I’m not even sure where to start with this review and the maddest thing is we’ve ordered from Duman and even eaten there before and it’s been fine. Tonight though we feel we’ve been properly done over and as such we won’t be ordering from there again. Tonight we ordered 2 kebabs - one shish, one doner - and a side of chips and all £17 of it went in the bin having eaten less than half of any one item. The doner meat in particular smelled like how I imagine long dead toes would smell and the chips were oily and yellow which was a clear sign that they’d been refried in old oil. This is completely unacceptable. I cannot describe how supremely disappointed we are because the staff are pleasant, which makes this episode all the more tragic.

Tienen parrilla mixta muy agradable y muy buen precio también. Sirven panes gratis fue increíble. Tan asequible para los amantes de la comida turca.

Olemme käyneet tässä ravintolassa jokaisella Lontoon reissullamme, ja tulemme varmasti käymään myös ensi reissulla. Pizzat ovat olleet joka kerta aivan loistavia, ja palvelu nopeaa ja hyvää. Pizzojen täytteet ovat suomalaisiin pizzoihin verrattuna hieman erikoisia mutta todella maistuvia.

3 Fulham BroadwayCame here with a few friends on a Friday because of this pub’s convenient location in Fulham Broadway station. Unfortunately our experience was ruined by rude staff who made comments such as “tap your card then” and “what do want”. I wasn’t too offended by this behaviour but it obviously wasn’t pleasant.

Westfield London Shopping Centre Ariel Way Westfield White CityExtremely Busy. Staff Unfriendly. Felt rushed. Back of chair constantly knocked by waiters. Food came at separate times. Calamari uncooked. Had to ask for chips many times. When paying the bill the waiter was talking to other staff members nit taking any notice of us. I won't a letter of complaint and was advised by email I would hear back from the Operations Manager Alex - but guess ehat - NOT even received a reply from him after sending a 2nd email. Terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible staff. I certainly would not recommend Zizi that's for sure.

320 Goldhawk RoadThis is a beautiful old pub with an inviting real flame gas fire. Went with my family of 6. The food & drink’s were served very quickly. We had a combination of six different main meals & everyone was more than happy with what they ate. Five of us dessert of apple, berry & rhubarb crumble & custard which was to die for. Only hiccup was when we arrived at 7.30 there was a live band playing. Now as good as they were & the songs they played, they were rather loud & we had to shout at one another to make ourselves heard. When booking I asked for the quiet part of the restaurant as 4 of our group being 60-+ in ages weren’t to keen on loud music as we’d have to shout over it. But all in all a great pub with wonderful food & hard working staff.
