Eggfree Cake Box in Ealing

I do actually love the cakes! ................ BUT I arrived yesterday with a picture of a cake, with name, that was sent to me via my estranged wife for our daughters birthday, I went into the shop and managed to find the picture message (I'm registered blind with extremely poor vision) only to be told "That isn't one of ours" I had a leaflet shoved my way and told to look at the website even though I had a long white stick and dark glasses, I was a bit miffed with the Mrs and arranged to meet inside an hour to sort out said cake, I used speech to text to get on the website on the leaflet to find it WAS one of their cakes thus meaning another trip in a busy traffic area which is not great for someone in my predicament, love the cakes, as my waist-line will testify, but the service is not great at this particular store

Excellent service- ease in placing online order and confirmed by ringing without an issue. I had ordered a photo cake and was impressed by the quality of. the picture. The cake was moist and just right -not too sweet. I went for chocolate cake. Butter icing was yum. Everyone loved the cake and it made the event even more special I rang a dozen cake shops for a special cake for my daughter’s christening- the 3 digit prices for some of the simple photo cakes left me surprised! The service and quality of cake for the price here, puts other cake shops to shame. No faff.

Splattered cakes. But tastes great! I ordered online thinking I’d get it fine but once received it was awful. Ruined my birthday :(

Quería escribir una reseña para Kam de la sucursal de Hounslow. . . . ella ha sido de gran ayuda ya que necesitaba mi pastel con urgencia y kam se aseguró de que hizo todo lo posible para que el pastel estuviera disponible para mí, abrió la puerta para que pudiera sacar el pastel de la tienda con facilidad. . . . Me sentí cuidada y definitivamente volvería con ella. . . . . También los pasteles de cakebox son increíbles y recomendaría a todos que al menos lo prueben una vez, ya que tampoco son muy caros.

Compré un pastel de queso para el cumpleaños de un amigo hoy. . La dependienta se negó a escribir ningún mensaje o nombre en el pastel. La razón dada fue que tenían instrucciones de la oficina central para no hacerlo. Nunca jamás volveré a esta tienda

Don't know how to bake good cake! Dry tastes like cardboard. Oreo cake which had no oreo in it?? look great but taste awful.Strawberry cream cake with no strawberries?? you should be ashamed.

if its the same as the Bristol branch the cakes are disgusting......thats it really. "the English eat with there eyes has never been truer"

I had cause to order 2 milestone birthday cakes from Cake Box in West Ealing in the last 6 months and will say that I was extremely happy with both the service and the quality of the cakes. I can't recall the name of the girl who dealt with my order (both times) - I think it was Clancy or similar but she was an absolute delight. Her customer service skills were brilliant and really made me look forward to visiting again. I never thought eggless cakes would be very nice but I was amazed at how delicious they are and everyone enjoyed the cakes thoroughly - with most people coming back for a 2nd or 3rd slice! There's a varied range of cakes available, round, square, small, medium, large, very large, etc, with a range of prices to suit all. Definitely worth a visit and I will definitely be visiting again when I next need a cake for a special occasion.

Super cakes. Go here. The serving was great. We took a biggest one. They are flexible for the price and time. For even on a Sunday afternoon and evening closing hours. The fruits are too fresh you can't imagine but only taste mouth melting yummiest cake available.

I love this place.. I go here regularly for a slice of cake or two. Recently ordered a cream cake from here for my son's birthday, was so pleased with it. It was so fresh and tasted great! Would definitely recommend this place for cakes. I hear they do icing cakes too, next one on my list!!
