My favourite local Chinese I always order from here and have no complaints usually but the order took 2 hours to arrive. I called the restaurant was told they had no driver to deliver my food, no apology or anything. Very disappointed with the service

The food was great but took 1hr 40 to be delivered. The app was saying my food was delivered but it wasn't. Had to call. The restaurant and I was told that my food was on its way (5 min drive from my house at that time of night). If the food was going to be delayed, just say.

These restaurants need to stop taking orders when they know they can’t deliver on time, it’s greed at the customer’s expense. I also got a pork curry instead of a chicken curry.

Not received an update in over an hour. Called the restaurant and I was passed from person to person telling me to wait another half hour. They would refund half give me free items. Honestly awful service.

Some balance needed here… I’ve been ordering from EE House for several years, and it was always a meh, kind-of-ok, nothing special place for when you had a Jones for Chinese and nothing else would do. But over the last six months, they’ve upped their game exponentially. Just phone them directly, state your order clearly, pay the nice lady with a card, stop wasting your frickin’ time and money with Deliveroo et al, and you’ll get very decent food in 45 minutes. Brilliant Singapore rice noodles and chow mein, salt and pepper king prawns, chicken with black bean sauce, all of their curries, all very good indeed for a local takeaway. Also very good value.

Pre ordered for 7pm and my order ended up being over an hour late. The quality wasn’t as good as I know it can be as I order regularly from this restaurant. The items were lukewarm also. Disappointed

The staff member was friendly, the sweet and sour sauce was great a contrast between the sourness and the sweetness was very good. I will order again!

Rice was very very oily. Rice sitting in a pool of oil which I had to throw away.

I love food from this restaurant ,yesterday i have ordered sweet and sour tofu and other dishes so so tasty! Today i have orderd the same and sweet and sour tofu is horrible,there is no sugar and the tofu is hard. Obviously they have more chefs and this chef is not so good…..

Two hours late and sent the wrong order.

Food was lovely, great portions for great value except the crispy shredded beef was mostly batter and not much beef and wasn’t a very big portion. Quick delivery but it was early on a Sunday.

We ordered at 7.15 and received our food at 8.30 just too long to wait for a takeaway. The Singapore noodles were burnt. I used to order from here all the time then the meat in the portions got so measly I didn’t feel it was worth the money, they are not the cheapest Chinese takeaway. Decided to give them another try but was disappointed. Close the orders if you have too many so people don’t have to wait so long.

I’ve ordered from here for absolute years and I feel the quality is going down hill I ordered duck costing £12 and yet it was so dry and over cooked that it wasn’t even enjoyable. Think I will be finding a new Chinese as it’s been a few times food hasn’t been to its highest quality

Terrible service, every item was cold as driver couldn’t find a simple house address and the food I wouldn’t give to a dog it was that bad.

Change "deep fried squid" on your menu to crispy squid. If I was blind tested you would think you had been given a mouthful of batter scraps ( which is nice if you wanted that) I didn't!!! I wanted squid. Disgusting is all I can say. Ribs were plain, which I didn't request. Noodles and spring rolls were nice. I should be refunded for the squid as it shouldn't have been sent. EE House shame on you.

Stale flavourless food. Very disappointing

Ribs were small with hardly any meat, overly sweet. Chicken fried rice didn’t have much chicken. Curry sauce watery. I usually order from ‘ the Chinese Experience’ and thought would give EE House a try but never again.

Food was absolutely fantastic, really enjoyable and fresh .. thank you very much However didn’t enjoy the delivery driver and his attitude The driver is on ring cctv and ours dropping the order at the neighbours doorstep hopping back into his car ready to drive off , was only the fact I called to ask where my order was he jumped out the car ran to the neighbours doorstep picked up the food and delivered to me telling me I was to slow and has many orders to deliver That’s not my problem If my husband would have witnessed your delivery drivers attitude & response he would have ripped his head off or redecorated the street with him Learn your place and some basic manners Will not be ordering from here again due to the delivery driver

Love EE house it’s the best Chinese around here we had to order from somewhere else on a Tuesday once because EE house was closed and it just didn’t match how great EE house is

All the dishes were very salty even the egg fried rice was super salty and drenched in soy sauce.

I have moved around London a lot and this is definitely the best Chinese ! The highlights for me are always the beef chow mein, chicken and sweet corn soup, chicken balls and the satay sauce is amazing.

We love EE house, the food is always hot and tasty, always delivered by lovely drivers. We have a Chinese takeout on our street but we like EE house better.

I have used this restaurant many times but recently disgraceful in all areas. Totally wrong order, cold food (everything) late delivery 2 hours! You can not call them they don’t ever pick up! Shocking service and avoid at all costs as taking loyal customers for granted! Just checked and used almost 100 times in the past but custom now gone

The waiting time was very quick, the chicken balls were crispy and hot. The sweet and sour sauce was hot and sour. The staff was nice to me.

Usually consistently good. However last order was sub par. Chips were dry and seemed like they had been re fried several times. Chicken in the chicken fried rice was very dry.

The driver was very polite and respectful of myself and my property, plus the food was delicious.

I usually really like the food from this restaurant. However, this time I decided to order the duck and pancakes as a special treat for a special birthday celebration. I found that there were hardly any pieces of the duck that could be eaten, the rest was so hard, dried out and extremely difficult to eat. Considering the cost for this was £12, I think the restaurant should be mindful at exactly what they are sending out, as most of that £12 is for the duck itself and not the pancakes and cucumber etc. So, on this occasion I was slightly disappointed, otherwise I would say the restaurant on the whole does wonderful food. King prawn balls all soggy and wet.probably been sitting in a cool bag for a good while.took over 90 minutes to be delivered.said 35 minutes on just eat app.not surprised though,most orders that just eat deliver are late,missing or freezing cold.then u cannot complain to a human being....and finally when u do they give u £5 credit lol.the meals cost u £25 and its cold.best go get the food yourself,coz.once they have your money they don't give a toss.night night
