beautiful inspired decor in the mediterranean biome. don’t think i’ve ever inhaled air so clean. we shared a pizza with some sides and it was very simple but incredibly well done.

We (family of 3) visited in June and the service was literally the worst, slowest we have ever experienced in our life. No customer service, no sense of urgency, zero atmosphere. It was like the staff were all on zanax - completely disinterested. The only reason we stayed was because our young child was very hungry. Half hour in the queue even though half the tables were empty. Once seated we were ignored for 20 minutes and had to flag someone down who told us someone would be with us soon. Another 20 minutes our order was taken. The food was fine. Would not recommend.

Amazing experience. Could have spent much longer in there exploring all the different plants. The food was amazing.

Had to wait a very long time to be served, food just about more, the quality of the food was ok.

I appreciate it’s a hard job but the Service here was awful, rude young girl on the desk and then got ignored by the server who went on to serve tables who just arrived. We just got up and walked away not that anyone noticed😂 Food looked decent but never got to try it so can’t comment. Real shame as it upset the kids

Shocking service - unorganised and poorly managed. Waited 40 minuets to be seated by the front of house who was incredibly slow. Other tables who were seated after us were served first and received the food before us. The only saving grace was the food and drinks despite how long they took to come out.

Delicious 👌🏼 I ordered a pizza, and it was really delicious—perfectly baked with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. It’s a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a meal after exploring. I’ll definitely be back!

We hoped to have the Hake as we’d enjoyed this on previous visits but it wasn’t on the menu. Instead chose a salad which was a mistake, the smallest meanest salad I’ve ever been served. Supposed to have crumbled cheese in it, I counted 4 tiny pieces! No one to complain to as all staff seemed to be very young students but it was such a disappointment.

Very good food, nice place to Sit. Service as usual, nothing special. I recommend the pugliesse pizza.

Went here for lunch as a family of four based on eating here some years ago, and sadly disappointed with what we got. They initially squeezed the four of us around a tiny table barely fit for two people, and only moved us to a larger table when we asked. Staff levels were too low for the number of customers. Worst, the paella was a sad example of 'skimpflation'. The menu claims it comes "with Cornish seafood" but this amounted to a single shriveled mussel on top. On top of this, the rice was overcooked into porridge, making it so bad that three out of the four of us couldn't finish it. This is not what you want for £15 a plate! Overall, we would not waste our money there again.

Had the chicken and vegetable pot pie with peas, roasties and onion gravy. Was topped with puff pastry. Creamy sauce but a bit light on chicken chunks. The rice and vegan curry portions looked very generous.

We stopped in here for a meal as we were visiting and it looked good. Can’t say we were disappointed - fabulous pizza and paella with garlic bread and salad. Freshly cooked pizza’s (recommend the verde) and well seasoned paella. Service was good so I’d recommend.

We visited with guests from Germany on 28th Sep 2023 and they wanted to eat at the Med Terrace, thinking the food would be good. What a scam and huge disappointment! Our guests both ordered a small salad for 11.00 GBP and it was a total joke. They got two miniature tomatoes and a sprig of herbs. Literally one bite for 11.00 GBP. We were in so much shock when the waitress placed them on the table and scarpered quickly away that we didn't complain, which we most certainly should have done. I can only warn others to NOT go there to eat!!!

Really nice food, everything we had was really good, and decent drink options. Everything worked quickly and easily, and just what a setting to sit and have a good break. All the atmosphere and scent from the plants around you really adds to the experience.

Visited with three kiddies and husband and we thoroughly enjoyed our pizzas and garlic ciabatta. Lovely cappuccino and fruit juices for the kids to finish things. Would definitely recommend.

Can’t really fault it, it’s perfect if you want a pizza. Really reasonably priced considering how pricey the main food court is, and a lovely place to eat as it’s inside the Med Biodome.

After a long and shuffling wait for an hour observing staff who had no method or efficiency we were served with no choice re pizza as some not ready. We were served burnt offerings which we refused to buy as not edible at a cost of £12 ++. Waited for adequate food but cold at point of payment. Previous years amazing, self service and great food. Please review.

We went there yesterday. If you are looking forward a meal, forget it. All they are serving is hummus, tapenade etc. And breads. The kitchen is effectively closed. The website needs to be updated.

Very impressed, considering they are badly under staffed since the pandemic the service was perfect all the staff were very friendly, the food was lovely and above expectations for a restaurant in an attraction, and on top of that your sitting in the middle of a huge Mediterranean garden, what's not to like.

Had a lovely lunch here today. We ordered the chef's pasta of the day which was amazing! 1x kids fish and chips which fed our 6 and 4 year old. We also had the bread with whipped chive butter, the roasted veg hummus, and the hake. Such great quality especially the veg. Friendly and helpful service in beautiful surroundings. Couldn't ask for more.

We loved lunch here. So nice to eat somewhere without a timed reservation ;). We had the hummus, the hake and a pasta dish. The place is popular as the chef special and Paella were already sold.ouy when we went. The service was good and the food tasted Wonderful. The view and the experience were we'll worth it. We can't wait to go back!

Poor experience, avoid if you value your time and money. While the food and red wine were good, the food was overpriced for the small portions we got. And when we asked for additional bread to finish the hummus, we had to wait around 20 minutes! 20 minutes to bring few slices of bread! We've been told they were understaffed, but it didn't look like it - 3 chefs in the kitchen, but only 1 of them was doing all the work, while others were chatting. The setting was nice, but apart from similar looks, it had little to do with the actual Mediterranean experience (great service, great food), and we will avoid that place on our next visit to Eden Project.

Vegan pizza, butternut squash curry, jackfruit burritos and pasties. A nice selection at a reasonable price. Unfortunately a lot of their food outlets were closed due to COVID but we can't blame them for this, they are still putting out a good selection considering the circumstances Pros: All the food is good quality, Good prices Cons: Missing a lot of options from pre COVID times

Worst pizza ever!!! Do not recommend!!! In this pandemic situation the staff are not cleanig tables and chairs after customers.... Very disappointed

The Eden project overall was an experience to welcome an enjoy. The Terrace Restaurant promotes a high quality dining experience but due to the size and the way to manage the volume of customers takes away the personal perspective. If it changed the high expectations of the customer from the start this would easily be overcome. It in my opinion a quality buffet catering well for volume people.

Wow! you can get the feeling of being in the Mediterranean with all those tress, climate, bird sounds etc The food is fantastic but the waiting time is more then an hour . This is a open air type restaurant

The restaurant was not in it's best form today. Had to wait almost 20 minutes before our order was taken, and again had to wait for our bill. Had to ask for cutlery and never got napkins. The food was just ok, nothing to write home about.

Good tasting food. Plenty of space to sit and enjoy the surroundings environment. Pricey but it’s supply and demand. The coffee and teas were very nice and so were the cakes. I do enjoy their approach to separating your own waste to help with recycling.

Despite the big sign outside saying it was open in the evening, it is not. Worth knowing if like us you were hanging around to eat dinner here. Take the sign down perhaps?

Visited twice now, first time great, second time such poor service with majority of servers/chefs on their phones. No attempts to conceal and so did not notice when we were ready to order. Nothing against the restaurant, just bad practice with the hired staff. This restaurant has so much potential, it's a shame staff do not fulfil it. Bethany however, is a delightful waitress who is very attentive

On holiday, fancied lunch and this place exceeded our expectations. The food is delicious and the service, even with 150 odd people, we still got our starters in 5 minutes and our main course in 20. Will definitely come again

We only tried drinks but they were enough, the iced coffees were really terrible,it was like drinking a cup of water and ice cubes,we also tried a milkshake,which was again tasteless.we didn't dare try the food

Visited Eden during the school holidays and opted for the Med Terrace on both visits as seating was guaranteed. Tried the Paella on one occasion and the Tagine on the second and was happy with both meals. It's a lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal and take a break from the crowds.

Disappointing and over-priced. Soggy pizza and weird pasta that the kids don't like. My vegetarian risotto was fine. Service was good.

Incredibly busy when we arrived (at lunch time during the summer hols) and we were warned of a 30 minute delay on food but it was worth the wait. We had pizza which was hand cooked and included Cornish ham. £10 each which isn't bad. Great staff.

Loved every minute. The staff could not do enough for us. They are fantastic people.

Pizza was lacking something. The base was very try. Very expensive for 3 people to eat. Would be nice to have proper chef.

This place is part of the parcel for me of going to the Eden Project. The food is fantastic, fresh and authentic to its theming. The service is also really good, even the prices aren't bad when you consider other tourist locations. I had the Paella and even though I have a Spanish partner who can make an amazing Paella this one is a fair rival at its best! The lemon tart is also fantastic and with some cool local fruit drinks to wash them down and the dome as a backdrop it's fantastic and definitely plan this eat out into your trip here!

Definitely a better place to eat within the Eden Project. Pizzas and pastas are both nice options. The Eden Pilsner is also nice and refreshing.

The Med Terrace is my main reason for going to the Eden Project. Really feels like you're in another world when you eat here. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing, they are licensed also for those who are not driving. A wonderful place to have a meal and one of my favourites anywhere.

Delicious! The smell from the kitchen made me hungry and I couldnt wait for it to open for lunch at 12. Lovely happy staff and nice to be able to watch the chefs prepping the food. Excellent flavours and no complaints from me. Wish they were in the Hawkes Bay in NZ!

The staff gave an accurate waiting time considering it was a bust tourist time. Varied menu and delious paella. Good lunch overall - family lunch with pizza and pasta - not bad value in lovely surroundings

Food was fresh and fantastic. Great choice. Prep times are a little slow but well worth the wait.

Toilets were filthy, but lots of seats to choose from when I visited. My dad had to ask for sweetener as this wasn't available at their milk/sugar/cutlery stops.
