Absolutely amazing highly recommended it really enjoyed it was so fresh ibuprofen had many pizza 🍕 many places but i could tell the dough are not fresh but they absolutely amazing me and my family are all enjoyed it god bless you and all your lovely team 🥰x.

Worst kebab of my entire life thick greedy pieces of what I think is freezer burnt kebab meat think and white and brown pieces had hard bits all the way through the nan bread was hard in the middle and edges was actually grim We rang ahead to make sure the meat wasn’t thick I have a very fussy eater when it arrived he didn’t even attempt it left it in the table what a waste of £30

Been using this place for ages. They used to be really good. Food is normally always really nice. Delivery can be slow sometimes, but I've let this go due to the quality of food. Today's order was wrong, online discount not applied. When asked why they weren't bothered. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Ordered a Pizza from this place, was delivered cold, when I rang up to complain I was given every excuse as to why it wasn't his fault, he argued with me and shouted over me constantly and hung up on me a total of 5 times, no offer for a refund or a replacement was offered and Food Hun that run their website said it's not their problem, the food is actually ok but the quality of service is beyond a joke, it's not the mistakes a company makes but how they fix their mistakes that defines them!

Tried to order online - suddenly said cannot delivery to this address, despite having ordered many times previously, without issue. Spoke to manager - couldn’t explain why / was rude - eventually hung up on me. Won’t be using again.

Accidentally ordered the wrong burger immediately phoned them up to ask to swap the Chili burger to the Hawaiian as I am allergic to jalapeños. When spoke with the gentleman he said it was absolutely fine and they would switch it. After waiting an hour and a half the burgers arrived but with the chilli burger instead of the Hawaiian that I had asked for it be switched to. Really disappointed. Haven’t been able to eat because of this.

1st time I've used Efes and will definitely be going back. The pizza arrived on time, hot, well presented and tasted brilliant. Excellent choices with toppings and bases. If you like pizza try Efes

What has gone wrong? Haven't ordered from here in a while. Use to love the kebab grill special years ago but seriously the meal I just had was terrible. Mederterain Chicken & Mexican Chicken tasteless, both just tasted like normal chicken. Kebab meat stone cold..salad more onion than salad..naan breads were solid and you could of played frizbee with them. The best part of meal was the 2 dips and the fudge cake ( because they didn't make it ) won't be ordering from here again. Shame, use to be a brilliant takeaway, must of changed management

Ordered pizza from here several times for delivery without any issues and very nice. But this evening I was amazed! I ordered the hot and spicy Mexican pizza and it was absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend trying it out! I doubt you’ll be disappointed if it’s the standard I had this evening, Well done efes! keep it up!

The calzone was a little bit underdone but tasted absolutely incredible despite this and had lovely flavours! Wasn't expecting it to be that nice! Navid was really friendly with great service. Thanks guys, we'll be back!

Never buy food from this place. The customer service is awful and they serve you raw pizza. When you try to complain about the quality of the food, they don't hesitate to insult you in front of the other customers.

New customer tonight I wanted a kebab that had taste .Well I must say this food was so tasty .it was hot and portion size was fantastic .so I'm happy I got what i wanted .very very nice I will be using efes from now .and got to say the garlic mayo wowwwww .staff were friendly .thankyou

Since changed owners it had gone down. £9-50 for a 9inch veg pizza.. Rip of.. Can get a 13 inch up the road for £5-99

Guy taking orders was too busy rushing to listen to what I wanted. Couldn't give me two minutes to look at the menu. Ordered a mixed kebab and chips and naan and chips. Both with sauce. Kebab didn't come with chips and there was no sauce on the dry chips. Sometimes slow down so you can get things right.

This is our go to place for garlic bread and pizza. My children love it. And now they have also started offering pizza in 16inch size which is great.

Rude and impatient when trying to place an order in the phone. Tried twice and hung up in the end. People like us keep you going. Try using simple manner with your customers. Won’t be using your again

Had two Pizzas delivered which were superb. The delivery was about 20 minutes and the pizzas were absolutely perfect. For a competitive market I would heavily recommend Efes. I will never order a pizza from anyone else.

Order took 2 hours, ordered at 8pm Saturday received it at 10pm. Pizza soggy. There was no offer of any money off or a free gesture even though the order took forever. Wouldn't order again

total rip off, just got charged for a half and half at over £16 on a 12" pizza , queried this as was shocked at the price, was told i was charged for each individual topping regardless of only having half on each, the menu says £11.50 for half and half, i didn't have a menu so didn't pick specific one just chose toppings. will not be using again out of principle bad customer service rude and unhelpful . there is better pizza places to go . don't be ripped off guys

This had to be one of the worst takeaways I have ever eaten. I ordered Mediterranean chicken, which I was told was similar to the chicken tikka wrap. I will never use this establishment again. Very poor.

Placed an order online, was told it'd be ready for pickup in 10 min. I left after those 10 min, took 15 min to drive there due to traffic, and still had to wait 10 min for the order to be ready. And it wasn't like they were busy. Food was only ok, and when I asked for the sauce on the side they wanted to charge me extra (they didn't in the end).

The best pizza place in Nottingham in my opinion. Great service, great food and super cheerful staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else 😊

Rubbish...1st and last time i order from here..food was over 45 mins from time they stated it would be delivered, it was cold, and they have the cheek to put free delivery on their flyers, then charge delivery...

Was always 5* best kebab place around but how you can send a kebab out with separate naan and the naan has a burn whole through the middle is beyond me.. were has your quality gone?

Service was OK. Normally love the pizza but it just felt average this time. Vegetable pizza looked a bit rushed and the toppings undercooked.

Mutton dressed as lamb shish. Horrible. Good shish is lamb leg. This was tail or mutton. Usually will eat anything so as not to waste it but had to chuck. Never again, tried and forgot 3 times. Always bad. Not even cheap either!

Absolutely vile! Chicken kebab is not chicken meat - processed rubbish looked like it came from a market square pigeon. Chips were soggy drenched in fat from the "chicken". Pizza is minging! Didn't even taste like pizza and base looks like the value bases u buy at supermarket. Waste of money. Good reviews must be from their mates....

So fussy with my take aways but tried efes tonight and was most impressed! Have a place in Turkey and love the cuisine so weren't too sure about here. Food very fresh, cooked on a grill and plenty of it. Will definitely be back

Neither here nor there all edible but I ordered the lamb Shish and I’m pretty sure it was beef/steak it was hot and a large portion but not what I asked for . Very quick delivery .i won’t be ordering again though I’m afraid . 🙁

they charge you £4.80 for a lasagna and really it's a £1.00 Sainsbury's lasagna. That's a rip off. Go in and ask???? rhey will show you it's Sainsbury's own so if they r ripping us all off like that then imagine what else lol Don't order from chatty rip off shops

This takeaway 'Efes' USED to be a really good establishment! Until recently, they've gone down hill for the worst! Extremely rude, cocky, leary on the phone.. Delivered my food to the completely WRONG address!! Seriously, how can you get the address wrong?!?!?! Guy who FINALLY delivered my food manipulated me on my own door step saying it's my fault.. How can it be my fault if they delivered my food to the wrong address? Absolute complete & utter muppets at Efes! This place should be shut down for good with the IMPORTANCE of NO EXCEPTIONS whatsoever! CRAP, CRAP, CRAP! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! People, be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ignorant delivery driver...half the order wasn't delivered..not rude but it's possibly the worst takeaway food I've ever had feel sick...most went in bin..shall not use again..badly cooked

So far the best kebab house I've tried in Nottingham. I went to pick it up and they're incredibly friendly in there. Great chicken shish kebabs with really nice, fresh salad to go with it. The chips were a cut above the rest too; nicely cooked and slightly crispy on the outside, just how they should be. You can tell they use quality ingredients for everything. The only negative point I have is that the portions are too large, but that's not really a bad thing..... Keep up the great work Efes! As a famous man said on numerous occasions, 'I'll be back!".

Great pizza. Nice chicken breast burger. Cheese burger tasted a little bit like a cheap burger but it was ok. Fresh salad. Good portion size plenty for all. Speedy delivery.

Without a doubt the best chicken shish in the area. Pizza isn't too bad either. But the chicken is bomb.
