Pizzas arrived on time but unfortunately they were not edible as the base was so soggy not cooked enough very disappointing don’t think will be ordering again.

pie supper was good burger supper was ok kebab meat was absolutely terrible it is like it's the frozen stuff you get from farmfoods or Iceland it was thick and rubbery and no taste to it at all never get kebab meat throm there again

Took 2 hours and 20 minutes to be delivered a little bit late is expected but this is shocking won’t be using again

Chips, pakora and pizza good quality and arrived hot. But got marked as delivered 30 minutes before actually delivered.

Delivery was over 2 hours, food was cold and not good quality! This is ashame as I’ve order from here before! Won’t be in a hurry to return

I was a little surprised to see a difference in price ordering from Just Eat and buying in the shop - fish supper was £10 in shop and £11.50 on the app, similarly the smoked sausage was £6.90 in shop and £8.20 on the app. So my order for collection cost me £2.80 more just bu ordering online. I am unsure if this is "normal" and all restaurants do it but this seemed so far the only one...

Ordered a Fried Steak Pie supper but it was a burnt flaky pastry Baked pie that arrived. Usually never have any issue with this or any orders from this vendor but they have failed tonight.

Great delivery time. Sad about the pizza tonight as too much cheese not enough tomato, which made it quite dry :(( usually my fav chippy pizza. Partners was the same. Chips were fab as usual x

Ordered at 5.15 and asked for a 6.35 delivery, shop confirm a 7.00 delivery...not great, butOK. it was 7.40 when my order arrived, the curry sauce was too salty and the suppers are the smallest I've ever had. I actually had to order more food from elsewhere. Last Elios ever.

Ordered at 17.20, expected delivery 19.00, I called at 19.30 to ask when the delivery would arrive. 'it's not left yet, waiting on a driver, will be at least another 30 mins before delivery, so I cancelled the order. normally very reliable.

Pizza was burnt and chips undercooked

Kebab meat was so thick and dry it was like chewing leather. Veg Pakora was really mushy inside.

Elio's is my 'port of call' for when I wish to indulge! Love Elio's!!

Worst chippy I have ever been to. Really soggy batter and totally inedible, threw it in the bin after a mouthful. Was more expensive than Anstruther wee chippy and certainly wasn't in the same league. Will definitely never be back.

Walk in or delivery, polite and professional. The food...SHMACKS! Just got cheeseburger supper and loved it, simple and good quality. I've had several places local over time since released from our cages lol and Elio's hasn't followed suit for greed!

got rectified straight away when contacted,was a minor delay, still worth every penny, will order again!

Food tasted stale, when chewing it felt like it had been sitting for some time. It was very hot and the chips were fresh but the rest of the items just tasted strange and a bit chewy.

Sausage with half bag of chips was just one small sausage with half decent chips and half toenails. Greasy chip steak also. Far too expensive for shocking meal.

Food on point this evening, fih was perfect and chips obvioulyvfrehly mad before being sent out for deliver. Elios is one of our regular take aways and will continue to enjoy

my husbands fish and chips was excellent but my macaroni was tasted terrible , i couldnt eat it, had to put it in the bin, service was good

First time ordering via just eat and instead of waiting 30 mins when I go to collect, I now waited 1 hr 40 mins and I only live down the road. If ordering from here consider collection as its quicker and the staff are lovely.

It was warm and 25 minutes late we never had our meal delivered that late before we are not happy

I have had lots of orders from Elios, of which I have left previous reviews for which have been fantastic, I always go to Elio for chippy. however tonight was a let down, I assume they have been overwhelmed for whatever reason...took almost 2 hours to deliver a fish supper, then when got it the chips were cold (although fish was fine). I am assuming this was just a one off and next time all will be back to the usual service I know they offer

Food was okay but it is almost always late. (Someone said due to the justeat payment terms therefore takes second priority ?! (Don’t know if this is true though)). It is also the most expensive - this was okay when it was the best but definitely not at the moment. £food + £3.50 delivery + 50p service charge + 10p for a paper bag. Will think again before ordering next time.

Although late can't complain as the quality of the food makes up for it won't put me off ordering again in the new year. Merry Christmas when it comes.

From order to delivery was total of 2hrs and 35mins, said it was delivered at 6.25pm but didn’t arrive till 7.35pm. Won’t be ordering from here again.

ordered food at quarter to 5, got the all clear saying itll be here between 18:15 and 18:35 phoned the restaurant at 5 to 7 got told one of their drivers had to go home but it will be with us shortly it is now 20 to 8 and still no food!! no even an update on where the food is or a phone to tell us if we are getting our food service has been nothing shy of dismal

Very disappointing, food dripping with grease, asked for crispy fish, it was soggy with uncooked batter in middle, chips were undercooked mostly hard. Poor quality onion rings for the price. Most of it was put in the bin.

First had a delivery time of an hour - hour and 15 mins later but didn’t turn up till just ten mins short of 2 hours. Terrible service. Food wasn’t warm either.

Our go to chip shop, food is always perfect, portion sizes are spot on, nice and filling, plenty of choices. Rare for a chip shop all the menu is great, pizzas, kebabs, fish and chips etc

Delivery driver was amazing and followed instructions left for delivery. Chips were slightly cold and tough but overall really nice. Chips usually better quality so don’t let this put you off ordering!

As good a haggis supper I've ever had I enjoyed every mouthful . Although I did struggle with the portion size not that I'm complaining better too much than not enough my wife had a fish and also fritters she loved the fish but has a special bond with fritters and she wasn't disappointed well done too this chippy value for money I'd definitely say so will definitely use this eatery again next time I'm in Fife .

Food eventually come was stone cold and tasted like it was reheated from a week ago last one I ever order had enough burning good money. No customer service and they won't employ a driver.

Order was ten minutes late, review will only let me to select mins late on drop-down, part of order was donner meat and chips with option for garlic sauce, expected sauce in small container but it comes completely lathered in sauce, every piece of meal covered in sauce. You may like it this way but only taste is garlic sauce. It went in the bin. Chips and cheese was different, cheese is red, and onion rings are good crispy and decent portion

We get our fish suppers delivered every week as we are pensioners and don’t get out it was a young lady that delivered it she was very polite and curtious and the suppers are just the right size for us and tasty

Order took more than 2 hours. Phoned and was told that delivery driver in a minor accident but food was on its way with a complimentary bottle of juice. Took another 20 mins or so and no juice. Terrible service tonight and food when it came wasn’t great - chips a little undercooked and pizza a bit burnt

The person who delivered our order was very polite and Curtios and they always are thank very much as we are 70 yrs old and I have had 4strokes this year and my wife hasn’t been out of the house for over 2yrs as she has copd. So we thank you and your staff very much

I don’t know who made my pizza tonight but it was absolutely amazing! I had garlic chicken and it was done to perfection, plenty chicken and was overall YUMMY!!!!
