Ele's Pizza & Fast Food in Kirklees

They are taking customers money and not sending food. OK so placed an order on just eat ....they took the money then received a text to say I have successfully cancelled my order ..called them and been told they are renovating ... so why have they not suspended their just eat account ? Because they want to keep taking money and not provide a service- it was my first time ordering and would have given a good review if food was good. But judging by my experience today will definitely not order from here again. Be Warned

Ordered my food at 7pm . It states 45 mins delivery , It is now 21:23 and I am still waiting for my food . I have left 20 missed calls no answer . Ridiculous! Money come out the bank and it never turned up.

Ordered a Parmesan using uber eats this is what I got chicken chunks with some cheese and god knows what’s on top rang up to ask them if they have ever seen a Parmesan looks like they killed 3 baby chickens and put them in my box didn’t even eat it ordered a mr ts instead thought I’d try something different my dog ate this instead looked good to be dogs food all underside was burnt and as I said was just 3 chunks of chicken with some cheese and don’t know what else was in there

Literally took soo long just to make 2 naan. Lots of flys and the floors are dirty. Wouldn't go again.

Only had takeaway from here, fast becoming my favourite place to order from. The fried chicken is absolutely delicious, pizza is amazing, milkshakes really good.. I cannot recommend enough, I can't wait to order again

Altaf makes banging chicken wings, their pizzas are good size and tasty! Garlic bread pizza style is also very tasty. Definitely recommend their pizzas, chicken wings and lamb doner with chips!

Excellent pizzas from Ele's. Very helpful and generous staff. Once you try them I think you will become a repeat customer like me! Definitely worth a try.

I asked for two meat samosas, expecting lamb- the samosas I received were either vegetarian or contained a very small amount of chicken mince. However,they were utterly delicious - the pastry was crisp and moreish and the vegetables were subtly and expertly seasoned. The member of staff who served me was very pleasant. I never get takeaways - I think this was the second time in my life and I'm over 50- but I'll definitely be back.

Ordered a few times and really nice food

We ordered a chicken parmasan, a mixed kebab on naan and a chicken masala pasta. It arrived on time and was nice and hot but unfortunately we all got food poisoning, not even an hour after eating our food we was all ill

Ordered for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with the quality of food, value and service. Our delivery arrived quickly and the food was nice and hot. My pizza had lots of toppings and the base was really good. My wife was also very impressed by her kebab. We will definitely be ordering again.

Pizzas are top quality made using fresh dough and service is fast and friendly. Would deffinitely recommend.

Don't waste your time and money it's a joke

Good food but needs to improve appearance outdated.

Ordered the burger deal, chicken burger with salad and a cheese burger.received 2 chicken burgers one with salad and one without. The buns were burnt and chips were crispy and cold.brought another cheese burger when i complained minus the salad

First time ordering curry from there will not order again, one meal watery, no coconut and tasteless, second meal very oily and tasteless Overpriced awful food, the bin is greatful though

Still waiting for our food almost 24 hours later. Got told at 5pm we would get refunded. At 7pm they said "how do you think I'm supposed to refund you" at 8:45pm they said "the drivers on his way and wont be long" still no food. Still no refund. Plus their hygiene rating is a 2. Don't order from here.

Food was excellent really good clean food and I'm the most fussy of eaters and also the delivery was rapid and easy going guy who was most respectfull and polite and easy going guy nice to have a place like this more or less on my doorstep would recommend this place to eat from and order.

Always mixing our order up and when we ring thy don't sort it out we ordered foodwhat has no taste at all even my little one said mummy its like i am having roti with chily nothing else then my husband orders again this time it came with no chillys but full of salt its horrible sort ur food out before giving it to others

Customer service not worth for rating too lol they got no communication skills or anything I ordered online from them I said one pizza no cheese on once food arrived it cheese on wrong drink too I can't be ask ringing them back pointless big letdown they should listen what a Customer want I won't order from there anymore not a lifetime too ,I don't get time to order food around because I work nonstop all week I just get sat sun time then I get this food not cooked good too poor quality it didn't came ontime too

I ordered two weeks ago I ordered the pizza deal i got two pizzas two drinks and a portion of chips for £12 free delivery. I can honestly say the pizzas are first class very generous with their toppings and the dough is proper pizza door

Great service, made a mistake with my order which was immediately rectified and he also apologised. Mistakes happen but thankyou for rectifying the error and redelivering what was missed out immediately. Will reccomend to friends and famoly

Placed order online. Delivery was late. Food arrived cold. Tastless. Paid over amount 20 pounds. Never again.

Ordered a meal for my mum and dad, 1st order came got it completely wrong and then decided to give attitude over the phone poor customer service, waited another 1 hour 30 mins for replacements for them to be wrong again, chips were cold and the portion sizes are absolutely disgusting you definitely don’t get your moneys worth this place is going down hill ASAP.

Ordered food, they told me 40 minutes on the phone, it came 1 hour and 30 minutes later all the food was cold and they missed a pizza off my order. When trying to follow up this the user was busy for 30 mins and still no answer

Will never be ordering again! Poor customer service and was not apologetic at all when told part of the order was missing after already waiting twice the length of expected delivery time. I would reccomend if you like waiting for cold food......

Placed an order for pick up. 35 to 40 mins they said. I arrived after 40 mins to pick up, the guy said 5 mins (fair enough) waited another 10 mins, asked again only to be told 5 mins. Waited another 10 then walked out in the end and ordered from somewhere else. Will never return. Poor service and management.

Best in the town, Piri chicken, pizza and kababs are consistently very good need to try the curry now 😋👌👍

I've ordered from smokey's 4 times now, their chicken platters are amazing!!! Also had the monster kebab which was the best kebab I've ever had. Its always delivered hot and before the time they say. I think this is my favourite takeaway in Yorkshire!!!

Ordered tonight and worst experience I've had they took nearly 2 and a half hours to come tried calling they hung up three times won't be ordering again no update on my food pizzas bland, dry and not even hot minimum toppings more chips than kebab too used to be okay when it was khanams

mixed grill was okay ordered a Diet Coke can was warm supposed to be cold and also can’t sell drinks separately out of a multipack please make sure in future drink is cold otherwise no point ordering a can of drink

The new owners have greatly improved the food I tried it and the food was amazing 10/10 would come back here again

Over half late cold and tasteless. Went with this shop due to reviews however please stay away i could half expect late delivery on Friday or Saturday but not Sunday. Rang twice and all I got was it’s on its way disappointed dose not serve it justice. Money wasted
