Love it here. Regular customer for take away food. Made to order and staff are always smiley and friendly. Eating in is good and well presented food. Recommend it.

The owner needs some training in customer service. I must’ve been half a dozen times and on each occasion I’ve been met with vile attitude. Despite being the customer, I always feel like an inconvenience to the man at the till; huffing and getting stroppy for buying a wrap & packet of chewing gum (which I’m sure he plucked the price out of thin air btw). The women who work here are lovely, how they put up with the owner is beyond me. Manners cost nothing

Sliced beef for a 5a, staff were lovely but my vegetarian mate could have made a better sarnie.

Owner doesn't seem to know his own prices if he'd looked at the board he'd know, ladies are fine but the owner is basically money grabbing at this 3rd price rise in as many months, was a regular but will not be back

Absolutely flat refused to serve breakfast at 11:01. We were running slightly late after an appointment and getting stuck in traffic. We had really been looking forward to getting breakfast from here but your silly "rule" prevented this. We went elsewhere instead and bought from somewhere that serves breakfasts all day. Your loss!

Lovely food and service, I'd recommend the lunch special of Spanish Chilli which is very much like a mild chilli but with added chorizo which comes with chips or rice or both.

Sandwich of bacon and brie, but cold???? Yuuuk 🤢 maybe preference, but never had this cold and it's my favourite choice of sandwich..... disappointed No gloves or tongs while preparing sandwiches, with bare fingers 🤢 thought this was standard practice?? Put me off returning 😩

Lovely food, shame about the bloke who works there. Customer service is not his area it seems. Nothing like getting shouted at when collecting your lunch for their mistake

Very rude towards me. Made to feel like it my fault his machines don't take chip and pin cards. The guy was very snappy towards me and embrassed me in front of everyone else (during the busy lunch time rush). Even when I receive my order it wasn't very nice and poorly presented. Especially for the over priced cost. Only reason this place gets business is cause of its location.

Food delivered to table was great and speedy place was clean and staff were friendly ...even though our little one made a mess with his chocolate cake!

A fantastic family business and the staff are very friendly (you can always have a laugh with them). I go there every morning with my team from work for breakfast and the food is absolutely amazing and very filling.

Recently been in after they reopened post lockdown. The safety measures put in place are excellent and they still have a full menu which is good to see. They have even added smoothies and iced coffees for the summer. Definitely my new lunchtime spot on the quorum.

I visit on average twice a week, i've also found staff helpful and friendly, food is always great, lots of choice. Went over with a colleague who is vegan, she asked what vegans options they provided, to which the female staff member turned to, who i believe is the owner (older male) with a rather snarky expression as she turned to fetch a book, given she did not know what vegan options they provided. As she came back, she made a snarky comment to the owner suggesting my colleague was being difficult by choosing a vegan option. Whilst i'm not vegan myself, it's disappointing to see this is how their staff react.

Slighty expensive - always busy during dinner time up till 2pm during the working week - food is generally mediocre and what you would expect from a cafe nothing special, prices need reducing to be competitive with the competition locally.

Great place for quick lunch on Quorum Business Park. Speedy service and friendly staff. Daily specials including Giant Yorkshire puddings on Wednesday.

Great staff and amazing breakfast (never actually tried the normal food, breakfast is too good). They are well accommodated to my daily routine and perhaps my slight anti social behaviour when taking a break from work. No better place around in the area for my breakfast.

Generally a good place for food. A wide variety to chose from. Have often had issues with incorrect order but staff are generally friendly and helpful. A little on the expensive side though.

Great food and drinks served here at reasonable prices. Felt really sorry for the owner when Greggs opened a cafe/shop next door but he has done really well and managed to retain a loyal fan base. I prefer to eat here over next door as it has a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff.

Beautiful little place. I happened to stop by after attending a interview, my order was a Latte and Chicken Guacamole sandwich. Amazing coffee and even tastier sandwich! Lovely, friendly, very helpful staff. Fingers crossed I get the job so I can there everyday!

I have breakfast here often before work, under £5 with coffee included for sitting in I think its good value. The staff are really nice, it does get busy especially on Friday mornings where I tend to avoid it but the food is cooked fresh to order, and you get things like hash browns and poached eggs which you cant get at Gregg's next door..

Feel bad for the one star as the girls who work there are lovely. I presume the man there is the manager and ruined the place. Food is ok but overpriced. Been there multiple times and when you place an order he is the worst. Act's like he hates you and your custom. Luckily Greggs has opened next door and despite how much I hate Greggs I will never return to Eat because of him

The food is fine, if a little overpriced. The girls in the shop are all lovely however the man who often works the tills (and I think is the owner) is a disgrace. His attitude to customers is dreadful to the extent when I was trying to order a fairly simple breakfast this morning (sausage and bacon sandwich with a hash brown) people in the shop (including the staff) all stopped and looked at me. In short he talked at me like I was a moron. This is the second day on the trot he has been rude to me at the till and I'm afraid it's the last opportunity he's going to get as I will not be going there again. There's a very smart looking new Greggs opening next door where I will be going for a cheaper breakfast in future and I'm sure the staff will be far more pleasant. They don't have the breakfast selection that eat@ have however I'll accept that if it means I get breakfast without the side order of rudeness that you seem to get at eat@. It's such a shame because the ladies who work in there are very nice however if Mr Eat@ doesn't improve his attitude very quickly I can imagine further customers making the transition next door!

Used to go here every day for breakfast until I moved abroad. Staff are always very friendly. Food is brilliant.
