I had a birthday dinner at this restaurant. It was a lovely get together with family and friends of fourteen guest. A wonderful place to eat. The service by the staff and manager was a 10 out of 10. I think the food was very good none of my guests had any complaints. We had a super dinner and drinks. I would definitely organise another event maybe next time book the entire restaurant. I was kept informed of my booking right up until the morning of . Absolutely loved the light look of the restaurant bright and well lit. And the price was right no complaints there either.

While the restaurant itself was lovely I had the worst experience in a restaurant ever. As a vegetarian in 2022 I expect to have more than one choice on a menu and for that meal to be more substantial than a salad. The staff were nice but need some serious training in what a vegetarian is. Several attempts at finding something to eat I ended up with plain pasta. Which was pretty miserable when you love food and you’re starving. Personally I’d avoid this restaurant if you’re vegetarian as they don’t appear capable of catering to a variety of tastes. London is full of amazing restaurants that can cater to groups with mixed tastes / requirements so go find one of them

Got there for lunch with my wife. The place was quite packed although it was weekday. The tables on the sudo-terrace are REALLY close to each other. The place is wrapped in plastic so it does not rain inside but…hey it wasn’t not raining and I felt like being in a greenhouse. The most annoying thing for me is that there was not a single waiter wearing face coverings in an environment which is tiny and crowded. Appreciate they are not obliged by law to do it but I believe it’s a great sign of courtesy especially if you see (or maybe don’t) a pregnant woman. Food was good but I won’t return.

Service was relaxed and laid back, drinks are on the pricey side (but it's Knighsbridge post Covid and Brexit) but the ambience and the vibe is cool, chic and worth it for a special treat. We didn't eat we did have drinks and my wine was 12.5 so it's special occasion territory for me. Like the atmosphere, friendly people and the vibe of the place. I'll be back sometime for another special treat.

To be fair I think they are still getting back into gear post covid but the banging music inside upstairs was turned up to full volume and service was not attentive. We had to shout our way through lunch and practically beg for the chance to order drinks. Sure they will get there but a bit more of a chilled vibe plus some staff with eyes open would go a long way to lifting the overall experience.

I just popped in here for a quick bite to eat. It’s a great combination - good food, great cocktails and some interesting wines (I had an unfiltered gruner veltliner), friendly/professional staff and a beautiful roof terrace.

Eldr is a Nordic restaurant on the second floor of the Pantechnicon building in the heart of Belgravia. The restaurant is divided into 2 floors. One has a modern open kitchen and dining space while the other offers a spacious roof garden sitting area. The menu, which changes seasonally is based around traditional Nordic cooking techniques and showcases all the local ingredients and produces. Moreover, the wine list includes a vast choice of organic and biodynamic wines which not many restaurants offer. In terms of food, my friend and I shared most dishes, however if I were to suggest a few I would recommend the following: Beef tartare Scallops Chicken Lovage Venison Swede We also had this really good Orange wine to go with it, I’d recommend trying too: Slatnik, Radikon 2018. Overall, the restaurant is really cool, a refreshing addition to the area. The food is delicious and the stuff is very friendly and professional. I will definitely come back (for the 3rd time). Ps: ask for the bread - delicious

We visited this restaurant for the first time today and it was an extraordinary experience. The food blew all of our minds, and the design is on point, every detail has been carefully considered to create the dining experience to remember. The team of staff were exceptional, so friendly and warm, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend a visit.

It is so nice to see new places still opening in this pandemic. Not only is this place new, but it is fantastic. It has been a while where I have enjoyed a great meal out, but alas I found a place. Firstly the staff make this place, really lovely and knowledgeable. It didn't seem like a soft launch it was that polished. The cocktails are a must!!! As for the food, I had the scallop starter, Venison main and the chocolate dessert, all faultless and so delicious! Oh yeah you HAVE to get their bread it is divine (never thought I'd get excited over bread!!!)

We visited during the week for dinner and had a fabulous time. The food is fresh, beautifully presented and modern scandi cooking at it‘s best. The bread with elderberry butter is not to be missed and our starters and mains were cooked to perfection. We skipped desert but I heard only good things. All in all a great addition to the neighbourhood with outstanding food in a gorgeous and welcoming setting.

Pantechnicon is a beautiful building in one of Londons smartest streets. We Came for lunch but arrived early for a coffee and a shop before we sat down at Elda. The cafe serves beautiful pastries made on the premises. The real treat was lunch at Eldr. The room is stylishly designed with lots of natural light and an open kitchen. The menu is interesting, intelligent With lots of unusual surprises. I skipped the starters as I ordered the delicious honey and elderberry bread. For main I ordered the veg option of squash with white beans and a scandi cheese grated on top accompanied by a really fresh salad. I have been vegetarian for over 35years and the squash Dish was one of the best vegetarian dishes I have ever eaten. I will Definitely be returning for this dish! For desert I ordered the oat and apple crumble which was so light it was almost not a crumble at all. What sets this restaurant apart is the standard of the cooking, the high quality of the ingredients and the creative menu. Well done to the staff doing brilliantly under difficult conditions with masks in place throughout. P.s Don’t miss a glass or two of Sav (birch sap wine) , if mountains made wine this would be it.

Go, embrace the menu and be staggered how enticing the flavours are. We went as a family and frequently finding a menu we all like can be challenging. The quality of the ingredients shines through and the flame cooking adds a certain delicacy to the...

Made the mistake of going into a cafe where there were no other customers. I think I now know why. Visited the premises in the Square. Latte and croissant, paid immediately by card, lukewarm coffee, stale croissant then on leaving was accused of not paying. They made a check of their records and voila, it seems I had. Quite embarrassing and won’t be back.

Previously known as Cellar Gascon. Not sure why they changed its name but c'est la vie. I love this place - been coming for over 20 years. Amazing wine menu - some real treats for the cognoscenti, at very reasonably pricing. Staff are very friendly too.

We came in for a couple of coffees and a pastel de nata. The quality of the coffee is excellent and the pastel de nata was delicious. Prices here are much lower than most high quality cafes.
