Dusk Bar & Bistro in Blackpool

We took our 10 year old grandson to Blackpool for the day. The weather was decent and early evening we were sitting outside a bar near North Pier when it suddenly started raining heavily. (It came as a surprise). We needed to eat so went in the Dusk Bar as it was very close by. It had a disco, but being early evening there were few customers, when we arrived. We had Tapas dishes and a pizza. The atmosphere was good, the food really tasty and quite reasonably priced. The staff looked after us really well.

Had breakfast and cocktails and both were delicious and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful

have to say found it a little quiet when i visited earlier in the day felt that the staff were maybe a little standoffish however when i returned later for the night the atmosphere had changed every one seemed more attentive so ended up a great night have to say was a little dissapointed there was no trance DJ to go with a trance gig did not eat here so cannot comment

What absolute gem of a find. Had three plates of food for £12 and it was amazing! The halloumi fries were especially good, salt & pepper chips and chicken wings were also nice. Went back there later for drinks and it was such a great vibe and drinks were great. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely atmosphere great music food was amazing steak chips salad partner had the burger everything was delicious well worth the money. We enjoyed a few drinks staff were lovely x

Visited bar today . Cocktails 2 for 1 sandwich bar outside states 2 for 1 before 8 o clock but this wasn't the case they stopped two for one about 5 o'clock not what the board says ?

The food & drinks are stunning cocktails 2-4-1 before 8pm a bonus Burgers are too die for definitely recommend here- look forward to next time

Came here with my wife for some lunch the menu is wonderful plenty to choose from my wife had the stacker burger I had the ribs and chicken and I can quite honestly say when the meals came out the steam was still comming off the sauce you know it was made to order and fresh if you want great fresh food cooked authentily then this place is for you well worth what we paid and 2 cocktails for the price of 1 as well keeps up the good work Team Dusk

Visited this establishment on Friday for a bottomless brunch we had previously booked. On arrival the table for 14 was ready and that is best but of the experience. There were no menu's on the table, to advise us of what was available to eat. The heating was on, in August now I know we have bizarre summers in this country but come on. When we ask for it to be turned off the response was "well I was cold". Still no menu, 2 bottles of prosseco turned up, no menu. Those who did not want the bubbly went to the bar to check what was available to drink. We had to ask if we could order food. Hooray menu's arrived, starter orders taken, but no mention of what else was available on the brunch. At this point we were writing down our own drinks order. Starters turned up and we were told not to wait for everyone to start as they will come out as and when!. Some of the starters were like mains, they were huge but inedible. We wrote down our mains order, and handed it to the waitress, before these were brought to us we had to pay our £40!!! Mine was a spanish omelette (see picture attached) This was the last meal out of the solely run, size of a postage stamp kitchen, I think the chef (using this term extremely lightly) had just had enough by this time. I took the picture and removed it from the table. Cocktails are horrific! We were allowed one each on the brunch. I think the only passable one was the pornstar martini avoid all the others. At this point we'd had enough, we just wanted to go, someone who we think was the manageress came over and asked if everything was okay. We explained our concerns and she addressed this with a bottle of what we thought was grey goose vodka (the bottle was grey goose the vodka was house vodka) and 2 litre bottle of coke, this we left. Before going she said we had not had the wrong menu 😂 all that time without a menu and it was wrong! The music was so loud, it is not possible to hear anything, the guy in the middle on the decks would be better suited in a bigger place not in such a small confined space. Don't expect to have a good chat with your friends. They were not ready for us at all. So disappointed 😞 If you are looking for a good brunch with your friends go to slug and lettuce or revolution it's alot cheaper and much much better.
