Delicious food and great customer service - especially the boneless grilled chicken. Good value for money. I would highly recommend a try! I wish there was a greater range of food to try. Overall a great experience.

We ordered a large mixed kebab and large rice, that's it, almost £30 and for that we got no donner meat, no pittas, the meat was put on top of the chips so they were all soggy, no sauces, the salad was lettuce and onion only and the lamb shish was like eating sweaty leather. NEVER AGAIN!

some one used my card order food from you guy and i called for little bit off information and the guy on the phone no help at all telling me call just eat. So i gess you guys are stealing my card details and took two payments from my bank.

The food was very flavourful and my whole family enjoyed the spice rice with mix grill and half grill. They had a variety of drinks.

Chewy bad quality meat. Cold food as on the receipt shows it was cooked an hour before it actually got Delivered.

Tell your drivers to read the notes. The notes are there for a reason.

I paid £1 for mango chutney, and I got one of those teeny tiny little tester pots. I ordered the mixed grill for me and hubby. £23. The meat was tough; only the kofta was nice, plus they put the meats all over the chips, so they arrived soggy and horrible! Why are they not separate? I ordered a large saag aloo and it was greasy, not nice at all. Also, in a proper Indian restaurant, what we got is always a small. Overall, we're really disappointed. Won't be buying from they again.

Prawn Puri great as always, Chicken Madras Bhuna VERY tasty, and Special Mix Grill, Salad & Chips pretty, pretty good.

We had chicken wings and chips, amazing food, the wings were so fresh and tasty. We also liked the chips we need ask for it to be crispy tho buy hey all round good.

Horrible biryani rice. Cold and hard. Had to throw away 3/4 of the rice dish. King prawns were not very nice easy. Lazy cooking from this restaurant

It happened to me twice that the person who answered the phone put the phone down, didn't hang up, just put it down without telling me why and i was left there waiting thinking he was just busy. The second time it happened i went in store and asked what happened and the answer i got is because he couldn't hear me, so he simply and arrogantly placed the phone on the counter as a sort of punishment without saying i cannot hear you. I DONT TRUST ANYONE WHO THINKS THAT WAY TO PREPARE MY FOOD! Avoid!

prawn puri great, lovely meaty chargrilled wings, if slightly small and the chips portion could have been bigger, garlic chilli masala very spicy and nice, again, as with so many takeaways recently, a little bit light on the meat, but very tasty.

Took a good hour and 15 minutes for me to get a driver. The food was lukewarm and soggy which probably meant that the restaurant had most likely made the food when they got the order and left it under a hot light.

Lamb shawarma was old and tough

The lamb shawarma in my wrap was undercooked and arrived stone cold, even though the courier was on time. I had to reheat it in a microwave (luckily I had one available).

Not a good experience. Not all the food arrived we was missing a "Half Chicken on the Bone with Spicy Rice" but in one of the bags we can see bits of the rice at the bottom of the bag so we can only think that the delivery guy stole it. The resturant said they put it in the bag and we can see evidence of it been put in there as there is some fallen out rice at the bottom of the bag. Not happy about this that was my dads dinner. Is there any way i can get a refund for this? We spoke to the resturant and they said to contact you. Thank you.

Biriyani was dry like Sahara I don’t know how your meant to eat that Also I asked for sauce on my boneless chicken but it came without it which is very disappointing as it’s a very simple request anyone can understand and is a given with that meal

Paratha was hard as a rock. And chicken curry was too sweet. I was very hungry but couldn’t eat anything.

Gave me things I was allergic to after I specifically asked not to have those things in my food

Prawn Puri excellent, Wings & Half chicken on the bone very good, Tikka Korai so-so, Just Eat delivery bike rider at a cost of £2.49 delivery PLUS Just Eat service charge £1.40 was 15mins later than promised; minus a star rating for that.

Delivery rider was super accommodating and polite.

Twice in a week: First time 5/6 Prawn Puri excellent, Chicken Zacuti a pleasant kick but desiccated coconut rather than the curry tasting of coconut, Wings With Chips very good wings, half Chicken on the Bone with Spicy Rice fantastic, lovely meat. Second time 3/6: chicken tikka korai OK but filled up with a lot of chunky bell pepper and onion, missing the garlic and ginger flavour as promised, Mixed Shawarma a mistake on our part - shredded meat always going to dry out in transit (Just Eat delivery driver was 15min late), should have stuck with the Lebanese half chicken.

Very disappointing.. Ordered Lamb shawarma..The lamb was dry, full of fat and inedible, there was even seperate pieces of fat..Unbelievable they would even send that kind of food out..Chucked in the bin..

The food was really cold which was annoying, the poppadom was not as nice as it usually is.

Kebab that served with my mixed grill was rotten!! Stinky and disgusting. When I notified about the kebab to the gentleman on the counter, didn’t even apologised. Really disappointed!!

La persona que cocinaba la carne a la parrilla usaba los mismos utensilios para la carne y el pescado. Mi hermano pequeño, que tiene una alergia grave al pescado; tuvo una reacción alérgica debido a que el chef usó las mismas pinzas que usó para una comida de pescado anterior para manipular su comida de pollo. Asumieron la responsabilidad de la culpa pero fueron muy groseros. Nos negaron un reembolso completo por su comida a pesar de que mi hermano terminó en urgencias por su reacción alérgica severa.

If it were possible to leave zero stars I would have! The food was absolutely dire and cold. Bearing in mind I collected it right on time and carried it home in an insulated bag, this is unacceptable. Everything had to be reheated. The poppadoms were stale. The mint sauce was more like mint mayo out of a bottle likewise the vivid orange mango chutney. I have no idea how this place has such good ratings. The final coup de grâce was the fact that in these troubled times, none of the staff were wearing gloves! If you have any sense, do not order from this place. It was out first takeaway in 6 months and was a complete waste of £30.

Second time ordering here cannot complain yet again, the food was super lush! The only thing I could possibly find was that the masala was more bland this time than the last though I’d prefer bland than too sweet. Reasonably priced, the best for me! :P

Esperó 2. 5 horas para la entrega, llamé al restaurante y me dijeron que no había recibido ningún pedido en línea, luego “encontraron” mi pedido y fue entregado a los pocos minutos de esa llamada, ¡la comida parecía horrible kofta de cordero rota en pedazos y desmoronándose! Parecía que había sido desechado de un plato usado, solía gustarme el kofta de cordero, pero esta noche ha sido la gota que colmó el vaso y la última vez que desperdicié 18 por comida que no puedo comer. Forma impactante de enviar comida.

Tuve que volver a esta pequeña joya, fui allí con compañeros para el iftar, no puedo encontrar nada nuevo, todo fue perfecto, desde la comida hasta el servicio 10/10. El personal fue muy amable y nos ofreció agua y fechas para romper nuestro ayuno. no tenía que hacerlo pero era muy amable de ellos, necesito uno de estos en el este de Londres. Volveremos pronto tal vez el día de Eid ?.

Pedí una comida india hace unas semanas y la comida estaba bien. Así que ordenó de nuevo hace unos días. Definitivamente será la última vez. La comida estaba llena de tanto aceite. Nunca había visto tanto aceite en la comida. Ridículo. Pulgares abajo.

He estado perdiendo este lugar por mucho tiempo, ¿qué puedo decir que la comida era jugosa y excelente y no puedo criticar nada para ser sincero, desde el servicio hasta el personal y la comida todo estaba en el punto 10/10.Si no has estado aquí, este pequeño lugar es obligatorio, adecuado para todos.

Food is all ways on point never let's me down staff are friendly and delivery is on time or early rarely late

On the menu it stated that the wrap comes with fries and a drink. When the food was delivered there was just a wrap, I called the shop and ask where the rest of the food was, I was greeted with a rude person on the other end of the phone. I told them that they need to contact just eat to amend the menu on there and I was told to do it myself and that it's not there problem!!!! Bad customer service!!!! The food was NOT very nice and it was cold. I will NEVER order from this shop again

Ordered grilled burger which turned out to be a fired one instead (was nice and crispy though) and asked for chilli sauce on the burger in the comment box which was either ignored or they are not paying attention to what is written in the comment box. Spicy chips was really nice. I ask the person operating this page to make sure the menu is correct and up to date as I am not happy to get a fried burger instead of what I've ordered. Next time I will complain to the manager.

Absolutely terrible. 45 mins later than the time stated. Food was cold despite being reassured that it was hot because of the hot bag. Terrible!

We ordered wrap meal but it came without the wrap. The meat was slopped on top of the chips which made it soggy. And it was so late it was cold. Never ordering from here again. They used to be so good.

The spicy lamb shish was just the way I expected it. It's a great place to eat and u get or even exceed your money's worth.

I usually order from different Lebanese place. As it had 5 stars I was expecting great food. The shawarma I ordered was chicken sitting on top of a wrap, dry meat and no sauce, it was not rolled up. Was impossible to eat. I ordered under wraps section a chicken shawarma meal and it arrived in box chips with chicken chucked on top some salad on side. No sign of a wrap. Meat was dry and old no flavour. Such a massive disappointment won't order again. My Lebanese friend though it looked like a dog food

DElicious food and the driver was very polite.

Excellent fresh food grilled in front of you, very clean and lovely service. Curry was the best I've had in a long time,kids menu also very good, we drove as you can park in Tesco for 2 hours.

Last night was the final straw with this take away,we have have not complained a few times because they say oh sorry we will make it up to you next time but that never happens. So finally a hour and half later the I hear a car pull up, the guy takes our food out of the boot which I found strange, I always tip the old guy cos I feel sorry for him, open our food and the entire contense is upside down, looks like it's been on a fun fair ride, search the bag and no sauce either for our half boneless chicken with rice... btw 3rd time this has happened... will definitely not be ordering ever again from here, but you do get what you pay for.
