Eat & Go in Chesterfield

Food came, there was plastic in the donner and chips, and the wrap was soaking with grease, paid 3 pound for a slice of cake and the cake was tiny the thinest slices won't be coming here again

Had a mixed lamb donner and chicken donner from here last night. Very helpful staff and a well presented meal on a lovely fresh warm bread. The chicken was tasty and the salad fresh. The donner lamb meat was a bit crispy and overcooked for my preference so dropped a star. It was taken from one of the round silver containers used to keep food hot. Maybe a bit over done . Will use again but will stick to the chicken in future.

I recently stopped by Eat & Go and had their chicken shawarma in a naan bread wrap—it was fantastic! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked, making each bite flavorful. The naan bread was soft, warm, and an excellent choice for wrapping up all the delicious fillings. The combination of tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and the soft naan made for an incredibly satisfying meal. The service was quick and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. If you’re in Chesterfield and craving something delicious and filling, the chicken shawarma wrap at Eat & Go is a must-try!

This in my opinion is best takeaway in Chesterfield.... last night had mixed Shawarma and Donner kebab with the garlic prawn loaded fries.... was incredible.... tonight tried their hungry burger and again was superb. Piping hot on portion size was great. 100% our new goto food stop....

Pretty good. Food was nice and tasty, went to collect and was ready in about 20 mins. Highly recommend.

Ordered 8 strips and fries as a meal it came up to £15 arrived 1 hour 30 minutes later after being told it would be with me in 40 mins the chicken had no seasoning and looked like it was boiled in a kettle terrible food will never be ordering again I wouldn’t even give this quality of food to my dogs

Just waited an hour for a meal for one. Meant to come with lamb chops etc mini grill was literally some chunks chicken a sheesh stick and 2 chicken wings. Very disappointed.

We been ordering from this takeaway for a year now and we have ordered a variety of stuff but the loaded fries are absolutely to die for! Sometimes they will do discounts and give us something a little “extra” which is always appreciated. Definitely the best takeaway restaurant there is in Chesterfield. A shame I have to write this as I don't like being negative. After a long, hard day at work, I ordered the Mixed Grill at £16.90 and then chose rice (£1.50 extra and not worth it). When I got home, there were no lamb chops - it said it came with two. The explanation was simply that they did not do them anymore! The menu stated it did and I was not told otherwise. I understandably said this was completely unacceptable. Further, the 'king prawns' were tiny and like shrimps. The chap said he would give me a full refund to my card which was positive, at least. I returned several days later to inform staff this had not happened and they assured me it would. It's three weeks later now so I guess it's not coming. For £18.40 it was very poor value. False advertising, poor customer service and the food received was average.

Chicken arrived completely uncooked in a "munch box" meal, leaving rest of the food inedible as was all in the same container. Really disappointing considering all the other good reviews we expected a decent takeaway but not even the bad ones have ever sold us raw food.

The donner was good & the delivery guy is an asset who showed his kindness by giving chocolate to my kids.

First time ordering and omg the food is amazing, The kebabs and the sauce is the best I’ve had from a takeaway, My girl got a burger and she said it was amazing also, The delivery guy was amazing and friendly, Would 💯 recommend 🔥🔥👌

Had a wonderful mixed box (see pic) from here last night. Very tasty indeed and worked perfectly on a bed of rice. The Shwarma in a naan bread was also fantastic. I am already excited to order from here again very soon! 5star from us 👍🏼

The chicken samosas and the hot wings were scrumptious, along with the hot sauce, yogurt n mint and the homemade sauce. Food arrived hot and fresh. Very impressed. Thank you!

Rang to ask some questions about the food, ordered online, delivered around 45mins, mixed grill for 2, portion size was ok, wouldnt bother with the prawns thou, ordered 2 fresh cooked nans these was very nice. Yes food, service and delivery was ok, will be ordering again soon

Had a two kebab combination, chicken tikka and lamb sheek on naan with salad, aoli sauce and chips. Tender meat, soft bread and fresh salad. Best kebab I've had in Chesterfield.

The first time and last time we will have food from here. We ordered 2 x Kebab Hungry Kebab Boxes, which arrived in a foil tray and was cold. The doner meat was dried out and resembled potato peelings. We paid £28.29 for a meal that was totally unacceptable.

We took Chicken shawarma with Salad. The taste was fabulous 😋 🤩.The price was <4 pounds.regarding quantity, it's enough for lunch/dinner 😁. Worth a visit.

You losing a lot of customers with £5 delivery fee. Overdone. Delivery - 1 star Food - 3 - 4 Poor business thinking

Ice cold nachos.......have you been smoking crack or do you just not understand the food you've got on your menu because I've had to resort to cooking my own take out food, that's what you're job is. I'd say sort it out but honestly I don't care because I'm not going back again which is a shame because I used to like this place

Just tried to charge me £14 for a mixed kebab that's £8.49 on the lit up menu and he said all the prices have gone up lol proper jump just laughed at him and walked out

Food cold, lamb was dry and didn't taste like lamb all you could taste was curry powder & chicken was rubbery and lettuce was brown

Not even 1 star. Save yourselves.. The chips were rewarmed up not fresh. Forgot the mint sauce which I paid for. The chicken wings 1 of them hsd no chicken was just the skin.. Ridiculous place. Stay away. Last time forgot drink.

If you've got a big appetite, this is the place for you! Not only is the food of exceptional quality, but there is plenty of it too. Everything we ordered was cooked beautifully and tasted amazing. Also, the 3 lads working in the shop were really friendly and helpful.

Go Grill is a brilliant takeaway place, the food is excellent and the customer service is excellent, I would recommend anyone to go to Go Grill and also I would say it is the best place takeaway in Chesterfield.

I Have to say this is now officially my favourite takeaway in Chesterfield. The food is absolutely phenomenal especially the chicken shashlik which was so succulent and tender also the staff were very nice and polite especially the owner. Definitely recommend a try. 👌🏽

The chicken tikka kebab was delicious. The chicken was so moist. The lamb tawa was so tasty but just a bit to hot for us! Will definitely be trying again.

I have to say I was immensely impressed with Go Grill. The food was absolutely fantastic that we had to order more to take back home. I had the Lamb thawa which was superbly cooked, the meat was succulent and the flavour was just spectacular. Hats off to the chef. I for sure will be placing Go Grill on my top 5 places to eat.. Was passing by chesterfield for work and wanted to get some food. Came across go grill which has recently opened in chesterfield . Firstly I was spoilt for choice on the menu as There are so many options! So I decided to go for the mix grill with a naan bread! The lamb chops were absolutely amazing and cooked just right! Glad to see a place which actually serves proper lamb! The flavours and meat quality were of high standard . I highly recommend this place ! The staff were friendly , prompt and very efficient! I look forward to trying the Tawa next time as it looks amazing! See you soon go grill !
