I decided to take my daughter for a milkshake. We were seated quickly, the waitress was really nice, you order now at the table using a mini iPad device, which was fast & easy. My daughter ordered the Nutella milkshake which she loved, paper straws made this difficult to drink. The kids pasta which she really enjoyed & the rosemary potatoes. The waiter (in a suit) brought the food items to the table, he said because with that it’s a bit hot, but placed this directly in front of my daughter. I thought I better move that out of her way, as I moved the wooden stand out of the way the handle swing round & burnt my hand. Yes I understand he said it’s a bit hot, but wow it was hotter than the sun & instantly blistered my hand. If my daughter would have touched that she would have been really hurt. An idea would be stop putting metal pans into the oven then directly serving them to children! Absolute madness! Not only was the pan hotter than lava, the potatoes were as dry as a bone! I advised the waitress, who brought the manager over, he brought the first aid kit and adding some gel type thing to cool the burn. I asked him why they serve those pans directly out of the oven he said it’s what the “company” wants them to do. The waitress said exactly the same thing and used the word “company” so clearly they are following a script I am guessing this happens a lot!! The waitress did tell me there was a serious incident recently. Madness!! Learn from your mistakes! For this reason why wouldn’t return. Photo is 2 days later!

Mi familia y yo nos hemos quedado muy gratamente sorprendidos por este restaurante. La apariencia es preciosa, el centro comercial es digno de ver y su personal (especialmente Alejandro, su gerente) nos atendieron maravillosamente bien. Fueron amables, estuvieron pendientes en todo momento y la comida nos encantó. Repetiremos sin duda. Muchas gracias por todo.

Hi we visited here as normally it is great. Unfortunately I can now only have gluten free items and the cafe could not cater for this. They did have oat milk instead of normal milk so that was a blessing so at least I could get a drink

Crazy prices for frozen cakes & meals. Tacky decor as well. The “success” of this company is never understood as the quality is very low. One would appreciate house made sweets and meals cooked from scratch for that price. Most of the visitors were Asians taking photos of their food and each other like it’s some special venue. Not impressed, will not go again.

The treats look great which is why I nipped by and bought us a cheesecake each to take home. The were honestly awful. The biscuits on top were very stale, the cheesecake it's self tasted bland, also like soap, and the bottom biscuit was very dry and tasteless. Very disappointed, it was expensive too!

Popped in here before our shopping spree. We were not disappointed. The breakfast was gorgeous and boiling hot. The staff were very attentive. Next time will be back for a cake as they looked delicious

Popped in for a piece of cake and a hot drink each but we were very disappointed. Coffee was small and cold, and the cakes were gummy and sickly. I wasn't expecting everything to be made fresh from such a small venue but I was expecting higher quality for the prices. Staff ignore the alert button indefinitely and couldn't answer questions about the menu. If the prices were more reasonable I'd be happier with this place, but £25 for two pieces of frozen cake and two very small drinks with no service whatsoever is really pushing it.

Seated promptly and it’s self Service on a device on the table- you need to call a member of staff if you wish to remove the service charge or have allergies. After waiting 20 minutes and pressing the assistance button over 10 times we left.

Very bad service😡Ordered 2 cups of cappuccinos and it took more than 1/2 hour and weren’t delivered to us😡then I requested to cancel the order. The barista was careless and awkward. The waitress was stressed and she was the only one who served all customers. Awful experience and not recommended place to dine in or have simple cup of coffee

Walked past and loved the colour and style which grabbed our attention so called in for a drink. We had latte coffee biscoffi milk shake and a lotus biscoffi french toast which was a huge portion with lots of fresh fruit all was really good. We enjoyed our visit and will defo call again for maybe a meal next time It’s not cheap this cost just short if £22 Recommended

Over Rated. Called in for a quick coffee. Friendly waiter but looked like his T shirt and apron had just come out of the tumble dryer. Coffee x two latte’s were very nice but didn’t justify them adding a 70p service charge. On checking the menu it appears this service charge is added but if you disagree you can speak to a staff member. ( talk about putting people in an awkward position) they know most people won’t. The other problem is the location. It’s freezing it’s like your in a wind tunnel.

Be careful when ordering takeaway. I ordered a lotus biscoff traybake cake and ended up with a chocolate cheesecake with a lump of caramel (I think) and a lotus biscuit on top. I only realised when I got home. Cheesecake very sickly and disappointing as it was not what I ordered

Shoutout Alejandro to who helped my very indecisive self choose that delicious square croissant, top pick! Myself and friends were seated right away and staff were very polite and respectful. Lot’s of new items on the menu, the cakes and frappes we ordered were taaaaaasty and very filling!

Me and my sister went to grab our “too good to go” and when we collected it, we looked inside of our box and noticed there were only two cakes. We asked if that was normal (we asked POLITELY) and the cashier immediately jumped into defence mode and said that this is how it is and opened the menu, pointed at the prices and immediately said “if you don’t like it then you’re gonna have to get a refund through the app… not through us”. She said ALL of this in one go without giving us a chance to even listen or receive what she was saying. It was very intimidating. All she had to do was say this is normal and show us with a smile and we would have walked away content. Instead, she had the grumpiest facial expression as if we were frustrating her with our question even though we asked a simple question in a polite, civil manner. She shouldn’t have jumped to telling us to get a refund either, especially when we didn’t even really complain and just questioned. We felt attacked and like she’s had a bad day and we were being used as her outlet. Extremely bad experience with this lady- I didn’t catch her name but she had caramel, orange toned long hair with tanned skin. Very rude and definitely would NOT return there simply because of how she dealt with things.
