Convenientemente ubicado sucursal de Eat. El personal parecía eficiente y es bueno que sirvan té descafeinado (Starbucks opuesto no lo hace). Buena variedad de comida y bocadillos.

De verdad me gusta este lugar. Es autoservicio. Teníamos capuchinos y una galleta de mantequilla con chocolate y caramelo y un trozo de pastel de chocolate de Bélgica. . . ¡delicioso! Nos cuesta 9. 50 (no está mal para un aeropuerto!). Hay un montón de asientos y hay pantallas de información de vuelo en todo. Los cajeros eran agradables y serviciales. Tenían alimentos preparados, como sopas, sándwiches que traes a los cajeros y te calientan. Ensaladas y fruta también. Algo para todos. Definitivamente se detendrá de nuevo cuando en Heathrow.

EAT es el lugar ideal para hacer una parada y reponer fuerzas mientras visitas Londres. Comida sana y rápida, si además tienes la suerte (cada vez menos casual) de encontrar a un español/a atendiendo, suelen invitarte a un café.

Buena comida y servicio. El personal es muy servicial y eficiente. Definitivamente iría de nuevo, buena relación calidad-precio

El ambiente era realmente buena, el personal era amable y muy simpático. Sin embargo, la comida es cara, y también puede ser mejor. La música es horrible, que realmente necesitan cambiar. También recomendaría al director que tuviera cuidado con el personal. Algunas de las mujeres empleadas tienen mala atención al cliente.

This outlet has a reasonable range of sandwiches, snacks and drinks to purchase before a flight. In fact a better range than you now get on British Airways flights now that the passenger has to pay for food and drink on short haul. It is self service and sitting area is crowded and can get quite untidy as many passengers do not dispose of their used cups and packaging. Also for airport food it is not over expensive.

I generally just have a drink but tried the macaroni cheese this time. Was a bit doubtful but it was lovely. Wished I had bought the larger portion. Quite busy but can usually find a cleared table. No problems with the staff so all good.

Endroit super sympathique, spacieux et coloré, ça nous invite à vouloir rentrer. Personnel très agréable, nous avons pris un cappuccino réalisé à la perfection avec la juste dose de mousse de lait nécessaire, accompagné d’une viennoiserie encore chaude. Je recommande cet endroit pour toute personne ayant une petite faim et voulant faire un « short break ».

Egg and bacon roll was stale, it seemed 2 days old, and the coffee was absolutely terrible. Pre packed Rubbish. Food nothing like picture.

Una cadena de locales de comida rápida que permite un almuerzo rico y saludable a bajo costo. Sus locales están distribuidos por todo Londres. Algunos compran la comida y la llevan para comerla en un espacio verde, otros la comen en los locales. Hay variedad de sandwiches (nosotros comimos de salmón y queso blanco), lácteos, ensaladas, postres. A tener en cuenta en una ciudad donde comer "formalmente" suele resultar caro. Un valor agregado es que distrae poco tiempo del paseo por la ciudad.

This is in a busy location but short of getting old salads and pre-packaged things the staff aren't interested in helping. I wanted something warm but it was clear the person I was talking to didn't want to help and told me they were out of 2 of the 3 types of hot pots. Don't waste your money!

Great place for a quick lunch or snack, especially the soups (can choose how spicy) but always very busy.

I have been finally pushed to leave a review and expose this EAT store and their functioning manager after a number of incidents at this store where I have experienced appalling customer service by the manager herself and witnessed this on other customers. All other members of staff I have ever been served by are a credit to the brand and are always excellent and polite and friendly. Today has crossed the line. After queuing in single file, next in line to for longer than usual, as the customer in front had payment issues the store manager the young asian girl with attitude all over her face every time I have seen her, decided to jump on to the next till and say 'Can I help anyone', to which the ill mannered customer behind me decided to push ahead, the store manager and two other members of staff who knew I was next in line and felt awkward watching the confusion on my face, said nothing. I then asked loudly what the queue system actually was, to which I was ignored 3 times!!!! After finally shouting this for the fourth time the manager decided to look at me and finally answer that it was a single file queue, which would determine I was next. Instead of apologising to me she went on to argue with me! She tried to justify her actions and said she I should have come forward when she announced if she could help anyone, to which I replied I did and the other customer pushed, something she witnessed herself. I told her she should have set the situation straight there and then and served me knowing I was next to which she continued to argue with me that she was not wrong!!! She took no steps to pacify the situation or apologise when everyone standing there including other customers and staff knew I was right. I told her I was shocked and appalled at EAT's customer service and asked her if these were EAT's standards to which she chose to stay quiet and ignore me. I am absolutely dumfounded at how a manager can speak to a customer like this, especially when they are at fault. It is simple principle that the next in line be called or served. If a misunderstanding has arisen this is normal, but this is for the manager to address and rectify not to argue with a customer! This is not the customer service expected from a manager of reputable chain as yourselves!!! This young girl has a terrible attitude problem and I'm not sure why she has been given this position, she does not know how to speak to customers or even other staff members, it appears they have just plucked someone off the Stratford streets. She is unprofessional and downright disgusting, no manners and no regard for her position or the brand she is representing. It was only at the end of this back and forth her staff member profusely apologised to me speaking over her to apologise and address the situation. I have contacted your customer services via email requesting a call back. I will be escalating this. This girl needs to be removed or reprimanded at the least. This was the experience I had today, I do not wish to write another essay on the other occasions I have witnessed poor service from her, and will discuss this all with your head-office directly. She clearly has an attitude problem and you are not helping your brand or this store by keeping this girl employed. Your food and staff have always been wonderful so this is a real disappointment. I expect a call back from EAT regarding this matter please. Thank you

I am often working in W1 so Eat is my first venue to grab something to eat and drink. Always super service from the staff behind the counter. I just wish they did more Thai soups from time to time - they never seem to have it on sale when I go there!

Ok for a small bite. If you are in a hurry can grab something and it will do the trick. There are other options around.

Nice price for a small soup and a brownie (5 pounds). A number of soups of the day including chicken mushroom barley with a variety of mushrooms and very tasty. Lots of sandwiches and hotpots on the menu. Service was quick. I think I really would have enjoyed a big piece of bread (like the restaurant across the street used to provide, but they closed).

A busy place staff are rushed off their feet and struggle to clear tables, but the food is good quality and prices aren't too high. Lots of selections and food is mostly healthy.

A cada esquina você encontra o EAT. Rede britânica que proporciona comida fresca e muito gostosa a um preço justo. Os smothies são uma delícia e sempre vou no sanduiche de camarão e maionese. Adoro quando quero comer rapidamente.

Optamos por hotel sem café da manhã, logo, por 2 vezes nossa primeira refeição foi no EAT. Sanduíches maravilhosos, diversificados, ingredientes frescos e o café muito bom. Para que gosta de uma paradinha saudável, é uma boa opção. Atendimento muito bom também. Muito prestativos.

Good sandwiches and hot pots. Healthy snack options (even fries). Tables can get a bit dirty but the food is a good option to take away.

If you are not up for a massive meal, or a traditional pub meal -- then this is a place where you can indulge in smaller and tasty meals. Definitely recommended if you want to eat on the hop

La cadena EAT ofreco comida 'to go" es una buena opcion para comer algo rapido en el local o llevarselo y seguir recorriendo. La comida es buena pero no excelente.

I have never given a 1 before but the food was so bad that both of my kids could not eat beyond a bite and that is very unusual for them. If you read this and you are at Heathrow Terminal 3: try Pret a Manger instead.

encontramos varios locales en la ciudad e incluso en Heathrow. Excelentes comidas rapidas, self service, opciones mas saludables a las clasicas hamburguesas. Sopas, ensaladas y variedad de panes (integral, semillas, etc) en sus sandwiches (se pueden pedir calientes), barras de cereal tipo caseras, yogures con frutas, en fin..surtidos para elegir aun en postres o meriendas. Ambiente muy agradable, rapidisimo el servicio, economico para una buena comida, comodidad en sus locales, muy recomendable!

Great find after a hard days work. The food, service and offers were great. I will most certainly be returning.

Maybe someone needs to take a leaf out of the Costa or Starbucks book re staffing. The staff are always totally overrun at lunchtime and a long Q is the norm, so a real put off. However on the positive side a small pot of chicken hotpot broth, eaten in, was excellent, freshly cooked with crunchy red rice and grains and good value.

Average boring food and slow service! My sandwich was so bland and the noodles were like dishwater. Fairly priced but considering the other places to eat in London don't waste your time going here. The staff were so slow and it wasn't even busy.

I went to this chain as I usually visit it in the Trafford Centre. I was disgusted that a coffee shop has no toilets. The assistant was very off hand. "No public toilets here." I had already ordered a coffee so I was there as a customer not a member of the public. The area around Oxford Circus seems to be lacking in toilet facilities. I thought all cafes serving food for consumption on the premises need to provide toilet and hand washing facilities.

Stopped in after a show. Fresh BBQ pulled pork sandwich on a brioche bun with millionaire shortbread and hot chocolate all for under £10. It was hot when I got back to my room and the service was friendly. Products were fresh and lots of options available- even at 10 at night!

EAT is a chain - but a good, cheap, and healthy one. I'm a foodie, but can't afford to eat expensively at every meal - I know I can get get a healthy and fresh meal at EAT.

For a quick meal, go to Eat. Several locations throughout London. Location nearest Tower Bridge is staffed with friendly people. The meat pies are filling. Salads are popular. Very popular with local business people looking for quick takeout to go back to the office.

This place is similar to Pret, but not quite as good. But, if you're shopping, there is an EAT location in the basement of the Top Shop on Oxford, and it was a perfect rest/snack stop.

A Eat possui várias lojas em Londres; a proposta é oferecer comida rápida e saudável. Em comparação com outras redes do gênero na cidade - Pret a manger, Marks and Spencer for food -, a Eat é pior: há menos variedade, os preços são mais elevados e o atendimento é bem lento. Não vale a pena, basta virar a esquina que haverá muitas outras opções de lanches.

Ate at several different EAT restaurants abound London. Perfect if you want soup and a sandwich or afternoon tea and a sweet.

While doing touristy things, we wanted to grab a quick bite. This fit the bill. Had yummy chicken soup, and grab and go sandwiches. Fine dining?? Definitely not, but that's not what we were looking for. Clean place, friendly service, a place to rest our feet and rejuvenate before hitting more attractions.

I love EAT. The food is good, it's fresh, and it's interesting. I eat at Pret more often, but only because there are Prets everywhere. I don't understand why EAT hasn't expanded more - and frankly I think it's worth going out of the way for!

My roll was rather dry, the premises do not have any toilet facilities instead they directed me across the road to star bucks and macdonalds. Disappointing.

Having taken a long walk to Piccadily Circus...We were in need of a sit down...Eros steps were full...no other benches...We werent hungry but we bought drinks and took them outside onto the pavement tables...we leisurely drank & chatted...no food and yet not once were we asked to move even though we'd been sat for nearly 2 hrs watching the world go buy....

La comida del barrio chino, no me gustó. Todo frito. Poca variedad. Nada de verduras. El barrio muy pintoresco. Muchos locales de comida italiana. Buena pastelería.

Stick to Pret. Better tasting bread, well-paid employees who smile at you, and they give away their leftovers every day. Everything I've tried at Eat has been poor. Sour tuna, slimey Asian noodles, soggy hoummous with hardly any falaffel wraps. CASH have rated their soups as among the highest salt levels.

This is one of my favorite take aways when I'm in London for lunch or breakfast. I like pretty much everything they have soups like the dumpling gyoza in cold weather, the Victoria cake slices, fruit cups and is great they have bagels. The food is very affordable and they are everywhere in London. Why don't you open one here? I would be your loyal customer.

I accept that the menu is much more varied than pret but the sandwiches always seem to have an old soggy bread look to them, the fruit looks like it's been picked out of the back of someone's bin (brown and wrinkly) and the milk in the milk jugs has an off taste to it. I don't think cleaning out the milk jugs is part of the general day to day cleaning regime.

I bought my meal, but I even didn't finich it - it was so spicy, and there was nothing said about that! Price - quite high for such kind of fast-food, it must be much cheaper than Subway, for example... You can find the same sandviches in Tesco, but much cheaper.

We chanced upon this place after visiting the Tate Modern. We find the chai latte very nice. I think it's one of the best I had in London. The carrot loaf was OK, not something I'd rave about.

The only reservation is common to many of this type of outlet is their apparent need to add cheese to sandwiches such as smoked salmon and steak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eat has a very good variety of healthy food to eat in or take away. They have different kinds of soups every day, and also some classics, but I strongly advice to try their gyoza dumpling soups with fragant broth, especially on a winter day. The service is good, the place is clean and the price is convenient.

cheap and tacky fittings, not inviting at all. sandwhiches do not taste fresh and i think are made elsewhere. pret is in a different leauge. the only saving grace are there soups which are quite good.

Probé varias cadenas de comida rápida y EAT es en mi opinión con diferencia la de más calidad. Las ensaladas, los sandwiches y bagels mucho mejor elaborados y más sabrosos y frescos que en otras cadenas que los venden y parecen de plástico. En especial me encantó el bagel con salmón y queso untado, bien elaborado y sabroso. Y una de las ensaladas con jamón asado también me gustó por ser una receta original que no encontré en otras cadenas. Fui a varias sucursales de Bloomsbury y Covent Garden y en todas me atendieron muy amablemente. Además probé los yogures caseros elaborados en la tienda y también los recomiendo. Buena calidad precio para Londres. Y situdados en zonas estratégicas los locales son agradables para comer in situ. Me sentí muy a gusto en los locales de EAT por el trato y la oferta de comida. Fue la sorpresa de éste viaje descubrir esta cadena ideal para un lunch rápido y sano.

There just about as many Eat locations as Pret a Mangers. I prefer the selection at Eat, and they sometimes feel a little less harried. Don't forget about the soups, and also the less common offerings (compared to Pret)

Always a wide range of salads, sandwiches and soups. Delicious for an on-the-go snack or a quick lunch whilst shopping. Better value than pret a manger and healthier food.

This was a wonderful experience although I did find it rather expensive for what it was as for the same things you can get it from boots for less than a fiver.

Catena molto diffusa in tutta la città. Noi abbiamo pranzato e posso dire che i panini sono ottimi e ve ne è ampia scelta.C'è anche la possibilità di acquistare bevande o caffè - cappuccini sia da consumare nel locale che take away.Molto buono il rapporto qualità - prezzo!Rispetto alla catena Pret à Manger ho trovato panini migliori da Eat.

I had the Bacon Butty and a Latte I enjoyed them very much, the employees were very helpful and nice, there are many choices of sandwiches to choose from and all seem very tasty. The only thing I did not like was that some tables were with leftovers and the people in charge of cleaning never showed up. I had my breakfast and wrote 3 post cards and the leftovers were still there when I left.
