Would give this place 0 stars if was an option. Ordered twice both times got food poisoning only had a few bites and had to throw away what a waste of money..and staff member looks like maybe owner was perving on me with his beady eyes..

Eatern fried chicken used to be ok but has gone really downhill. Last few times of eating here me and my family were really sick. The staff are also very rude..

Kebab meat was poor quality, smelly and not so tasty. Fries was soggy and very oily. First and last time ordered from here.

The quality of the food was extremely poor, and it had no flavor. It made me feel nauseous and I would not recommend it to anyone.

They make the most wonderful foods However i’m concerned about the cleanliness of this place. Not once, not twice, but over 7 times i have gotten good poisoning from it. I believe they are hygienic enough and their safety rating thing should be a 1 at this point. It’s not just me who gets food poisoned but many family and friends have too. I really looove their food but they need to fix up i can’t keep throwing up everytime i come here. This is a warning for other people too🙏🏻.

£6 value deal with 1 piece chicken and plenty of doner meat with fries, drink. Don’t expect gourmet food with £6 🤣. I am satisfied.

No updates on delivery and was half an hour late.

This place used to be the best kebab shop in Coventry and not it’s one of the worst. Staff don’t listen to your request. The person serves you and wonders off and someone else serves you it’s not how you wanted your order. Chicken is either raw or it’s hard that’s sat there for hours that is now served to you. It went into the bin. Won’t be going back.

Not to usual standard. Fries were cold, chicken strips were dry and rubbery. There was a lack of sauce and salad on the kebabs.

Said on just eat that our order was “delivered” but then it took another 10 mins to arrive. So waited around an hour and 30 minutes total

Best chicken nuggets and chips I've had in coventry. Will use again if I go.back to.country. I have come back and I used it again unfortunately the kebab is disgusting and I'm changing my review. I'll never order a kebab here again. It went right in the bin. And the chips were soggy and cold.

I went to the store and i saw a rat running in the kitchen very unhygenic, If I could give them no stars I would absolutely disgusting attitude towards paying customers, I ordered a pizza to then receive it freezing cold, I call and the so called manager is disrespecting me and hanging up the phone claiming its busy, that is not my problem, absolutely disgusting behaviour from you and the fact your a manager makes it worst DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DISRESPECTUF BUNCH OF SCUMS and if I get ill oh god help me

The delivery turned up on time despite being told that it would be an hour late through the app. The food wasn’t great at all though, extremely spicy despite ordering the non spicy variant, the fries were greasy and soggy. I’ve used this shop for around 20 years, and it’s certainly nothing like it used to be

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I'd give it a 0 star if I could. The staff are so incredibly rude. They were trying to charge extra when I ordered using the website prices [that they have not updated]. When collecting my food that they hadn't even made (as I queried the prices over the phone) I confronted the server on the price and he scrunched up the reciept and threw it in the bin refusing to serve us. Would not advise anyone to come here!

Two hours later still no food!

Waited 2.5 hours and had to call twice to find out what was happening. I asked to cancel the order due to the time it was taking but they refused and said it will be there soon. I asked for a refund and they put me on hold then cut me off. I tried calling back and they connected but didn't talk so called them back and it was convienintly engaged. Food was also freezing cold had to microwave it so it hadn't just been made. Very disappointed and will not be using them again. This is the second time we have had issues with members of just eat and last time we never even got a response so not expecting one this time either.

What can I say another perfect order and delivery. These guys are brilliant at what they do and rhe food quality is great. Let alone being good prices you don't lose quality. Would highly recommend
