Very rude staff totally unprofessional Never gonna visit again

I believe this place is just for pure money laundering from their other "businesses". It's hard to believe that at dinner time (5pm) the food can be this bad. First of all, everything was cold. Secondly, the burgers and wings were nowhere near being fresh (or even tasty). The chicken wings were old. The chicken in the burgers were old and a little bit chewy. We did not eat them as soon as we took 1 bite. The worst one was the chicken strips. I didn't even bother to try it as soon as I touched them, I noticed how hard and cold it had already become. Unbelievable how the owner of this place can allow food to be sold like this. Bare in mind, I chose a pick up and collected the food myself within 15 minutes of ordering and arrived home within 15 minutes. I used my own thermal bag and my car was hot. Never again will I order here. If I am to starve I will not even eat here.

Started coming here a few months ago and it never fails the food is fresh and chicken even when it’s a dipped burger the chicken is still crispy best dipped burger around. Staff are so friendly and happy to help, have recommended to all friends and family

Far better than that crappy Mexico place. Friendly service, very quick food was hot and very nice. An order that costs 20 quid in new Mexico cost us 18 pounds here and was done in 10 mins , the other place 40 mins and we were still waiting for an hash brown to be cooked. New York is way better.

Went in bun was burnt found a bone in the food when we were done left our food on the table neatly as we walked out the worker screamed at us and said rudely said throw your shit in the bin word for word horrible place horrible people don't recommend

I don’t understand why the owner of this takeaway doesn’t bother about the reviews as their food is getting worst and so is their customer service. Visiting them from a long time and they seem not to care about their regular customers, taste of the food is not good, sometimes overcooked, and sometimes cold and stale. Staff is very rude , lack basic manners, highly unprofessional, busy in their own gossips talking loudly. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING THERE. It’s not worth it.

Please read over reviews The worst service possible, gave me a can when it was meant to be bottle and then when you call... my goodness, it's a battle after the endless numbers of calls to try and explain their mistake. No solution provided, and the food was like many say over cooked to burnt. Please order from somewhere else as it can ruin your cheat meal excitement.

The food was COLD with the chicken overcooked and very chewy. The fries were tasting old. Very disappointed.

Ordered plain chicken rap plain, also put it in the notes. It came full in sauce and lettuce, won't be ordering again

Everything is pathetic there. Staff attitude is too rude and they are not cooperating at all. They use old smelly breads. Sitting arrangement is too cold, there is no heating working there.

Would not recommended, got given a top piece of a burger bun FOLDED around one chicken tender for a burger, was so shocked. Cashier also said i get a normal bag of chips, but when I later opened it, it was a small bag disguised in a larger bag.

This place has been taken over and its prices are exorbitant to say the least particularly in relation to portion size and overall quality. Our bill was over £100 and we didn’t even have starters. A garlic bread to share came that was three round pieces (like off a baguette from tesco) which we had to share round- we thought it would be a round pizza style which is what you usually get and is far more generous. I would say one tapas dish was ok but even that was overpriced for what it was - it was £8 for small chicken breast with one rasher of bacon wrapped round in blue cheese sauce. This commercially would cost about £1.50 to make! The other food was bland and lacking in quality, but if you’re going to serve this level then at least significantly lower your prices. Otherwise I am afraid I don’t think this place will survive. On a side note of relevance my partner heard two chaps outside criticising the price of the pints, which have apparently gone about by a pound which we were not aware of. Your choice but I would avoid.

Best chicken shop in Levenshulme hands down…on par with Miami Krispy but cheaper and speedier Always great burgers great food and service never had any issues ordered many times from them Only once they forgot to add in the chilli bites in the Uber order ..they were very apologetic and got their driver to deliver them to us

Absolutely disgraced with the quality of there food, at start of opening there quality was good to be honest, but recently its gone down so badly the chicken is over cooked and hard the burger buns falling apart like they been sat there for ages and they just crumble in every bite leaving you with the chicken fillet, they charge you for every sauce yet you get 1 3rd full of the little sauce tub 50p for a tub mayo 1 tble spoon!!! you can buy full bottle for £1 ridiculous. The kitchen looked so filthy and looked like no 1 knew whats going on had to wait half hour for 1 burger meal, not coming again, overall too over rated too pricey for the bad quality food they give and just not worth the money wouldn't recommend.

The chicken burger was atrocious , dry and old made me feel nauseous hours after even one bite . Many other better chicken burger shops in Manchester this is definitely one to avoid .

Just avoid this place, we saw tiktok videos of it so were interested but any other chicken shop is better. We tried the ribs too and they were horror, had 1 and threw the rest away.

Completely disgusted with the workers and with their low incapacity mindset where they don’t even get the orders correctly, then after I’ve already paid and not got most of my order and they refuse to refund me or send a driver as they “didn’t have one” yet already sent the food. One of the best fried chicken places I've been to. The food is absolutely fantastically delicious and allfreshly prepared in front of you. The menu selection is excellent with and just that little bit cheaper with slightly bigger portions than elsewhere. It's definitely worth finding a nearby parking space and giving this place a try. The food is cooked to a consistent high standard and never burnt and hasn't been left standing or to warn for hours. It's cash only which is slightly inconvenient.

Ordered a chicken wrap and ordered a garlic bread when I tell u my jaw dropped when I opened the pizza box I mean it dropped it was stone cold rock hard and looked nothing like the picture not even that I called up about it and try tell the manager he gave me attitude like I’d ruined his pizza or sum ngl acc shocked never ordering from this place again lemme tell you

delivery very late and food also cold i asked two time add on salt on fries but there was no salt at all plus the guy on the phone was very rude and was using swear words too. No customer service honestly dont ever order food from there.

I didn't receive my paid-order and was left on a hungry stomach with no offer or a refund or replacement despite calling both the driver and the restaurant. I got call from the driver telling me the food was here, I came downstairs to my building entrance without my key for the front knowing he would be coming to the door, he didn't arrive at the door and instead drove off. I initially called the driver, he answered, claiming to have delivered it to someone else already (possibly at the gate) I called the driver only to have him angrily tell me that he's given it to someone at my building. I called the restaurant only to have the gentleman on the phone hand me over to the same angry delivery driver now back at the store and shouting at me about how he had already delivered it - I was then hung up on. It's a shame because before this I used to order from here every so often before now, the hunger is worse and I am debating ordering from another place, though it's now been over an hour and a half.

Not recommended Extra burnt pizza received like not eatable. Almost all dry pizza. Second staff don’t take call orders to save customers time even for regular customers. Third this restaurant only take order on cash, if new customers goes first they have to go nearby cash machine then come to order, May be all they are saving taxes.and after all that you will get this black burnt pizza.

Ordered a simple mega box and the miserable one that packs the food up forgot to put the chicken and wings in so paid £7 for a burger and chips,won't be coming back and advise everyone to go somewhere else because customer service here is shocking

The costumer service is amazing here, Saad went above and beyond for us which was appreciated it. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered a pizza from Krispy in New York, and it arrived completely burned. The crust was blackened, and the toppings were dry and overcooked and fries were raw. Extremely disappointed with the quality. Will not be ordering again

I recently heard about NYK Halifax branch.  as many people knows well that NYK is a name of brand and they are specialist in burgers and juicy wings. so I thought I'd try their burger with my kids . Their service was always quick and efficient, no matter how busy . Although there peek hours are 7 to 12 . all staff trying very hard to meet the requirements.the man on burger station did a very very good job . spicy option for their chicken burger is quite mouthwatering . I'm relieved and happy that I don't have to go to Bradford specifically for a burger.

Highly unprofessional and misbehaved staff. They literally fight on just £5 with the customer infront of other customers. The food is too salty. It is advisable for high BP patients not to purchase any food from here.

Rude staff with no manners, I would recommend going to their chain over in wilmslow road curry mile who are much nicer.

Ordered a supreme burger meal 🍔 and it came without chips 🍟 it happens so I phoned the restaurant and they asked me to check the bag which I did and confirmed it was missing and they said it’s coming he’s on his way with chips, guess what they never came lol

First class!. .10/10... 5* Got a last minute table for Sunday lunch. Managed was able to accommodate us last minute despite it being mother's day which was really appreciated! Staff were great and the service was first class. THE BEST Sunday lunch I've ever had (and I've some experience in these matters). Can't praise them enough

This was actually disgusting, chicken still had feathers on it which i realised after I took a bite which was the most stale thing i'd ever put in my mouth. the “ribs” were mostly fat and bone and chewy. The boxes themselves were soggy and the food was barely warm.

Never fails to impress, NYK has the best wings about delicious, crispy and tasty. Had my food delivered very efficiently. The guy on the phone was great help as my daughter has allergies. Overall, the food came piping hot. I would really recommend the spicy burger meal as well as the exceptional fire wings. Will be ordering very soon again on our takeaway night!!! CHEERS GUYS ‼️

Can't thank everyone enough! Went for my birthday drinks. Didn't want a big party just a few drinks and a bit of food. Paul and Tony were so accommodating letting us have the back room. buffet was lovely especially the beef in Yorkshire puddings. Staff are always second to none, nothing is ever too much to ask. Rung up to order at 11, took 2 hours to deliver, ended phone when I asked if they could read back to me my order, then I rung to ask where my order was and they ended the phone multiple times, very loud on the other end of the phone and can not hear what you are saying
