speedy deliver piping hot food very tasty

Fantastic. Been living in Gidea Park/Hornchurch area the past 20 years. First time ordered from Eastern Eyr

Piping hot food and was really nice!!

Arrived way ahead of time which was nice. Food was temperature hot and tasty. Vindaloo was nice but not very spicy hot.

Order at least once a week and the food is always amazing, Carnt fault it, delish

Again amazing quality food, only letdown by the burnt keema naan but other than that amazing as per usual.

Biriani was very hot, far too much spice compared to normal. We could eat it. Madras was also different, flavours not as usual. Must be a new chef We have been ordering food from Eastern Eye for over 10 years, this was our worst meal. A refund would be appreciated

I got meat samosas, cheese naan, pilau rice and lamb rogan josh. Everything tasted freshly made and it was hot on arrival. The only critique is that the curry was purée like with chunks. I would have preferred it be more smooth.

Late delivery spoke to the restaurant and was told 3mins foods ready then called again and was near 40mins late not even an apology from the driver but did apologize from the restaurant when called twice

Order was wrong when it arrived sadly but I was to hungry to faff to sort. Specially a pain when u order from the app to sort out the right order when wrong. Food taste so good and the mess up easily forgotten. Love the food. Delish 🫶🏻

Lamb was not right... this tasted like beef. As an Indian punjabi very disappointed with the food. Nothing like food I would have in some of my local restaurants. If ever in Brentwood again won't be ordering again from here. The delivery was good and prompt. Food was hot.

Food was delivered by very friendly delivery driver, it was hot and very tasty so couldn’t ask for any more

My first try here. Samosas are small, the Chana has a lot more tomato gravy than I like and the Tarka Dahl needed a tiny bit more seasoning or just more garlic finish which is what makes it that particular dish. But all in all it was all very well cooked and arrived in a great condition. I’ll try a few more dishes before I decide to stick to my usual place.

Three different dishes but all tasted the same. Very salty. Food was not great had much better elsewhere.

I ordered king prawn tikka masala and boiled rice . There was lots of excess water on the plate . I have complained to just eat and they say this is acceptable! . I have decided to no longer use this restaurant ( I have been ordering from here for 3 years) and will certainly not be using Just eat in future .

Last time I'm ordering from this restaurant. Always late when we've ordered food from you, and this time it was 2 hours late. The food is not worth the wait.

Not sure what happened with this restaurant, I used to love the food, was perfect. The last two orders have not been nice at all (chunky veg in curries etc) the madras I ordered last time was completely different very disappointed. Will have to find a new one now two times in a row. 👎

Best Indian around. Bhajis are proper, crispy and crunchy unlike some other places where they're soft. Delivery driver very polite. Decent size portions full of flavour and full of veg and meat.

Lovely food and delivery service, was a little late but during busy periods that is expected -- food was tasty warm and would definitely come back to this place again.

Food is always really good, but it’s always faaaar later than they say it will be. And what’s probably most annoying is they mark it as delivered after around an hour, I presume so that don’t get in trouble with just eat. Yeah, foods great, service and delivery times is the worst.

Great curry, delivery a little late but no biggy, enjoyed it all the more!

I love the food it is always spot on.. however not having ordered for quite along time i was suprised that the beef samosas are now abit different..instead of having beef filling they now also add in potatoes and peas which i am not a fan of, would you pls go back to only having beef filling? If i want peas/ potato filling i would order veg samosas other than that all good

Very good delivery time. Good food

First time ordering from here and I must say we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, food was hot and tasty. Portions were perfect for the 2 of us. We ordered the chicken tikka starter, onion bhajis, veg samosas, poppadum, 2 naan, chicken korma and pilau rice to share. This was plenty for us and we have food left over it was very filling. We will def order from here again and highly recommend.

Really good tasting Indian food

Probably the worst Indian I’ve eaten in 20years muttar paneer is brown like gravy!!! Chicken was like cardboard. The mint sauce was like water and a wired green colour. The resuming kebab had no egg. The jalfrezi was watery and bland. Never again.

The food was delicious. Arrived and on time and was nice and hot. Would order from them again!

Food arrived on time and piping hot. Just dissapointed the usual flavour was missing in the dish.

The food was over a hour late. First time I called they said my nann was just finishing in the oven and would be 15 mins. After 25 I called again. They blamed the app. No money off. Extra food added as a gesture. They said money off next time but wouldn’t give me a name to refer to for this gesture. Umm interesting. Just so sad as kids was part of this meal and needed to eat different foods due to time length. We eat here often and love the food. This day spoiled all those good experiences. Just be aware of the timing they say and add another 30 mins and you won’t be disappointed.

Food was good but it being delivered 45 minutes late was completely unacceptable. If the restaurant had provided a realistic estimate of when the food might actually be delivered at the time I ordered it based on how busy they were I would have cancelled and used someone else (as I will in future).

Been waiting for 2 hours. My just eat says delivered so I called to chase and they said they was busy tonight but it would be here in 15 mins. Half an hour later it still isn’t here and they aren’t answering their phones!!

Food and delivery time wasn’t too bad. Drinks were forgotten (worth £2) and only received a 50p refund on the door “as instructed by the boss”.

The rice portions had not added to the order which we did not notice, but upon ringing the shop they arranged and delivered two portions to go with our meal within 10 minutes. Thank you.

Ordered food for a Mother’s Day treat to end up waiting over an hour for our food to arrive. Food was hot and tasted great just disappointed on the delivery time as it ruined our plans for the rest of the evening.

I do not understand how these people got positive reviews from others, but in my experience they are absolutely woeful. I ordered the half chicken tandoori and boiled rice. Instead I got 2 chicken thighs that had been cremated and onions. No sauce. When I called the restaurant to express my disappointment the person I spoke got abusive and told me if I did not what I got I should not order from them again. I then said I would complain to Just Eat he asked me to go ahead! This what lockdown has caused, unscrupulous restaurants taking advantage of the pandemic by over changing, misleading menus and serving bad food!

The food is amazing! Always yummy and tasty! The food was 15 mins late but it was still hot and yummy! Will always recommend and buy again
