Rocky's Fast Food in Ealing

I ordered food to the value of £44.28 from Rocky’s on Uber eats I ordered an XL pizza but was charged an extra £2 which I was happy to pay When the pizza arrived it was size L! I rang and complained and was told categorically that the size L and XL the same size (8 slices) so why charge me the extra £2 ! And he then said it’s Uber eats that charge the extra £2 and not Rocky’s ! Well I ordered from your website so why blame Uber eats ! By the time I was trying to sort this out but he would not agree with me - my food was all cold and did not enjoy my meal as had friends over ! What made me mad was that he refused to accept that the £2 extra for XL was not done by them but Uber eats charged me ! Bloody crooks and I will not be ordering from them again! I’m sure I’m not the only customer they have charged an extra £2 but still deliver a L pizza ! Not happy at all with their service !

went the other night to get chicken burger and chips, service was fast however when I got home and opened up my chicken burger and chips meal and to my horror..... the burger was the only thing in the bun, NO salad and NO mayo, it was as dry as the desert.. to top it all I turned the chicken piece over to see if any mayo underneath it and there was a hair sitting on the bun, so not only a dry tasteless burger but it had an added hair.. normally there no need to check your food when you leave the shop but the guy who made this burger was either un-interested or wanted to go home early.. poor service guys.. I won't return back to this place, next time i'll just go to KFC..

Went there and decided to have healthy option, so ordered half PERI PERI CHICKEN. I suppose my mistake cause they are into Fried CHICKEN. It took them good half hour and were not also busy. When I got home and was really looking forward to the CHICKEN. All it was like a steamed or Boiled CHICKEN had NO taste what so ever. Never eat it it that disappointing

Been to Southall again and of course had to visit Rockys and found out that prices had gone up by 50P but for the portion and taste is still worth every penny!!

Food was horrible... they make you pay £4.50 for a burger then add 50p extra if you want a canned drink not water then extra for chips nothing like rockeys in Southall this chain is rubbish and rubbish food! kids meal £5.00 then add chips then add drink.... won't ever go back food was really bad!

By far, the best fast food place I've been to. The curly fries were amazing-crisp and soft. Also, the wrap was satiated and the rates were economical. Definitely a recommendation!!

Been hearing about this joint for some time and lást night i was taken to place. Small take away joint clean and was busy. I was asked to try the Chicken BURGER fully loaded with fries and garlic mayo. What a BURGER massive fully of flavours and Chicken perfectly cooked. Was DIFFICULT to handle but véry enjoyable and the fries with garlic mayo just right and value for money

Somwetimes after long day at work , i love having a meal from here, its always nice to come back to this food. lovely.

Their Veg wraps are brilliant and the portion is great (cant finish on my own) and the kids loves the pizza

Lovely Chicken burger with trademark chilli mayo, with curly fries and milkshake. Whats really great is this is a real chicken breast and not the mish mash you find in other burger places. The milkshake is nice and thick.

Best Paneer pizza and amazing paneer wrap The chilli sauce is yum too I found the staff very efficent and was served quickly.

Amazing burgers and curly fries ... I love the new lamb burger very gourmet for a any take away ... what a find I am definitely going there next time I am near southall

This is my favourite fast food place. The burgers are really big and nice. The curly fries are fantastic and they have a large selection of pizza. All of this is well priced.

Cranford closes down and this is the only reason I go to Southall... if you’ve been going to Rockys since you were a kid then you know what your going to get. Chilli sauce mayo and possibly the issues once every 50 visits... but it’s ok...

You can't beat Rockys. The Place to go for the best chicken and pizza and the chilli mayo sauce is the icing on the cake!

If you like the taste of cardboard then your gonna be happy to eat here. The mistake they have made and haven’t bothered to chk is when they put hot food in those stupid boxes all the food ends up tasting like the cardboard. Waste of money don’t bother.

Rocky’s have always provided quality fast food. Recently individuals have spread incorrect information about Rocky’s using Halal meat. Rocky’s management welcome all those with concerns about the type of meat used to visit them and see for themselves the truth.

It was discovered Rocky uses halal products. Unfortunatey the owner has misguided the community and cashing in. The food is poor. Chips taste weird. Pizza is terrible no wonder its cheap. No customers service. Avoid

I had to put a review on here after reading some of the 1 out of 5 stars comments. I have been a customer of Rocky's since its inception in the mid 80s in Cranford. The food is excellent and value for money, My kids have been bought up on it and they rather go here than KFC, MacDy's.

Cheap, best chilli mayo in the universe. balle balle best food but greasy as hell. front of 120 bus stop. best location in the world.

Had the veggie burger, absolutely disgusting, not sure what kind of veggie burger that was! Never again!

they do very good pizza , my kids likes pizza from Rocky's only ... burgers and donour kebabs & onion rings.

Fue muy decepcionante con el gusto y la base era muy dura. También tienen otros tipos de pizza que no vegetarianos hamburguesas y patatas fritas. Hay otra tienda en hounslow de la misma marca. Me sentí defraudado y por desgracia no volveremos aquí. Venga gente. Tienes que mejorar no dejando que sus gradas de la marca. El servicio no era tampoco. amable.

Go to ocean pizza.five mins down the road near Rita's.taste the difference. Even the fries are oily .the staff rude.

As I'm veg and so my friends we decided to try out the veggie hot pizza with fries.by the time we gt home a five min walk the pizza was hardly warm.the base of the pizza was not cooked well .piled on with plenty possibly too many veg you could barely taste the cheese..they are quite busy but I assume it's for the chicken and chips.if you go five mins down the road next to Rita's the difference of the pizzas is very noticeable.fresh,piping hot and beautifully topped with just enough topping.... poor from Rockys.def would not visit again.

I like Rocky's on the odd occasion, mainly the chicken and chips. The Southall branch has messed my order up many times by forgetting to put requested menu in each box, i.e chicken wings or chips which I ignored as it was a hassle to go back. On this occassion I ordered boneless chicken and got a boned chicken which I noticed when I got home.I decided I had enough and went back to complain. The person was rude and took the chicken piece and started to play with it yukkk!!! I told him give me a fresh piece, he did finally but the mannerism is awful... Cranford is a better place to go to with regards to manners!!!

Chicken in a box for a very reasonable price.(£3.50 or less for 3 pieces chicken, chips and a can of pop!). Wasn't amazing, wasn't bad. What could it be?! It's chicken and chips in a box for Mars bar money.... Can't comment on other items such as burgers and pizzas as I haven't consumed them!

Almost on every high street you have your Fried Chicken or Burger Shops this place is the same but also offer Pizza's and a Donner Warps with a signature Chilli Mayo, their burgers are brilliant and as the title of this review says, Great Fast Food The Staff are friendly you can ring your order through and they'll have is ready in 15min and trust me its good to as this place gets packed every night,

I love Rocky's in the summer, when I've been on the go all day and forgotten to eat. I love it because they make your order to your specific taste, hot, medium or mild. I love the reasonable price and the chilli and mayo dip that comes with eat meal. Good fast snack for when you really need it.

Rocky's fast food in Southall is great. They have a good variety of foods ranging from Chicken burgers and buckets to Doner kebabs and Pizza. The food tastes good and is always served quickly and hot, and it is very cheap. Service is excellent, staff are polite and get the job done. I would definitely recommend this to anyone planning to grab a bite!

The best chicken burger had so far in this area! The guys are polite, is very clean inside and the taste of the burger was amazing. Very satisfied!

This is the worst Rocky's branch ever. I wouldn't even go there again, I rather stick to the cranford one. I orderd Chilli burger with 4 wings and chips. They got my order wrong when I was halfway gone and they only put 3 wings in. I'm never going to the southall branch again.

Rocky's started out in Cranford where it became very popular especially with late night openings and a fast food service. We often use the branch on Norwood Road. It is always busy!! The usual fast food menu but with the added vegetarian selection in buggers, wraps and pizzas too. usually very efficient but sometimes it can take just a little time mainly due to the demand from the number of customers. I have used Rock's for lunch, for snacks and also at dinner time. one of my favourites is their twister chips with the special coating.. Yummy! Parking is available Well worth a try... hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Enjoy!!

Vege burgr I have tried veg burger from a shop cost me 2pound aprox Its a burger and veg patty inside With the first bite i was very much disappointed as what I expected from this name .I havnt get that .patty was dry and hard to eatI hav taken within a same price better quality

The variety of chicken,kebabs,burgers and pizzas are served in good helpings and excellent value at this takeaway.The service is good and quick and it's open till fairly late.It's clean and the food is hot to eat too. Can't really fault this takeaway for it's fast food as long as you're not too conscious of the fat content but try the chilli mayo with your food!,
