Dubai Cafe & Shisha Bar in Manchester

Amazing food, very friendly customer service and great seating area. Everything is very well priced and the fresh naan bread and potato salad were my personal favourite. Will be coming back here again.

Visited here over the weekend and I cannot recommend it enough , the food was outstanding , came quickly and tasted delicious. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you and the prices are so cheap ! All this food including two cans of pop coat £16 ! Will definitely be coming back 😊

Came early with family, great and fast service. Food was spot on, the battata haras are one of the best. Fattayas soft and flavoursome .clean and tidy everywhere.

Dubai Grill is amazing! The food, the lovely staff and the atmosphere are brilliant. I really enjoyed the fateya, stuffed chicken and the biryani. Best place on Wilmslow Road!

Beautiful food, people and atmosphere. We had a warm welcome and wonderful customer service. The food was just amazing the chicken was so tender. They were generous with the salads and it had a variety of selections.

The place has had an amazing revamp done and is looking great! Service was great and so was the food ! Fresh , hot and made very quickly ! Pricing is very cheap to especially how nice to restaurant looks ! 8 women today ate for £50 all together !

Sheesha was average or below average. They still use the old heads that have a small diameter causing the flavour to burn quicker. 30mins in I could taste it burning. Place has an okay ish vibe

Very very very rude customer service refused to serve shisha without drinks. When we ask for written policy. Owner said it’s my place I am the Policy I am the law. Very very rude.

Very nice place and the best thing is staff behave is very friendly.

A nice place for shisha. There has been an influx of guys from east Africa who don't seem to follow same social distance etiquette and tend to leave toilets in a bad state. I have complained. Often piss all over the toilet and no effort to clean up.

Si pudiera darle un 0 lo haría. El peor lugar de shisha en todo GT Manchester. Vi a un personal muy grosero y amenazante, incluido el propio gerente, que literalmente atacó a los clientes y los atacó sin razón alguna, me sorprendió. Definitivamente mantente alejado de aquí.

Disgusting behaviour from staff very violent I went several times to this shusha please I saw them they attacked three different customer in different times avoid this place it can happen for you as well

Great place to chill and take in a game, hang out after the cinemas, or plug-in/connect your headphones and get on with some work using their free, reliable and fast wifi.

Some of the staff are rude, coffee not very good , nice tea though

My usual spot if I want a chilled out quite smoke with a friend. Staff are friendly. Place has outdoors too great for summer. Shisha is good quality and last long. Service is not too bad either. Decent seating and it’s open 24hours. Plenary of TV’s if a game or event is on. All major sporting events are shown here and price is cheap too.

Review update. (From 4 stars to 2) Have been here twice and couldn't understand how and why it went so bad second time. Shisha was not at all upto expectations. Very slow and disinterested staff. There were some important football matches going on and they were not ready to put it on which was something I never saw in England. Very Disappointed.

Great place, a little more relaxed then others on this road. Music isnt blasting, the shisha is decent and the service is good. Some characters hanging around the place regularly but harmless.

Este es el peor lugar en Manchester. Fui a tomar una copa. Pedí un capuchino y una botella de agua. Hubo fútbol en vivo que mostraba que @ manchester united v Liverpool Esperé aproximadamente 40 minutos y hay un tipo con tableta en sus manos. me preguntó si había pedido algo, le dije mi pedido y había estado esperando hasta 30 minutos. Me preguntó si le había pedido shisha. Le dije que no fumara y me dijo que debía ordenar shisha o irme y esa vez el café estaba lleno de gente que miraba el juego y él estaba hablando en voz alta. Le pregunté si podía hablar con el gerente, dijo que él era el gerente que había ordenado a shisha o irme. Me sentí tan avergonzado y le dije que esto es contra la ley, dijo que tiene su propia ley y me negué a irme y, sinceramente, pensé que tal vez me arrastraría, pero también noté que la gente está fumando shisha dentro y fuera del café y allí hay una familia con niños en cochecitos y también bajo edad rodeada de gente una shisha fumadora @ al final me sale mi orden y antes de irme, hablé con el gerente con la esperanza de que tal vez me disculparan, dejé la misma actitud arrogante que dejé en el café.

This is a chilled out place with Staff who are polite and attentive.. it has a warm welcoming atmosphere with varied amount of Shisha flavours. Tea and coffee as standard with some exotic drinks if preferred.. If going there ask for Kowla. . She is very good and funny. . In the whole a very good place to spend an hour or 2 on ur own or with friends..

Aquí he tomado el mejor café turco, auténtico tradicional, por solo 2 libras y el café late igual, solo 2 libras. Los asientos son muy cómodos, pero huele a tabaco porque se fuma shisha y no soy fumadora. Pero solo por el café vale la pena.

The shisha is very good, original flavours with good natural coal satisfied with that However the girl working is very poor she is walking around texting not paying attention to the customers it took me nearly 30 min to place my order! Not only that she's walking around and eating biscuits highly unprofessional. I've witnessed that she is messing about with the customers such as flicking their hats off I could see that they were not impressed but too polite to say anything whiles she took it as a joke and continued. Not impressed with the staff.
