Dunkin' Donuts in Liverpool

I am so happy to find out that we have a Dunkin Donuts locally! I have never tried them until recently and I did not know what I was missing out on. They do a decent range of vegan donuts and they are so good! They don't take artificial like most other brands. The staff are always super friendly too. We always visit when out in Liverpool

An American classic in Liverpool. Very modern sleek design. Clean and bright. Ordering from the computer was easy and quick. Staff truthfully weren’t attentive unfortunately but coffee was nice and quick. Great selection of donuts!

No complaints about food or coffee but the disabled toilet on the day I visited was the filthiest toilet I have ever been in. The toilet seat was wet through and the sanitary bin was overflowing, so it's doubtful the toilet had been inspected at all that day. The visit was late afternoon.

Easy to order system via touch screens. Clean and plenty of seating. Not bad for an England-version of Dunkin'. (I'm from Boston so Dunkin Donuts is a whole other thing there.)

It’s a decent place if you want to stop for a quick pastry and some coffee before heading off to whatever you’re doing that day. Coffee is very good but tastes different from the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee in the United States. Their doughnuts are quite good.

Amazing service from the girls, completely go above and beyond to give guest their needs! Will be retuning

Went In for coffee and a doughnut yesterday and was super impressed by the great value for money, staff were friendly and my doughnut was delightful really fresh and much nicer than Krispy Kreme. Will deffo return soon.

Disgusting charging £2 for boiled water. This was for my 3 month old granddaughter. The water then had to cooled down with iced water which there was no charge! We will not step into one of these outlets again. Not family friendly.

I was in touch will multiple chains of Dunkin around England in hope to organise a personal delivery up to Scotland for my boyfriends birthday. This chain, particularly the chain manager, Rhys, went above and beyond to grant my wish. Rhys took it upon himself to organise a special delivery up to Aberdeenshire. Delicious and fresh doughnuts, tightly packed parcel and a whole family of totally satisfied customers. Made everyones day to be able to relive their childhood days of Bavarian cream doughnuts. Thank you again!

Stopped by while in Liverpool to try some doughnuts since there is none near my home other than Krispy Kreme you can buy in Tesco. There was a deal on a dozen box for £10 which was great because these doughnuts are very premium compared to supermarkets. Dunkin Boston cream is iconic. Very nice coffee also and they sell bags with their signature blend in a few flavours. Would love to see more locations open in the future.

First time visiting Dunkin donuts. The coffee is really nice and they offer multiple milk differences such as soyer milk. The coffee and donuts are expensive but are in line with similar brands so that’s okay. The donuts for very tasty.

Since the last NI outlet closed down 20 odd years ago, DD has been badly missed. So to say I was overjoyed when I discovered they were still thriving in the pool would be an understatement. Boston Kreme is where it’s at. This little hive of deliciousness never stops.

So happy to see this place , after living in the USA for 30 yrs , the cafe was on the food court floor of the market it was busy, the donuts were lovely and fresh and they had a great selection sadly no french curlers though lol, coffee was good, service great it was a perfect end of a day in Liverpool for us , just need a Taco Bell and I’ll be there daily lol

Been to Dunkin donuts in Berlin, Dusseldorf and now Liverpool. The donuts they have to offer are amazing. So many different flavours. Milky coffee is good too and so is the ice coffee. Love it.

Decidí llevar a los niños hoy, ya que les dije que había ido a Dunkin Donuts en Estados Unidos y que era increíble con tantos sabores. Cuando llevamos a los niños hoy, básicamente vimos y estuvimos tan decepcionados que casi no había donas en los estantes, un cajero preguntado es que, los niños estaban tan decepcionados, ¡no volveremos, fuimos a Gregg's y tuvieron una mejor opción!

Me decepcionó mucho cuando visité el Dunkin Donuts en Liverpool ayer. Ninguno de los donuts que tenían en oferta eran donuts apropiados para pasteles. Eran TODOS los suaves y pastosos. . . Al igual que Crispy Cr me. Las sucursales en los estados ofrecen una selección y una variación mucho mejores de donas y muffins. Además, no tenían crema para poner en su café, solo leche.

Esta fue una visita de regreso para nosotros. Hay una fantástica variedad de rosquillas: elegí una con un relleno de manzana en esta ocasión y estaba delicioso. El café está muy caliente, un tamaño regular es más que adecuado. El bocadillo entero tiene una muy buena relación calidad-precio - 3. 20 cada uno! El personal es amable y eficiente. Aunque muy ocupados conseguimos una mesa. Las mesas se mantienen despejadas y se limpian regularmente. Una buena experiencia.

Had donuts here yesterday while passing through..absolutely gorgeous!! Havent seen a dunkin donuts since i wasnin NYC so this was a must!!

Já conhecia o Dunkin Coffee de Madrid e fui experimentar este mas fiquei desiludido com os Donuts. Pensava que eram melhores. Comparando com os do Dunkin Coffee estes ficam bem atrás.

Love Love Love this place. The staff are amazingly nice and the donuts are fantastic too. Try the Boston Cream donut it is great. I was able to take advantage of my Blue Light discount as well. I was on a diet before I visited this outlet. Worth breaking my diet for. Can not recommend highly enough!!!

We have visited many times in the past couple of years and were delighted when it opened. The donuts are different than the ones you tend to get in Dunkin Donuts in the States but they are just as nice. Tables, chairs and floor are always spotlessly clean. We have never had problems finding a seat and you are never rushed. There are also spots to charge up your phone. Service is always efficient and friendly including our last visit, served by Hellen, she was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Had a lovely drink water melon lemonade, good staff, lovely donuts lots to choose from will be back thanks

This has to be the best and the friendliest coffee shop in all of Liverpool always made to feel welcome staff really lovely and coffee is always spot on well worth a visit

The selection of Donuts is large ....... but hey what about doing the simple standard good old fashioned Donut sprinkled with Cinnamon ........ not to be seen which is a shame.

On a day trip to Liverpool I stumbled across dunkin D’s, why are these like not everywhere, not even in Manchester! Just like being back in America!

Me and my sisters had some business to do in town and on route popped in for a quick latte and it was very nice.

Good for a quick snack while in the shopping center. Nice clean place and offers a good view of activities going on around .

This was our first visit and I feel a return visit is in order - so many different donuts I need to try! The coffee was very hot - a regular is more than large enough. There are trays and trays of different flavours of donuts to choose from. We paid just short of £6.00 for 2 Americanos and 2 donuts - so extremely good value for money! The servers were most friendly and efficient and they made sure tables were cleared and cleaned most regularly. A good experience.

One of many great places to grab an iced coffee on the go in Liverpool, located on the bottom floor of St John's this is one of my favourites! Having lived in Germany for some while and not seeing one outside of the country I had to go in and try it when i first saw it. The staff are always friendly and cater to most needs. The doughnuts & coffee are always fresh. Charging stations & wifi are also available :) The take out boxes are another must, just make you sure if like me you dont like sharing them you hide them in a different bag!

Great value donuts and coffees but they do not have the range that the US stores which is disappointing and the hot food is ridiculously expensive - £4.99 for a fast oven cooked chicken burger - on its own? They need to rethink their strategy. One of the two cabinets is filled with empty boxes too which is disappointing

I love Dunkin' Donuts, when ever I'm in America I always try and track down a store to enjoy the coffee and more importantly the donuts. I visited this store whilst the Rock n Roll marathon was taking place in Liverpool. The chap behind the counter was very helpful, bought the new cinema inspired range and they were delicious. Also had a coffee, which are very reasonably priced and I feel is better than most coffee chains.
