Excellent food, great value and ready exactly on time.

We have ordered many times and always we appreciate your quality and taste of food items. Today for the First time we felt something different with the cheese taste on the pizza we ordered. Please consider this as a positive suggestion.

Disappointed as food was stone cold

It was a takeaway so I can’t rank atmosphere.

Price was about £10 more than I would usually pay but the taste was 10 times better. Delivery was 15 mins earlier than expected, which was nice. Will be using Emilios going forward.

All food tepid, definitely wasn’t the tasty haddock we had last time! The sausages hadn’t been battered, smallest pot of curry sauce I’ve ever seen expensive and disappointing won’t be back

Easy to order app, choice of toppings, quick delivery. Needed to to warmed up on arrival. Delicious will have again

Will not be ordering again, food was disappointing. Waste of money. Giro was lacking in decent pieces of meat, all scrappy bits, chips cold & stale. Chilli con carne ridiculously over powerd in chilli powder, unable to eat.

Son said kebab was amazing Chips weren’t so good ( usually are )

Food was excellent as usual, staff are amazingly friendly.

Have ordered from here numerous times and food has always been good. Tonight however everything was cold. Delivery was 90mins and pizzas were all overcooked. Disappointing.

My food was delivered as always by a lovely gentleman with a smile and was very pleasant indeed. Well mannered, looked smart and a thoroughly nice person. The food was hot and delicious. Extremely good value for money.

I first started going to Emilios over 20 years ago and I have never been disappointed whenever I have gone back. Consistently delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Great pizza place. Worked in the area the past 4 weeks and came here a few times on the evening. Pizza is great. Chicken wings are great. I'll definitely be back the next time i'm in the area.

Went in today and first asked if there were onions mixed in their gravy; and the lady behind the till was really snotty with me. When she said no, I was like okay can I have just have a sausage dinner and gravy then please. She looked at me like I had two heads and tried to charge me for just a jumbo sausage. I explained no, I’d like a sausage dinner please. She then excused herself to ask a lad in the back what I was talking about?? And HE WAS CONFUSED AS WELL? Surely sausage dinners are not just a Scouse thing? 😭 Anyway he asked if it was just chips and sausage, and I was like no it’s usually like two sausages, chips, peas and gravy. The lady then said he’d have to come over to put it through the till because she didn’t know how. After putting my order through, my brother asked if they still done the vegan fish, which was the entire reason we came because he visited back in the Summer and said the vegan fish they done was lovely. They both, again, proceeded to look at my brother like he had two heads, and went into the back to get a clear answer. They then came back saying they had gluten free? 😭 Which obviously my brother can’t have as a vegan. Anyway, I put the order through for myself and we ended up having to go somewhere else for my brother anyway, despite them clearly still advertising vegan fish on the menu. Awful, awkward atmosphere, and even though we only ended up ordering sausage and chips and chips and gravy in the end, it still took five staff members 20 minutes to get our order ready for us because they were all dawdling about. Got the food home and it was bland, gravy tasted of nothing and the tartare sauce was watery. Last time we’ll ever come here, so disappointed after we made the drive specifically for an item they apparently no longer even do. Staff acted like you were stupid for asking them simple questions, and if we hadn’t already paid we would’ve just walked out and left. Awful place and it’s disappointing to hear that it’s went so downhill, because it was apparently gorgeous in the Summer.

Not eaten inside, but delivery service was excellent.

Staff didn’t know what a sausage dinner was , food had no taste will not be returning.and pricey.

The only place I trust to deliver quality food every single time.

We frequently order food from Emilio’s and have generally been satisfied; however, I was very disappointed with the service this evening. I noticed the man preparing our food licking their fingers before handling my food and coughing straight into the food. I think the staff should wear gloves to maintain hygiene and ensure they avoid behaviours, such as coughing, that could compromise food safety.

Fish - soggy batter, not crispy as it used to be, 2 portions of peas @ £1.80 each were 30% water, this has happened the last 2 out of 3 deliveries, one recent order had a 20 inch hair ( foc) underneath the fish. I did call the shop but don't know if it was reported to management. Emilios Sale was the best local chippy with a great reputation for very many yrs but has gone down hill recently, think I'll be seaking alternative next time.

Fresh food. Good taste. Much of the food was cold. Got the order wrong, which is dangerous when considering allergies etc. Refused to give a refund despite being presented with the wrong food and receipt within 48 h. On emailing and going into the shop Andreas said that he'd been there for 25 years and doesn't care. Good job there's loads of choice in the area

My tub of burger relish I ordered was missing.

Nice food but Ordered with a pitta bread and came with a naan bread which wasn’t wanted or eaten. Last 2 times had the same issue.

The farm burger is amazing, the chips are very good too.

majority of the meat was really chewy and gristly, it was smothered in sauce, salad that was dumped on the top was brown and wilted, everything just tasted of BBQ sauce. Won't be ordering from here again

Excellent kebabs ( although could have been a little hotter ). Service very good, delivered within 20 mins of order. Never had a bad experience at Emilios.

Food was cold, fish and chips, pea, curry and gravy, couldn’t eat it

food was ok, chicken wings where tasty but was a bit cold, item missing but that was rectified as soon as i rang up so couldn't fault them on that

Busy take away restaurant in Sale offering halloumi kebabs and salads unique to the area.

Food was cold and it’s only found the corner not the best

Order arrived luke warm, also I called to indicate that my 2 dips I ordered were not there, also I asked for Pickled Chilli’s, jalepinos, and Green Chilli’s and Chilli Sauce of which all were missing. The shop explained that they were very busy as a reason and said next time I order to put comments in the order to get the missing items next time. My argument is, it does not matter how busy you are, this reason should not impact the quality and accuracy of someone’s order. Overall it was a poor kebab.

1st and last time ordering from here. Worst chicken kebab and chips I’ve had for a while. Cold hard chicken (either terrible quality or it has been sat there for 40 minutes). Chips, again terrible cheap quality. Had 1 and went in the bin. 0 pride, if the food was that bad I couldn’t trust what the hygiene standards would be like so the rest went in the bin too. God only knows how places like this stay open. Very suspicious.

Food delivery was for 7:30, got a call from the restaurant at 8:10 to let me know there wasn’t any chicken. No apology for the delay just what I wanted as a replacement. 8:30 and still no food, Really frustrating and poor service. Called for an update and the staff had no idea. Absolute joke

Just had an order delivered. 2 burgers, large chips and curry. Missing the chips and the bloody curry. Rang twice, left a message then hung up on. Basically just robbed my money.

Just trying one of there calzones that’s not on the menu yet I went in there stuck for ideas of what to have to eat can’t recommend these guys enough

Food great and portion size was large. Only knocked a star off service as there were items missing from order but was quickly rectified after a call and received full order . Would recommend.

Pizzas are superb, create your own allows you to get exactly what you want. Good choice on the menu as well. Chicken Gyros go down well in our household

Very much enjoyed the garlic with cheese and mushrooms with herbs. Absolutely delicious and I've had it a few times now and it's always excellent. For me, the nicest garlic bread in the west Warrington area. Red salt chips were lovely too.

The service in here was brilliant , all staff was very welcoming and happy. The food tastes nice ans fresh , especially the chicken with the chargrilled taste. Overall brilliant experience.

Have been here on numerous occasions and the food has always been excellent. Asked for thinly battered fish and it was perfect every time. Our favourite fish and chips.

Pizza was barely cooked, very soggy and lacking in flavour! Don’t get me started on the chips! 🤢 everything went straight in the bin. Never again

We tried here as it was the only chippy open at 3pm but what a find. Really friendly service and delicious fresh food. Will definitely be back.

Tries to deliver far too early than they advised. Then an hour later, despite acknowledging this error, try and deliver the same old food. They said they would deliver straight away. Very poor

Portions were small wrong pie delivered and the one we got was uneditable as it was Rick hard chips weren’t very hot very disappointed chippy costs enough these days without it not being nice plus side pizza for kids was enjoyed

I have used Emilios for both home and at work and can always say the food is hot when it arrives and the quality is always to a high standard.

Everything was fine but delivery driver refusing to bring the food to the house when I have very young children in the house was ridiculous need to sort your priorities out delivery woman is out of order

Salt & pepper chicken box was delicious, Ordered 5 mins before closing time and came in 20 mins. Definitely recommend!

Tried charging me £9.50 in shop for a small donner kebab that I had to wait 15 minuites for. Just looked on just eat and they're £6.50. Don't go here, rip off and staff are rude

Ordered food here multiple times and they are by far the best chips around! We also had a large party and they were able to cater for a large amount pizzas and other bits and bobs! Thank you for making a large of kids happy on their school leavers party! Don't ever change how you do you're chips, they're spot on!

hot wings were not hot. temperature hot but dry and not spicy at all. pizza was passable. delivery decent time though

We ordered for the first time yesterday food arrived early ladiy who delivered was lovely and friendly .Food was piping hot we had fishx2, pizza ,zinger burger , chips and curry sauce .Everything was lovely the only let down was the chips they were very soggy .If the chips had been good would have been perfect

Paid for an additional pot of garlic mayo that didn't turn up. Will take up with them personally

Did a pick-up order we got a portion of Salt and pepper donner meat which was huge and very tasty and vegan fish and chips with mushy peas. All very tasty, big portions. Our regular place for a take away.

Ordered two pizzas and both not great, far too much cheese was like basically eating a load of cheese no other taste used to be good but starting to be hit and miss

This place has finally took over harrys. Harrys is dreadful now. Go here instead.

Vegan Fish was great, a crisp batter and very flavourful. Regular Chips were OK, more like baked oven chips than fried 'Chippy' chips. Farm Burger was excellent. Juicy and tender meat in a soft bun, great portion size and very well priced. Onion Rings were soggy and quite sad looking, but tasted ok. Service was as you'd expect, quick and easy ordering then a wait of about 15mins for food.

Overall the food was nice, there were a few issues with my kebab but nothing major. I had asked for salad with no tomatoes but there were tomatoes in the salad (it’s ok I just took them out). The main issue was with the Halloumi which wasn't cooked enough. The rest of the meal was spot on and I will go again but ask for my cheese to be grilled for a little longer.

I rode past 30 mins after closing time on the way home from work, most places would of turned me away, instead they cooked me a pizza while they were closing and cleaning up! Amazing service and the pizza was lovely! Thanks to the staff

Food turned up 15 mins early which is always a nice surprise. 1 item missing which isn’t great so gave them a call and missing item delivered 10 mins later, great service. Mistakes sometimes happen but it’s how you react to them that count. Food was lovely too and decent portions as well

Had the mixed kebab. Peri Peri chicken, donner + BBQ glazed pork. Served on a Naan bread. Great value for money. Staff really friendly too. Nice clean, modern kitchen. This is my new favourite go to place. Edit - just had food from here today. Was horrible. Ended up binning it. Gutted as used to be really nice from here

The food is really good here but we usually order dips with the meals and nearly every time, the dips are never in the bag 😞

Pizza of the week is always a treat (unless it has olives in my opinion!) The lasagne pizza from week 16 2024 was amazing and the best POTW so far for me and I’ve sampled a few! Always generous portion sizes. Food always arrives as ordered and tastes great. Fabulous fish and Chips, great Kebabs and Gyro’s, pizzas have great menu options or you can customise them and they have a salt and pepper menu for those who crave it. As well as plenty of sides.

We order from here on a regular basis unfortunately the chips were hard and cold they got thrown in the bin

Kebab was roar lamb was pink and for my child she thrown it straight in the bin and we ordered for collection and the staff were so rude and unwelcoming and could hear a lot of effing and jeffing in the background which is disappointing this place used to be amazing what the hell happened 😒 Also rang up for a refund was basically told I am a liar and I’m not getting a refund🙄

We always order food from Emillios and usually it’s really nice. But the past few times we have ordered pizzas with chips. The chips have been horrible!!! They look and tasted like they were warm ups. Chips that have been left over from lunch time!! Hopefully they sort this out and cook fresh chips for ordered in future🤢
