Visited twice over a weekend away and found the food great and atmosphere friendly and welcoming.

Amazing food and service. Also dog friendly

A lovely friendly place to have a lovely well made cup of coffee,the scones with jam and craem were delicious,will definitely be visiting there again.

This place was ok but below expectation based on others reviews I'd seen. Not all of the menu was available. My daughter ordered a cheese and ham toasty which came without ham and I had a teacake which was incinerated. There also wasn't a high chair available. On the plus side the place was very clean, lady serving was friendly and the coffee was good. We did eat the food without complaint but I wouldn't rush back so a solid three stars

Ordered two cooked breakfasts; they took 45 mins to arrive with no warning of this before, or acknowledgement after by staff. Place was not full, but only 1 of 3 staff was in kitchen. Food quality was good. Though afterwards we saw a sign for a nearby cafe with cooked breakfast 30% cheaper.

If you have nothing better in life to do, by all means, go here. We stopped here for a quick breakfast which turned into 50min wait for 2 paninis and eggs benedict with none of them in sight. As we had the next appointment, we paid and left with food never arriving. The service and its slowness is from the other world.

Just had coffees but they were large 😁.

Excellent little coffe shop, with friendly staff, delicious food and great vegan options. Would highly recommend the sausage gg and chips and the vegan hoison duck sandwich

Amazing carrot cake with chocolate and orange on top (~£3,50)! Love the Chai Latte too (£3,20). The staff was so kind. Lovely place. The British Breakfast (from £11) seems to be amazing too.

We found this place while we were visiting from New Zealand Best place we visited in the 3 weeks in the uk Great staff and service and good to see dogs allowed

Genuinely excellent fry-up. Used the sausage as a breakwater for the beans and everything. Clearly prepared with love. Delicious

Very pleasant cafe - great paninis (bacon and brie with red onion chutney), clean kitchen, helpful owners, and a pain au Chocolat that was the best I have had in the UK!

So glad we picked this cafe for a light lunch. Great choice of sandwiches which came with just the right amount of (delicious) chips! Great coffee too which came with my favourite biscuit on the side. Friendly and fast service aswell. Can’t wait to go again next time we’re in Hastings.

What a beautiful little place for a yummy breakfast. Arrived yesterday 10 hungry bikers. We had whole upstairs seating area for us only. Very nice breakfast including Gluten free bread. Definitely for us if that a place to go when we next time in Hastings

Had breakfast in here.today . with my wife.two nicely cooked breakfasts .and coffees.and nice and bright and relaxing.thamks jerry and waitress .

Popped into the cafe today and had a cappuccino and cake. The atmosphere was friendly but curious that I was asked to pay before I sat down whilst other patrons paid for their food at the end of their meal. Hoping it was an oversight and not anything else. As a black woman of dual heritage it would not be unusual to be treated this way in a seaside town but it would be disappointing as the cafe itself was lovely.

It was a quiet Monday morning but the food and service were excellent.

Excellent. Our first visit today and for a Sunday lunch after being recommended by a friend. Excellent food (the beef in particular was very tender and cooked nicely). Good service and welcoming staff and chef. Will definitely go again.

Lovely, friendly little cafe. Cold, wintry day, so I ordered the Irish Stew from the Specials Menu. Honestly, that was the best Irish Stew I have ever had.

We drove quite a way as we had heard about the food. Lovely atmosphere. Dogs are allowed. Hubby has hot chocolate with all the trimmings and I had a pot of tea. We decided to have a roast each. We both had lamb. The food was really good and we couldn't believe how much of it there was. The lamb was lovely and pink. We had a good choice of veg that was served in separate bowls. It was worth the drive. Staff were friendly and really lovely. We will definitely be back. 5* from us.

Google reviews would not allow me to reply to your prior response. The mocha was not a large, it was a medium. I ordered decaf as I am pregnant which you could clearly see- this is discriminatory to charge more for this option. And my honest feedback to your final comment- my iced coffee tasted mostly of water which was hugely disappointing. No other coffee stores charge more for an iced option. I hope as a business you can take feedback constructively and find ways to improve. Thank you.

I felt a bit ripped off here. I bought 2 coffees to take away- 1 decaf mocha and 1 cappuccino. It came to over £8! This is what I'd pay for coffee in Central London and when I asked why it was more expensive than their menu prices of £3.20 each, apparently a mocha has chocolate and is more expensive. I've never paid more for a mocha at a coffee shop before. I won't return and be paying that when there are some more reasonable coffee shops just behind in the high street.

Friendly welcome, lovely atmosphere. Just popped in for a drink and cake. Good selection of cakes, had a cream scone and a salted caramel cheesecake. Both were very nice. Very comfortable sofas. 😁

We found a little gem along Hasting sea front.. Dog people and vegan friendly..enjoyed our visits.👌🫶

Fabulous breakfast and coffee, an awesome way to start the day. Freshly cooked, quality ingredients and lovely staff. Found this little gem on our first morning of a mini break in Hastings Old Town and so glad we did, so good we visited every morning and recommended to our local friends. Just wish we were local so it could be our local breakfast and coffee house. Highly recommend.

Popped in for a latte and flat white, lovely coffee, friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend visiting.

I stopped off here on my way back to London and had the best bacon sandwich EVER! Where do I even begin?!? The presentation was amazing. The sandwich was cut in to two triangles, with a beautifully chopped side salad and 3 stacked salt & vinegar Pringles, also on the side. It was absolutely delicious! I don't usually like salad dressings but in this case it complemented the sandwich so well. The bread fresh and not too much butter. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Overall a wonderful experience for my taste buds. I highly recommend 👌

A great place to have coffee and food! We’ve been a few times now, and each time the service, staff team and experience have been lovely.

Fabulous cafe on the sea front. We have been here every day of our week holiday. It's so nice to see a cafe like this again as they seem to be a dying breed these days. Friendly atmosphere, clean, hard working staff. The English breakfast was great. Fantastic value for money and all of this, a stones throw from the beach. Absolutely love it!

Fantastic new coffee shop on the seafront in Hastings old town. Lovely atmosphere inside with comfy chairs and sofas as well as more traditional seating. Also fully licensed and serving a good selection of wines and beers. Update: Menu has been updated and now has a good selection of hot and cold food along with English breakfast and fresh paninis. We'll priced menu and now has upstairs and outside seating available.

Lovely little coffee shop selling a nice variety of cakes etc, also licenced too. We were there for the Mayday Bank Holiday (biker run), and it was great to sit and relax away from the crowds for a while. We will definitely come back again.
