This place used to be the best kebab shop in Coventry and not it’s one of the worst. Staff don’t listen to your request. The person serves you and wonders off and someone else serves you it’s not how you wanted your order. Chicken is either raw or it’s hard that’s sat there for hours that is now served to you. It went into the bin. Won’t be going back.

Chips were hot but chicken nuggets tasted reheated

Absolutely love the staff that work at this place food is always nice and fresh but the people that work in the place are just absolutely lovely... They know our order off by heart you could say we are regulars 😆

Best spicy chicken fillet burgers I ever had!

Food arrived cold nearly 2hrs after it was ordered and mixed special was wrong.

First time ordering from here and was excellent, tasty and hot. Will definitely be ordering from again

Best chicken nuggets and chips I've had in coventry. Will use again if I go.back to.country. I have come back and I used it again unfortunately the kebab is disgusting and I'm changing my review. I'll never order a kebab here again. It went right in the bin. And the chips were soggy and cold.

I went to the store and i saw a rat running in the kitchen very unhygenic, If I could give them no stars I would absolutely disgusting attitude towards paying customers, I ordered a pizza to then receive it freezing cold, I call and the so called manager is disrespecting me and hanging up the phone claiming its busy, that is not my problem, absolutely disgusting behaviour from you and the fact your a manager makes it worst DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE DISRESPECTUF BUNCH OF SCUMS and if I get ill oh god help me

One pizza was under cooked and the other pizza was burnt very disappointing

chips were warm so tasted like cardboard and the doner meat wasnt fresh, hard dark and dry.

The delivery turned up on time despite being told that it would be an hour late through the app. The food wasn’t great at all though, extremely spicy despite ordering the non spicy variant, the fries were greasy and soggy. I’ve used this shop for around 20 years, and it’s certainly nothing like it used to be

Burger amazing, Chicken nuggets amazing, Chicken pieces amazing, cheesy naan putting curry houses to shame. All in all one of the best I’ve had in ages will definitely be ordering from here again

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I'd give it a 0 star if I could. The staff are so incredibly rude. They were trying to charge extra when I ordered using the website prices [that they have not updated]. When collecting my food that they hadn't even made (as I queried the prices over the phone) I confronted the server on the price and he scrunched up the reciept and threw it in the bin refusing to serve us. Would not advise anyone to come here!

Two hours later still no food!

Waited 2.5 hours and had to call twice to find out what was happening. I asked to cancel the order due to the time it was taking but they refused and said it will be there soon. I asked for a refund and they put me on hold then cut me off. I tried calling back and they connected but didn't talk so called them back and it was convienintly engaged. Food was also freezing cold had to microwave it so it hadn't just been made. Very disappointed and will not be using them again. This is the second time we have had issues with members of just eat and last time we never even got a response so not expecting one this time either.

What can I say another perfect order and delivery. These guys are brilliant at what they do and rhe food quality is great. Let alone being good prices you don't lose quality. Would highly recommend

I don't know how many times this place has been closed down for rats but itooks like it will be soon closing again for the exact same reason

Nasty place, rude staff, 2 big rats ran across the dinning room floor when I was waiting for my order. Put us right off. I felt physically sick! They refused to cancel the order and refund my money I've never felt so disgusted in my life I do not recommend anyone eating from this dirty chicken shop. Unless you want to get very sick, and end up in hospital. We had to leave in a hurry with out the food and no refund.

Dirty Dirty Dirty place I don't know how this place is still open. Staff are rude. Man serving was picking his nose in front of customers. We left after seeing that. If that's how the server behaves I dread to imagine what the kitchen staff do. Yak!

Place used to be okay but heavy price hike recently and the quality is bit as good diner was under cooked and bland chips where soggy poor choice of drinks will be the last time I use them much better places with in minutes of the place
