East To West Bar & Grill in Stockport

2 tables occupied when I arrived. Coca cola I ordered was flat. Ordered my starter and main courses. The starter delivered was actually part of another tables order, mine eventually arrived. Ordered lentils with my Tandoori main, both arrived with another item. Asked a waitress what the other item was and met with I don't know, I'll find out, then carried on cleaning another table before finding out. Then to cap it off the Tandoori chicken in my mixed grill was still raw in places. They didn't replace the whole dish, just the raw chicken. By the time replacement chicken arrived I had eaten the rest of my food. Unfortunately there is no zero rating option, so it has received a 1

This was recommended to us. Hugely disappointed in the service. So much so we left before starters arrived. We waited for 45 minutes for a starter. We were told a few times it would be 5 more minutes. Restaurant was not busy, but had one large table that appeared to consume most waiting staff. Restaurant was clean, and the food looked good from what we could see. Some staff were friendly. We had 2 drinks and poppadums… the bill was waivered kindly by one of the staff.
