First visit. Pre-theatre mid-week dinner. Selected Vegan Platter to share and Veggie Stew. Both very much enjoyed. Excellent friendly service. Very ample convenient, on street, metered parking.

Lovely venue, lovely attentive staff. Great drink menu and delicious food very comforting and homely felt like I was abroad at an authentic restaurant! We were kindly given a shot of lemonchello after our meal which was a lovely touch! Highly recommended 👌

What a fabulous Mother’s Day Lunch we have just had. No “Special Mothers Day “ menu at twice the usual price, just the usual super tasty, great value choices. The staff here are just lovely, both friendly and attentive and even the young man training was keen and cheerful. What a great place.

Headline: Best restaurant in Leamington Spa. My fiancé and I had such a wonderful time here at Elma. Absolute best Mediterranean food we have ever tasted! The owner was amazing with his customer service. The ambience in the restaurant is perfect for special occasions/date night. We laughed so much our cheeks hurt. We will most definitely return to Elma when we are in Leamington Spa.

Been here several times since my initial review and love it each time. They do a lunch menu, two course at £16.95 and never fails to disappoint. Love this place. Come and support them I'm sure you'll love it too... Delicious. We went here on the off chance they had a table and on a friend's recommendation and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff very attentive and we will certainly be returning again soon. Can highly recommend

Lovely little restaurant In town Was staying in hotel nearby so we thought we would try this place . Really good staff,great vibe,and really good food. We orderd a dip Platter for two which was delicious and was enough for 3 or 4 people tbh Main meal we orderd a mixed kebab for 2 and a portion of chips Was really tasty ,a good portion and served quite quickly. Plates empty ! Tiramisu for desert to top off Well done elma A couple of satisfied 😌 customers !

Excellent lunch. I had a chicken wrap and my niece the moussaka. Both were very good and excellent value for money. We had a slow relaxing lunch. If you are in a hurry you should tell the knowledgeable and helpful staff how long you have. If you have the time though enjoy the atmosphere.

Went with 3 friends. Busy but service excellent. Range of starters were really tasty. We had a meat platter and shellfish platter to share. Meat one was fantastic - lamb chops were beautiful. However, star was the fish platter. Loads of prawns and all the different fish cooked well. Puddings were lovely. Only slight question would be a wish that everything was slightly hotter. Overall wonderful and will be back soon

We stayed for a night in Royal Leamington Spa, walked out and found Elma. A bustling Mediterranean restaurant, we settled for a menu of meze (nice), a main dish (we decided on a nice moussaka) and an outstanding dessert of baklava, ice cream and saffron candy floss. A very pleasant evening out.

I came here on a Sunday evening with my family as we wanted to have a meal out together before son went back to university. Staff very friendly and efficient - food brought speedily. We had some tapas to start and then fish, salad, and the mixed grill for our main course. Daughter loved her pomegranate drink and the family all enjoyed their puddings too. Recommended - I want to go back to try the spicy meatballs

Took my girlfriend here for dinner last night and it was a fantastic experience. Food was wonderful. Would recommend the lamb chops and the halloumi & spicy sausage. The dessert platter for 2 is also to die for

After reading great reviews we decided to eat here on our last night visiting this lovely town. This was possibly one of the worse experiences I've ever had in a restaurant, and I don't complain very often. We had the set menu one, I had a mixed grill - I ate two chips and some chicken and left the rest. A virtually untouched plate of food being cleared from the table didn't seem to concern the staff at all. We asked for a smaller portion of the set desert to be brought out as we had already decided the food wasn't great and we're concerned we would only leave it. We did. I was handed a bill by a different server who was very polite, and another server came to take payment. I have never not tipped in a restaurant until today, I was expecting a bill of £91 and was a bit confused when my card had to be put in the machine, a near £10 service charge had been added on which I asked to be removed. I was disappointed that, unlike in most restaurants that take tip via card machine I wasn't even informed this was being added, as it was not on the receipt. Hugely disappointing but having read some of the other reviews it seems even complaining may not have made any difference. Avoid at all costs.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Elma last night. The decor, service and food was impeccable! The portion sizes do justice for their prices as well. I had the mixed grill, and that’s a dream dish for all meat lovers. The staff was very warm and nurturing as well. Would definitely visit again!

The food was great but watch out for the double counting on the bill. The original receipt included an “optional” 10% service charge which I accepted. I paid via contactless and they then charged an additional 10% on the total. This will ensure I never go back.

We didn't realise when we booked it was Leamington food festival that day and incredibly hot and almost cancelled what a treat we would have missed out on the air con garden room the lovely professional staff and great food we have booked for December with close friends this time.

We love this place, it’s been several months since we’ve been in Leamington but found ourselves there on Saturday. Helpful staff were able to accommodate us at short notice and we were given such a friendly welcome back. Lamb chops are still so tasty and the moussaka was delicious. No time for deserts …. This time!!! We will be back soon, won’t be so long hopefully. Thanks for a lovely dinner

Really excellent meal and service from the team at Elma last night - definitely back to pre-Covid experience (and the perfect Espresso Martini!).

Sat right next to the door so constant people coming in right next to our table, plus the waitress station is right next to the door. Serving staff constantly brushing past my chair which was really annoying. The layout of the restaurant just doesn’t work. Service was mediocre at best, very young and in experienced staff. Won’t be going back. It has really gone downhill.

We were hoping for great food and drinks to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Sadly the food was only really mediocre and cold. The cocktails were also a big let down as they looked and tasted like my 10 year old had made them. A nice atmosphere however and attentive staff.

Absolutely go here for amazing good and atmosphere. They have a back garden area thar is absolutely lovely. But plenty of different dietary options let alone the flavors being sublime. Leamington Spa isn't really known for its diversity with food but Elma's is amazing to try. Will absolutely go back.

A really nice restaurant. The food and atmosphere were great, with the owner being especially welcoming and friendly. They have Warwickshire made beer and cider on offer alongside Turkish draft. I deffinately would recommend visiting to others. NB. I was there in the evening but the lunchtime menu looked very good too. 👍😁

We sat in the garden area of the restaurant, which is really pretty, the decor creates a really nice atmosphere. Was served by Aida and Danny, who were really friendly and helpful when it came to the menu. We ordered the seafood platter, which was amazing, and grilled sea bass with rice, which was also wonderfully cooked. Great portion sizes, would definitely revisit.

A spontaneous Saturday find… We were looking for a quick and ideally not too busy lunch spot and Elma’s was the perfect choice. It’s in a slightly unsuspecting area of August Place but only a short walk away from the high street. We were welcomed into their covered garden seating area which is full of plants and has a lovely cosy atmosphere. The two servers were so attentive and made our lunch really special. We had the pomegranate lemonade and pomegranate mocktail, both of which were super fresh and delicious. The seafood platter was tasty and went really well with the other small plates such as sucuk (Turkish sausage). Portion sizes were perfect. We finished with a great dessert of baklava. We will definitely be back!

Called in on the off chance was able to park outside. (My mobility isn’t that good). Lovely warm welcome. My son and I shared the seafood platter and it was everything we wanted absolutely fab. Another bonus was the beautifully clean disabled toilet. Will definitely...

Excellent service (probably one of the best in Leamington) , great food, lovely atmosphere. We had a ribeye steak and a mixed grill platter. Right after we placed the order a complimentary bowl of olives and pickles arrived. The food came shortly after that and when we asked for the bill we were offered a £15 discount voucher for the next dine in. Lovely place, and will definitely be dinning again here. Thank you Elma!

Very friendly staff, the meat was great, very well seasoned. Lovely Tzatziki. The only negative thing I can say is that the garden felt a bit stuffy and that the grilled vegetables didn’t have much flavour but I understand not everyone wants a lot of flavour in a side dish when everything else is well seasoned. I would definitely come back!

Took my parents out her for a nice meal, the service was great, the mezze platter was perfect for all 3 of us, and the mains arrived in decent time and were delicious (mixed grill, lamb shank and spicy meatballs). The homemade lemonade was refreshing!

I’ve been to Elma three times now and the Food and Service has been very good each time, a great place for a meal out with friends or partner, we’ve had tapas, salads, moussaka, and seafood grill, finished off with some gelato and a cheeky...

Really fine 'Turkish' restaurant with a good selection of both vegetarian and non vegetarian discs. All six had various starters and my calamari was very good, if not particularly exciting. That's calamari for you. Again, all of had different mains and again we were served with very vibrant selections. My lamb stew was excellent and couldn't be faulted. We didn't finish with desert (a birthday cake awaited elsewhere), but the Turkish coffee was just so... The atmosphere was a little subdued, perhaps because it was Saturday lunchtime.

Showed to our table but we weren't happy where they'd put us but they bent over backwards to move us. Wonderful food, magnificent service definitely would come again. This is the place to be.

I heard about this place long before I went there for dinner. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Food was okay. They did mess up my order with a different side, and that was after I had to reorder as the first option couldn’t be served. It was rather cold and I had to put a coat while having my dinner. Also, there was a funny smell in the dining area. I would like to say that I was wrong and it is a good place to go to. And maybe if I am back at some point, I will change my mind. In the meanwhile, it is three stars.

Very noisy, and vegetarian food is substandard

We had a pre show dinner and the overall experience was OK. Service was a little slow, we requested a bottle of water which never arrived. The starters were delightful but I was underwhelmed by the mixed grill having tried it at other Turkish restaurants.

Dear management I have read good reviews about the restaurant and it clearly stated the restaurant closes at 11.30pm and when I googled , I found some websites mention the closing times to be 0.00am. However we had arrived there at 10pm on a Friday night. The staff at once mentioned the kitchen is closed and so he apologized for not letting us in. This is an experience I wanted to share .. Management is aware about their whereabouts in real time, so there’s nothing to mention. Inspite of clearly mentioning that restaurant closes at 11.30pm you guys decide the kitchen ta close 1.5hours prior. So there’s really nothing to give a review about.

For starters, this restaurant is a must visit for it's 'outdoor' seating area alone. But even without that, this is still a restaurant I'd recommend to anyone and I'm desperate to go back. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the food is unreal.

Great little restaurant in Leamington, with a very varied menu and tasty dishes. Most plates are east Mediterranean, and variety is enough to cater for vegetarians and vegans. Have come back several times and will continue to!

We enjoyed the seafood sharing platter, all the seafood was cooked to perfection, the chips were crisp and tasty, the salad not over dressed. Absolutely excellent! Our only regret is that we don't live close enough to return regularly.
