay any extra for the big black hair my husband found we told told Cafe and they weren't even bothered they couldn't off blamed the hair on me husband as he was bald lol never ever eat hear please read reviews they are there for a reason wish I could give it no stars as they don't deserve the 1 I have to give them

Went with some friends and my wife. Waited 50minutes to watch my breakfast be given to the wrong person who ate off it, then realised and gave it to me. Most of our breakfasts had bits missing, they were brought to us 15 minutes after the initial mess. When asked for a refund we’re told we got half a breakfast so could have half our money back. Waitresses were rude, and very put out when we asked for cutlery. Picture is of buttered toast apparently. Avoid this place at all costs, wouldn’t let my dog eat there

Cometimos el error de ir aquí porque estábamos hambrientos y no miramos al lado opuesto y vimos M&S Food. Los bocadillos se quemaron. ¡El personal ni siquiera sabía poner las rebanadas de pan de la manera correcta! El sándwich de mayonesa de atún estaba empapado como si lo tomara del agua. ¡Los sándwiches ni siquiera estaban cortados! Con la situación de COVID, se nos anima a usar go contactless, pero esta tienda solo acepta efectivo. Sin desinfectantes, ni guantes usados por el personal.

Nous y avons déjeuner (mon mari, mon fils de 2 ans, et moi) lors de notre week-end à Londres. Nous y avons commandé une assiette de fish & chips et une assiette de poisson grillé. Le poisson du fish&chips était aussi gras qu’une éponge pleine d’huile .. je sais que c’est de la friture mais quand même ! Ils étaient gorgés d’huile avec une énorme panure et très peu de poisson. Le poisson grillé était en fait un filet de poisson blanc tout mou et sans gout, je ne comprends toujours pas jusqu’ici à quel moment il a été grillé...

My word. I wish we’d read these reviews before going here. The staff were polite but seemingly without a clue what they were doing. The food came out in dribs and drabs. Everything frozen then deep fried. Truly terrible sausages. I mean the worst I’ve eaten since scout camp circa 1986! The only reason this place survives is because of how close it is to touristville. I cut my finger closing the bathroom door. No first aid kit in the place. Had to pop over the road to Boots! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

A family visit to the London Eye was completely ruined by a visit to this truly awful establishment. They lure people in with misleading price advertisements outside. Once seated you begin to realise things as not as they should be but with hungry kids we felt we had to stick with our choice. Big error! food was ordered from surlystaff who looked as confused as the customers and tried to overcharge for dishes.45 minutes later nothing had been served other than an eye-watering trip to the filthy toilets. Eventually we just gave up on the whole idea of eating here and asked for a refund. The queues for refunds were longer than the queues for orders. No apologies from staff who threw the cash back at us and moved onto their next victims. Lambeth Council should close this place down. It is everything we don't want tourists to think London hospitalityconsists of. I've contacted the relavent department at the council to investigate this charade of a cafe. if you walk past please warn people not to go in! Thanks

Stopped here for a quick drink and snack. Despite only wanting coffee and cake it took forever for food to come. Toilets were full of people been sick and the last straw was a mouse running across our feet! We left without comment as had observed how unbothered the staff were dealing with us and other guests.Don’t waste your money here and ignore the 4 star hygiene rating, it is either very old or fake.

Wasn't too busy when we arrived but took ages for us to receive our meal. The waiting staff were not clear which order belongs to which table despite fact tables were numbers clearly. Appeared to be getting orders wrong. By the time our order arrived it was on the cold side. Only good thing was the bacon was lovely. Don't think we will be going here again. Not impressed.

Abbiamo scelto questo diner fast food per un pranzo al volo durante le nostre visite turistiche, cibo di qualità buona ma non eccelsa, locale pulito anche se forse un po’ da rimodernizzare. Rapporto qualità / prezzo migliorabile: abbiamo speso 23£ per un piatto unico in stile messicano ed un classico Fish&chips che non eccellevano, ma comunque erano gustosi.Ci tornerei per L’ottimo collocazione nel centro di Londra è per la velocità del servizio... non consigliato per pranzi economy.

We had a hard time looking for something to eat nearby so by the time we stumbled in we were starving.There's no card payments but they have a free cash machine inside.We waited for quite a bit for food but it was quite busy so we just accepted we had to be patient.The food was okay, toast went from undercooked to burnt for our table.For 5 of us with full breakfasts and drinks it cost about £35.00It was definitely filling but I would avoid the waffle breakfast because I think it's just toaster waffle and a bit cardboardy.I think the gentleman behind the till was very polite and patient with some of the customers being a bit rude to him- I think that's why we didn't want to add pressure on him by asking where the food was.I think it's aimed more at tourists but it wasn't offensive. If you're looking for a cheerful hangover breakfast than this is a good option

Reallllllllly decepcionado en este lugar. El nombre fue la mejor parte. No nos dijeron que era solo efectivo, solo lo descubrimos después de que finalmente obtuvimos una mesa limpia (estaban pegajosas) que la tarjeta no fue aceptada. Fue demasiado caro para lo que era, deffo primera y última vez que visite. Parecía muy ocupado, por lo que asumimos que sería bueno, pero era solo la conveniencia de dónde se encuentra y los fanáticos de Disney como yo, ya que tenía hakuna matata en el nombre.

El nombre es lo único interesante de este lugar. El pez estaba viscoso. Las patatas fritas estaban frías, no había guisantes (¿qué tipo de chippy no tiene guisante o salsa?!?). Y para rematar 3 de los cuatro de nosotros que comimos allí fuimos después. . . . ahorre su dinero e ir a otro lugar.

When I entered this place I was expecting food to be bad...but it somehow managed to overcome my expectations; it was definitely worse than expected! Plus, my family and I waited for around 40 minutes. However, to be fair, the waitresses were very polite.

Entramos en este restaurante , ya que queríamos probar el típico fish & chip londinense, ya de primeras no te cobran con tarjeta pero amablemente ellos tienen un cajero allí dentro que da igual que tarjeta utilices que te cobran 3 libras por sacar , aunque tengas una tarjeta sin comisiones ( en nuestro caso la revolut ) , después pedimos fish & chips y un pescado a la plancha , todo insípido casi sin sabor y la verdad que para la calidad de los platos nos pareció hasta caro.

De prijzen leken normaal voor het menu en de keuze. Toen we het kregen, leek het echter wel gewoon alsof we afhaal fastfood hadden besteld. De helft van de gerechten ontbrak want "het is niet op voorraad", dat was ons niet van te voren verteld. Het personeel leek niet alsof ze ergens verstand van hadden en we kregen ook geen excuus of andere vergoeding. Bovendien waren de toiletten ook erg onverzorgd. We hebben maar geen dessert genomen bij dit restaurant...

Posiblemente la peor comida que hemos tenido.

La comida era terriblemente cara y el servicio era terrible. Esperé 35 minutos para obtener una taza de té y otros 10 minutos para que llegara mi pedido de pepitas y papas fritas. Cuando pregunté por la espera, el personal fue grosero y no ofreció ningún tipo de disculpa o explicación. Otros clientes en el comedor también esperaron tanto tiempo por la comida y estaban visiblemente descontentos.

Location to London attractions is only plus here. Food is dreadful and service at times was nonexistent. Restaurant is also cash only, which they place on small hidden signs thr0ughout the restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

On my way back to my hotel after a long day. Street food, decent sized place, stopped in for fish and chips.

In a nutshell our visit to Enough to Feed an Elephant was absolutely dire. The food was inedible - the hot dog bun was so hard you could have used it to bang nails into a wall. The onions that came with the hot dog were dried flakes from a packet. Nothing like the picture on the menu. The staff looked bored and lack even the most basic customer service skills.

Don’t even walk through the door. The staff don’t understand what you’re asking for and try to charge more than the stated price. This seems like the kind of place that would give a health inspector a heart attack. Save your money and go round the corner to Cucina on Belvedere rd.

We came here for mid morning food and wish we hadn’t. Ordered and 2 of the dishes we ordered weren’t available. Changed one for pancakes but they didn’t have them either. Staff were rude and completely disinterested. Place is dirty. They only take cash and tell you this after you have ordered, but they have an atm in the shop and that charges extra so a real rip off.

Didn’t get to the point of eating so cannot comment on the food. I came in, ordered takeaway potato. After 15mins I asked what happened; the guy said it was coming. 3 cooks were standing around chatting doing nothing, I asked again 5 mins later and pointed out no-one was doing anything. Eventually it came out, they didn’t have a container that would fit it so gave me an undersized container. They then didn’t have any folks to eat it with, so offered me a tiny tea spoon. By this stage it was 30mins from ordering. I asked for a refund and the lady just walked off, I ended up walking out without getting a refund; and think this is one of the most disgraceful services

Nous avons pris les fish'n chips, 2 avec les petits pois et 2 sans. Finalement, les petits pois étaient ce qu'il y avait de meilleur dans l'assiette.

We dropped in for lunch and were disappointed. We both ordered fish and chips and should not have. The fish is so thin that it is hard to find in the batter. The fish taste is very very greasy. The tarter sauce is Heinz out of a squeeze packet. The chips were OK but that didn’t save the meal. There are many many many better places to grab a bite to eat.

We stopped here to rest tired legs. Service was great. Food and drinks were good value. Would stop here again.

Visited here today for lunch with my kids and their grandparents after a trip to the London Eye. This is the worst place I’ve ever eaten - we waited ages for our food, even our cold drinks didn’t arrive until after the food. I had a cream tea which was inedible due to the scone being rock hard and the cream was on the turn. My father in law ordered a hot dog with chilli and received a hot dog smothered in cheese. Ruined the end of a lovely day out for the kids, will not be visiting again.

Pedí nachos, y me dieron un plato de lo que parecía ser el fondo de una bolsa de tortillas. Todos estaban crujidos y tenían una pequeña cantidad (afortunadamente) de queso seco y asqueroso. Se sirvió con un pequeño plato de salsa picada (creo ... ¡Odio ofender a la salsa cocida de esta manera!) Crema agria, ¿y qué creo que fue el guacamole? Sé que esto es Londres y no México, pero si lo ofrece en su menú, ¡al menos asegúrese de que tenga un sabor agradable! Mi mamá pidió el té y el bollo. . . Fue tan seco y decepcionante. Mi papá pidió pescado y papas fritas y fue completamente incomible. Mi hija recibió la pizza para niños y mi otra hija pidió el pollo y las papas fritas. . . de nuevo, incomible. Lo que nos puso en el límite fueron los altos precios de esto y el servicio fue francamente grosero. Fue un poco confuso si ordenó por adelantado o si tomarían su pedido de la mesa y la mujer que trabajaba fue bastante desagradable cuando le preguntamos cómo funcionó. I came here with all my family few weeks ago when they came to London.We couldnt find a place anywhere else for all of us(we were 9 all together) and we decided to go here.OH MY GOD,what a terrible, terrible ,awful place.The food took over 40 mins to be delivered and after I went to ask them few times! Whats amazing is that they delivered my brothers waffles 50 mins after ordering but they havent even delivered him the burger!! I told the waitress that came with the waffles and she said she will bring it,15 mins later,nothing.I go and ask and they all look at eachother and then said they will do it now,i said no thank you and asked for money back.The food that was actually delivered to the rest of family was just ..vile to put it in one word.Microwaved disgusting looking food.The 'kitchen' staff looked like they had absolutely no idea even how to microwave stuff.I can't believe this place is opened near Waterloo station,they should close it.No person would go here twice unless they are mad! They left my sister wait for an hour to let her know they actually dont have another baked potato and if she wants something else,HAHA WHAT AN ACTUAL JOKE OF A PLACE! 90% of the food was left untouched and we all went opposite to a bakery next to London Eye and we bought some sandwiches from there.Also to mention was lots of stuff,all women and ALL VERY RUDE!Disgusting.

We ate here on our way to see the Nelson Mandela exhibition in Waterloo. We wanted a simple, filling lunch and had a huge, well cooked jacket potato with filling. Like the name suggests, the portions are enough to feed an elephant. On other tables the grilled fish and chips looked very good.

We found this place close to our hotel. The kids liked it. As almost everything in London the prices are not the cheapest but the food was good. The pizza was freshly made and tasty. The staff was great. We didn't have to wait long even as the place was full.

After looking at the menu, we checked with a member of staff that the hot dogs came with chips, she said yes, upon ordering we were told that they don't and we would have to pay £2.99 for more chips. When our food came out it was terrible, microwaved hot dogs and rolls, tepid onion rings and NO food for my grandson or the extra chips. After waiting for 15 - 20 minutes we demanded to know where the rest of our order was, eventually another microwaved hot dog was bought out and the crappiest chips I have ever had the displeasure of eating. All of this for £26 .... absolutely disgusting. Rude staff, misleading menus, disgusting food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I came here with my son and my mother for lunch as we were having a day out in London. At a first look at the menu we decided to all have a hotdog. I asked the waitress if it came with chips and she replied yes. It also said that the children’s meal came with a soft drink. When I went to order, I was told that the hotdogs didn’t come with chips. I ordered my sons hotdog kids meal and asked for a Capri sun as the soft drink, the woman said that the only drinks you can choose from for a CHILDRENS MEAL was Coke, Fanta, sprite, ribena or water??? Why would all those sugary and fizzy drinks be on a CHILDRENS MENU??? Not only that, when the meal finally came, my mums and mine came out first. We waited... and waited.. and waited. Nothing. We were still waiting for a portion of chips and my sons meal!! If anything that was easier to make than ours! I went and spoke to one of the waitresses who said she will bring it over now. So we waited again. When it finally arrived it was like it had come straight out of a freezer and into a microwave. It was HORRIBLE!! It’s overprices trash and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!!

The food was crap, the staff were rude, the toilets smelled awfull and I had to get My own drinks from the refrigiator. When I asked for a bottle opener, four women and two men from the kitchen went into a state of panic and Ran around for ten minutes before one of them took My bottle and opened it on the table edge.

I've read the recent poor reviews of this place - but to be honest our experience wasn't so bad. Decent greasy spoon food - we took the mini breakfast at £6.30. Service OK too. Maybe i missed something? I don't know, but you can only speak as you find.

Needed a quick meal between other bookings and this was the first place we found. Several dishes not available. My £7 hot dog was the type of thing that comes from a £1 tin. Coffee was just brown water. This place clearly relies on tourist trade and not regular customers.

Went here with my partner and son whilst we were waiting to check into our hotel next door. It was around brunch time and we managed to get seated.

Where to start! The food was utterly disgusting. It was very over priced for what they were offering. The staff were shockingly rude! Never met anyone like them! So so rude and nasty and didn't want to know! We're not helpful or friendly. Customer service was shocking and food was even worse.

El lugar está decente. Con vistas al London Eye, comimos en este restaurante. No es de gran calidad pero está bien la relación calidad precio. Echamos en falta más limpieza en las mesas y baños.

We came to this spot because it’s right next to the London eye thinking this must be a good place but little did we know it’s was awful,asked for a tea and coffe and we got two teas and when we got out food we was missing 3 sausages and a hash brown and to make it even worse my beans were cold, I told asked them to heat them up which they did kindly and when the food came back they were still cold.

We went here because of the nearby London Eye. But! Don't go here! It's dirty, they plate the food poorly, you can't pay with credit card, the food isn't good for the price you pay!

Pedí un desayuno tradicional y un simple desayuno "k" - no tengo idea de qué era el k. Las campanas de alarma deberían haber sonado cuando mi compañero vio que el tío que hacía los tés se limpiaba el borde de una taza con los dedos y procedía a llevarnos esa taza con té. Ella le pidió rápidamente una taza limpia. En segundo lugar, el chef (no lo vio cocinar en realidad) movía la comida en los platos con los dedos (sin guantes), por lo que la higiene es obviamente un problema. Llegó la comida. El desayuno tradicional consistía en 2 trozos de goma de tocino exagerados, 1 salchicha casi fría, 2 huevos con yemas tan sólidas que podría hacer rebotar una moneda sobre ellas, y frijoles y champiñones acuosos. Lo peor de todo el plato de comida estaba cerca del frío. Mi simple desayuno no era mucho mejor. Me las arreglé para comer una salchicha, medio huevo, un poco de tocino y algunos frijoles antes de rendirme ya que era bastante horrible. Mi compañero tomó su comida completa y pidió un reembolso al cual la chica detrás del mostrador la dirigió al "chef". No estoy realmente seguro de por qué. Pero mientras esperaba el reembolso, la chica preguntó en voz alta al chef: ¿qué quiere? Oye, el cliente realmente puede escucharte y ya sabías lo que queríamos. Esperó y esperó, pero finalmente la chica vino pero nuevamente preguntó: ¿nos gustaría un reembolso? Cuando mi compañero le estaba respondiendo, se volvió bruscamente y se alejó. Así que de nuevo esperé, pero al final mi compañero tuvo que ir al mostrador y arreglar el reembolso. Al mismo tiempo, otro cliente estaba devolviendo su desayuno exactamente por las mismas razones que nosotros. Mi compañero explicó que quería un reembolso para nuestros desayunos, ya que me había dejado más de la mitad del mío. Una vez más, la chica del mostrador le grita al chef que yo había comido la mía. Mi compañero señaló que si le gustaría revisar mi plato, no había comido todo mi desayuno. Eventualmente el reembolso ordenado. Así que en resumen comida horrible, mala higiene y servicio al cliente terrible. Si fuera el último lugar en Londres, nunca volvería a comer aquí.

Llegamos porque el lugar estaba lleno de gente, lo cual fue un error (debería haber consultado Trip Advisor ...). Teníamos nuggets de pollo y pescado del día. Tuvimos la tentación de los bajos precios visibles desde la entrada, pero luego resultó que eran solo para llevar. Ambos platos cuestan 25 libras juntos, pero el precio es demasiado alto. Las pepitas eran comestibles, pero aún así es mejor comerlas en McDonald's. Acerca del pescado: no tiene sabor similar al pescado. Yo lo compararía con huevo poco hecho. ¿Cómo puede tanta gente venir a un lugar así?

Es el café más agradable que puedas imaginar, superficies limpias y decoración hogareña. Pero esta visita inaugural se vio empañada por ningún saludo, personal de cocina confundido y un desayuno que llegó en episodios esporádicos.

Overpriced for an average breakfast, six slices of toast, three pats of butter,service slow. Toilets were nasty. Good view of London Eye is the only thing going for this place.

Walked pass this place and was hungry so popped in for some takeaway. Stood there for a while looking at the menu, the staff there didn’t take notice of me until for a good few minutes then she came and asked whether I’m eating in or takeaway, i told her takeaway, she then pointed at the top and said thats the takeaway menu then walked away and do her thing. There was a menu which they suggest and the prices shown on the picture was quite cheap fish & chips for £3, 1/4 pounder burger, chips and 500ml bottle of drink for just £2.80 etc...

Tatty, overpriced dump with third rate food and surly slow 'service'.

Expensive, cold food, awful service. The waiter looked like he did not care. Another couple walked out it was so bad. Do not risk it!

Service terrible. Party of four. One breakfast arrived and was consumed in full before our drinks arrived. Another 15 minutes later the rest of the order arrived. The staff didn’t have a clue and other customers dishes who ordered after us were being served. We had to chase three times for our drinks and food and it wasn’t busy!

Poor service, poor quality and inflated tourist prices. There are plenty of well established chains on the Southbank, or decent independent cafes nearby if you are prepared to walk a little.

Took our granddaughter for a treat for her 8th Birthday to the London Eye and popped in to this seemingly cheap and cheerful cafe for a quick lunch. It was neither cheap or cheerful.

I came to London for a birthday gift for my dad & after having a fantastic day the day before we felt like finding a good old London cafe for a full English. Needless to say it was a huge mistake walking into this place. The staff we rude as soon as we came in - wonderful. We ordered two of the same breakfast ‘mini waffle’ and a tea & coffee. 20 minutes went by still no drinks or food. 25 minutes later some waffles are put on the table but the rest of the breakfast: sausage, egg & bacon was nowhere to be seen. Then one of the girls came back took the waffles away and said that’s not for you and put it down on the table next to us & this made the other customer very unhappy also. My dad’s breakfast finally came out 30 minutes later, then followed by some gopping coffee and tea but no food for me. When I approached the staff I asked kindly to hold my food and give me a refund to which I was told “it is coming, it is on its way okay” while being pointed at and motioned to sit back down. I ended up leaving before I even had my food put in front of me as I had a train to catch, so I was very disappointed and upset with my experience here. Never again.

Looking for a quick place to have lunch and decided to stop in here. While the dining room seemed clean, the bathrooms were disgusting, the service was slow and the food almost inedible. We opted not to finish our lunch and left disappointed.

Not sure if this place has gone down hill. This was our second visit here. We all had a full English, but our first visit was much better. The food is still alright and definitely convenient location wise. Not massively over priced like most places in central London and we have managed to get seated straight away both times.
