Eastern Garden in Sandwell

We ordered from Eastern garden tonight, the meal was freezing cold and had been pre warmed prior to delivery and was not fresh cooked.... tried within minutes to complain and get a refund however the phone was ringing out even though it stated shop didn't close until 22.30.... as per pictures disgusting meal and service and more dispicably no reply from shop

Absoloute discusting food! Not even eatable! Waste of money!

The food didn’t taste nice, the noodles were dry and the sweet and sour sauce tasted vinegary. The atmosphere of the takeaway was horrible, due to the owner having an argument with his wife..

Never tried this place before, spent £18 and the food was disgusting, not edible and really bad smell to the food, don't waste your money, never have anything from here

Terrible food, cold, bland, flavourless, clearly pre roasted meat stripped from bone used in the curry. Never again avoid at all Costs !!!!!

Salt and pepper chicken was fab!

Nothing spectacular but their curry sauce was quite nice with a bit of a spicy kick.

The food, tasteless, and when the owner botched my order he didn't want to fix it, (this was dinner for my children). His wife on the other hand tried to come up with a solution but everytime she tried to talk he'd hit her. I'm very much unhappy with this place and their code of conduct (his code of conduct). And I'm not feeling great about how he will deal or try to deal with her.

Had quite a few times now and they are definitely tastiest Chinese food in the area in my opinion. Tried different meals and it takes me back to my youth when my parents used to drive far in the 1990s for proper fresh cooked Chinese food. This is just like Chinese food used to be. Fresh and flavoursome. Even the pancake roll are huge like they used to be. Lovely couple serve there, and delivery is generally quick to.

This is my favourite Chinese, I personally love how they do the Roast pork curry sauce!

Food tasted horrible wouldn't be surprised if wasn't chicken they cooking in there. The man's rude that answers how they still open have no idea. Would never recommend to anyone.

Decided to try this Chinese as I seen very positive reviews about it. Unfortunately I wasn't quite impressed Which is a shame because I could see the effort that the 2 couples was putting in whilst cooking it inside the shop. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Food isn't too good 👎🏾

Absolutely amazing! Words cannot describe how good the food is. From chicken balls to Singapore chow main you will not find a better place to eat!

not happy order comes incomplete and comes to 14pound for a curry with rice amd 1can even though I ordered curry rice chips and 2cans tuck 1hour and 30mins even though I'm not more then 5mins away the bag was cold so refused to pay for the order made him take it back !!won't order agen

I always enjoy the food from here😋 Especially the sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style... it's the best takeaway around Wednesbury.

I've always enjoyed the food from here never had any problems quite pleasant delivery Guy quick and easy as I say never had any problems would like to find someone better if there is one to just give them a try used to go to Jade Palace until it was taken over no food is too salty won't go there again

Food wasnt nice , my chicken was grey and my egg in my rice didnt taste right.

Very generous portions, lovely food and decently priced, very welcome break from long journey, would recommend!!
