Hemos comido aquí un montón de veces desde que abrió y seguiremos volviendo. El café es del más alto nivel en Glasgow, el personal es súper amable y la comida es increíble. Ve aquí, ¡no te arrepentirás!

My friend said the bagel was the best in his life. I had the ragu sandwich which was nice. Staff were okay

El café aquí es encantador, especialmente las caldas colombianas, pero solo hay dos miembros del personal que no son groseros ni aburridos por los clientes. Después de una sonrisa burlona y suspirar demasiado de la chica con el piercing, dejamos de sentarnos y comenzamos a comprarles los granos de café, pero incluso eso pareció convertirse en una terrible experiencia para el personal. Afortunadamente, el mercado cercano a cero desechos hace el mismo café por más barato, por lo que no hay necesidad de volver a visitarlo. Vergüenza, sin embargo. Dos de los muchachos que trabajan allí son encantadores y serviciales, pero el resto son bastante sombríos. En este momento hay muchos otros buenos cafés, por lo que no es necesario que el personal de East los moleste o les gruñe.

Fuimos aquí recientemente para el brunch, y fue simplemente encantador! El personal es amable, buen café, y los panqueques eran increíbles! ¡Necesito volver y probar más de ellos! Un gran hallazgo!

The #EastEnd of #Glasgow food scene never ceases to amaze me. Breakfast at the #EastCoffeeCompany on Duke Street was delightful this morning. Highly recommended pancake stack - better than my mum used to make (sorry mum!) - or hot smoked salmon with poached egg on toasted sourdough.

Visit here regularly when I’m in Glasgow, never a let down foods always very tasty, never a problem when you ask for something you liked from there old menu, staff couldn’t be nicer and always up for a chat rather than just after your money !! I’d say this is one of the nicest places in Glasgow and will be returning regularly

Very good coffee and delicious food, the pancakes come either in stack of 4 or 6, are well priced and come well presented, as per picture. Along with berries and granola they come with some basil, which I thought would have been weird but in fact complemented the rest very well. Will defo be back

My mate and I found this place by mistake, but so glad we did! It was really lovely- service was excellent, and the food was top notch. We both had bagels with avocado and bacon and they were lovely- big, fresh bagels warmed with delicious salty bacon and smashed avo- what's not to love?? And I took a pastry home with me which was also delicious. Great wee find.

Absolutely amazing coffee and knowledgeable & friendly staff. The deco is just out of this world; it has lots of character with beautiful plants across the both floors. I will keep returning and returning.

I visited East on a Sunday morning for brunch as I had heard that they made great gluten free pancakes and I definitely wasn’t let down! My pancakes were so nice and all the flavour combinations worked so well. It’s worth bearing in mind that it’s a very small kitchen (if you can call it that) so things might take a bit longer but I promise you it’s definitely worth the wait!

I met my friend here for brunch on a Sunday morning. I’ll admit, my first impression when I walked in was not great. The place is rather small and the walls are bare plaster. It’s a bold look to say the least. The menu is short, but that’s fair enough considering the kitchen seemed to be a tiny worktop behind the till. I ordered a latte and the pancakes with banana and pecans. The latte came quickly, and it was lovely - this place knows good coffee! We waited a while for the pancakes to come...but they were worth the wait! They were presented great, smelled great and most importantly, tasted amazing! I don’t want to overhype, but I just loved everything about the dish. The pancakes were soft, the banana was caramelised, the sauce was deliciously sweet and the pecan and granola added a crunch to the plate. What this place lacks in style, it definitely makes up for in substance!
