Realmente no entiendo de qué se trata todo este alboroto aquí. Es un pequeño bar con ambiente cero y bebidas caras. Eligió un 8. 50 espresso martini y esperaron casi 20 minutos, luego me picaron 11 porque le pegaron el cargo de servicio. Arriba es como una cantimplora brillante. Simplemente no lo entiendo, no por mí, gracias.

Tuvimos el brunch sin fondo más delicioso un sábado por la mañana y el equipo fue fabuloso. Nuestros vasos nunca estaban vacíos y estaban muy atentos. Las tostadas eran tan deliciosas, mis favoritos fueron el guacamole / aguacate y el salmón. Vienen en los tableros más lindos y encajan perfectamente para compartir entre dos. Revisamos el menú y probamos muchos platos de brunch y fue perfecto! Una experiencia tan relajada y lujosa es un entorno súper divertido y elegante. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente!

Waitress Bronya was friendly and attentive she explained all the vegan options. Place had a great atmosphere, good drinks and great food, would recommend

Nous nous sommes rendus dans cet établissement pour un afternoon tea un samedi après-midi. Suite à différentes péripéties (retard d'avion, pas de train,...) nous sommes arrivées en retard (40min), mais ils nous avaient gardé notre table. Le choix de thé est satisfaisant, les pâtisseries étaient délicieuses et les petits sandwich aussi. Le seul défaut que je pourrais trouver est le bruit. Il y avait un groupe en même temps que nous qui parlait très fort, ce qui s'est résolu une fois qu'ils sont partis.

I can't emphasise enough how fantastic this venue was for our work Christmas party. It looked incredible, very tastefully festive and a perfect fit for the event we planned. We put karaoke in the small back room and had a dj in the main room, which gave a great option for everyone between the two. The food packages we purchased were fantastic and really seemed like great value for money. The staff couldn't be better, they all went above and beyond and considering we had just the one bar there never seemed a point where there was a wait or it was hard to be served. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back soon.

We has such a great time. Decadent drinks and delicious canapes! And the quiz was so much fun. Booking was so easy and Zoe helped out so much here. On the night the staff behind the bar were amazing and a special shout-out to Lu for making sure we were happy throughout the night. We are already talking about booking for next year.

Zoe is a star! So easy to plan a Christmas work lunch for 50 people and a bargain too! We had the the Steam room downstairs and on arrival they had decorated it so well, it looked magic. The service from all the team was fantastic. I can't recommend it and Zoe enough!

Amazing experience overall! One of the best martinis I’ve tried ( and trust me I’ve tried a few) - Dodge did an amazing job. Great vibe, super chill, one of those places where you don’t find yourself shouting at your friends while at the same time time enjoying nice tunes. Def a must go!

We came her for brunch as a ten person party and they could not have been life accomodating! El and Sian were fantastic. The food was good, the drinks better, the service the best. Come when you can

I've held a few events here and I get the same great service every time - from event management down to the staff on the day. They are a really friendly team and nothing is ever too much. Zoe, the events manager, makes magic happen and changed everything last minute for me when I needed it. I have been to one of their own events before as well and they are wacky beyond belief but great fun. Drinks are incredibly reasonable, especially given the location, and it's just a really pretty, friendly, relaxed space. I will definitely be coming back here again.

After having an excellent bottomless brunch here (over a year ago now however, can't comment on what it's likely recently) I decided to try the afternoon tea here. The afternoon tea is the same price, has unlimited tea but however does not have unlimited food refills (I think I assumed it did) and of course no alcohol, so considering all of this I was expecting a very high quality standard of food - £30+ is on the cheaper end of afternoon teas however for some sandwiches and mini cakes it is still quite a lot of money and certainly not a budget eat. Whilst I left full I wasn't satisfied. The sandwiches, described as using 'artisan bread' were pretty bland. You got three and whilst they tasted 'homemade' (in this case not particularly a good thing) and the portion was adequate, nothing felt of the standard of a nice afternoon tea. The scone was probably the best thing - warm, but fruity (not particularly traditional) with plenty of clotted cream and jam. The cakes were very small portions, a few didn't feel homemade, and the ones that did tasted a bit stale/old (considering that this was the end of the day and I saw them clingfilming up leftover cakes presumably to sell the following day I imagine they could have been made a day or even two before). The tea took a while (10-15 minutes!) to come and it turned out there was an issue with their hot water/boiler that day. The mint tea was nice and fresh, but as they had set up a table for us with the cups already out, I noticed bits of fluff in the cup which wasn't particularly ideal. On top of this we had initially been placed in a table in a very unappealing corner out of the way (despite paying a £20 deposit to secure a booking) - we asked to be moved and this was accommodated but I wouldn't have been pleased if I had to sit there. The staff were friendly enough but considering the place was very quiet they didn't come to check on us at all and I had to go up and ask for more tea and the bill, and then go up to pay the bill also, so I felt they could have been a little more attentive (there was one other table of customers in there and 3-4 staff members). We did go late Sunday afternoon and they close at 6pm, but the staff were in 'clean up mode' and so more focused on this then checking in to see if we wanted more tea etc. The atmosphere wasn't great to be honest, I appreciate it was late in the day for afternoon tea and would have perhaps been better earlier - although saying that you then run the risk of being surrounded by the drunken bottomless brunch crowd! I ended up leaving most of the cakes as I simply felt they weren't particularly worth eating. I didn't particularly want to take the cakes back home but it would have been nice to have been asked if this is something we would have wanted. I honestly don't know how they can justify charging £30 for this lacklustre afternoon tea. If it had been half the price I would have thought it to be good value (taste/quality of food aside but it could have been 'cheap and cheerful'), but considering the cost of the individual components it really wasn't worth it (especially considering you get unlimited food and drink of a much higher quality with the bottomless brunch which is the exact same price!). It was also disappointing the tea took so long as this is an important component of afternoon 'tea' - I appreciate this is out of their control but it wasn't mentioned until we had been waiting over 10 minutes for our second pot of tea, which wasn't brewed properly either likely due to this issue, and by the time it had arrived we were ready to go. They apologised but didn't really offer anything in return (perhaps a complimentary coffee as the tea took so long?) and the obligatory 12.5% service charge remained, I paid a portion of it but asked for them to take some of it off due to this. I would perhaps try their bottomless brunch again as the last time I went this was very good, but I would never go for afternoon tea here or recommend it to anyone, and this has put me off recommending their brunch also. You can pay a little to a lot more and get something much more sumptuous, or there are other cheaper/comparatively priced places which would offer a higher quality of food and experience. Very disappointing, they either need to vastly improve the quality of the food and the service to make the experience more special, or the price needs to be cut drastically.

One of the greatest cafe in London. Situated right near King's Cross. There is a store on the 1st floor and the second flour is a cafee. Great teas, nice separated room with lovely lights. Table games. Me and my frieds had a great time dirnking tea, chatting and playing Monopoly :)

Went to Drink, Shop and Do for a friends birthday on the 23rd November 2019. We got there early and the table was beautifully set up and we were looking forward to a good afternoon ahead of us (I had previously had my birthday celebration there and it was good fun). However as the bottomless brunch progressed, the service became poorer and poorer. We were barely being served and we had to ask several times for food and Prosecco. We had to wait for over half an hour for one bottle (that could supposedly be shared between 13 of us!!) so we were not getting our money’s worth and it was spoiling our friends birthday. As a result, my friend went up to the bar to grab a bottle of Prosecco. In response, a member of staff decided to physically pull my friend back with both hands and aggressively pull the bottle from her. Several of my friends witnessed it and it was quite shocking. As it happened to the birthday girl herself she was quite upset. I spoke to the staff who were very apologetic and then decided to make up for this plus the poor service by then serving us several bottles of Prosecco. We thought this was a bit rich considering they should have been doing this all along and my friend wouldn’t have had to have gone up there in the first place! We are never going back there again- I can’t understand why a staff member had to be physical with a paying customer. Don’t go here!!

Bagels are great, Prosecco is flowing and there are lots of board games to keep you entertained. Non-alcoholic options are also good. Becomes slightly pricey with added service charge but nice for a special occasion.

Tasty food and great drinks, we weren't rushed at all and the service was very friendly. Upstairs and downstairs are quite different atmospheres but I loved the bottomless brunch and we stayed for cakes afterward which were DELICIOUS.
