Terrible customer service - completely unresponsive via WhatsApp, email, phone, or online chat. I’ve been trying to get an update on a refund for a returned dress, which they confirmed receiving, yet there’s been absolute radio silence while my money remains locked. Disappointing experience from a high-street designer.

I was informed that she invented the off shoulder boat neck white bridal gown and was astonished to discover that Audrey Hepburn, Jackie Onassis, Oprah Winfrey and numerous other women have had such gowns dating back to before this woman was even born. I also am adverse to her criticism of the messy bun. She's bang out of order. -Vigilante for and on behalf of Meghan Markle Duchess of Sussex.

The service was friendly and the indoor dining room is large and comfortable (there are also tables outside the restaurant). However, the food was disappointing and rather expensive: the Pan Con Tomate had no garlic flavor and was soaking in oil (which took away the crispiness of the bread...).
