Rude staff - they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in to collect your order. Also, says it's ready online and you have to wait another 20 minutes upon arrival.

Consistently the best in the area that we've tried. Accurate order, great tasting, quick delivery for a Friday. Our go to place for delivery.

Waited 2 hours for food to have the order cancelled saying that we didn’t have a phone number to reach us even though we had rang them multiple times asking when the food would be delivered. I then rang them again asking why my order had been cancelled which they said it hadn’t and it was on its way and then waited a further 20 minutes for the food to arrive and it didn’t. I then rang back for them to tell me the order had been cancelled. Very unsatisfied

Delivery driver very polite and wished us a very nice meal, we ordered sweet and sour chicken in batter, the batter was way to hard and crunchy, it wasn’t the best, we’ve had better from there in the past, however we would order from there again.

Second time ordering from here and the food is absolutely spot on and very good value compared to a lot of other local Chinese takeaways. This is my new go to Chinese , keep up the good work 👍

Took an hour and 20 to arrive. Chips, spring rolls and wings were soggy and cold, noodles were cold, sweet n sour sauce was lukewarm, chips tasted sweet? The flavour was great just not warm and all soggy. Too much sugar in seaweed. Good portions though

The best Chinese ever food is always fresh chicken is chicken and not that frozen rubbish that most use. And the portions sizes are great. I can feed me and my 3 kids on one portion of chicken fried rice. And you get great discounts.

Horrendous! Order was nearly an hour late. Ordered king prawn in batter / ok sauce that was supposed to come with onions, peppers, carrots and celery. Instead of 10 prawns, got 8, no veg and when I called, I was constantly talked over, shouted at and she disagreed even though I read straight from their website. Save your money folks. Dreadful.

Im so disappointed… i have ordered many takeaways from you and every time have been really good, but this takeaway I've just received was bland, cold, clearly warmed up chips as they were dry and shrivelled. Also Miss part of my order too. :( :(

Yummy food, they took my feedback about the bags not being strong enough for the chicken wings and sent a box which is nice and sturdy.

Food was early but probably because it was microwaved. This was by far the worst takeaway i have ever ‘tried’ i could not eat it. So much salt, i ordered half duck & i received a quarter food was over cooked, dry, chewy and inedible. VILE- AVOID!!!

By far the WORST takeaway i have ever eaten in my entire life!!!! Too much salt, ordered half duck & it was dry & burned, chewy chicken & the ribs were inedible they were so overcooked. Even the chips were dry! Over priced. Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your money here. AVOID

Best Chinese food I’ve had by far, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very low quantity food. Ordered special sweet and sour with chips and fried rice. The meat was dry and it was obvious it wasn’t fresh. Absolutely nothing special about it, small portion. The very small box of cold, re-heated chips were disgusting, almost like they had been microwaved 3 times. The fried rice was also dry with no flavour whatsoever! I rang the place to complain, she just kept repeating that the food was cooked fresh and the chips are frozen. She said she would let the kitchen know! No help what so ever. I will never order from here again to throw money in the bin. I just don’t understand how it has 4.5 rating on JustEat. !!

This meal was not cooked fresh. The chips were obviously re-cooked, so dry and tasted like cardboard. The meat in the sweet & sour was also very dry. Waste of money. I’ll never order again!.

Second time ordering, first time was great, second time wasn’t. Food was quite late, arrived just about warm enough to eat (but some items were now soft/soggy) - requested partial refund and heard no reply back, called to chase delivery and bluntly told “it’s on its way”. Don’t think I’ll order again..

Food always arrives super hot so you know it is fresh. Great portion sizes mean we are not hungry again a couple of hours after eating from here. The sauces are delicious and plentiful. Nothing is skimped on and we have never had a bad experience.

This is the worse Chinese food I ever ordered! Never again. I could do better chips than they do 100% curry souse was like a water definitely not recommend this place disgusting and waste of money

Me and my partner ordered due to the good reviews. We ordered 3 piece S&P box and we’re very disappointed with the lack of taste to the chips. We never leave food but we actually threw it in the bin along with squid as it was caked in uncooked batter, soggy inside. Had about 4 Chicken Pieces and 4 wings too. We were really really disappointed. Unfortunately don’t want to risk buying again.

food was delicious and hot. the delivery driver went above and beyond as I had added my address but it hadn't updated on the app so he initially took it to my Mums house where I last ordered with Just Eat. the driver was really friendly to my mum when she opened the door confused then rang me to find out my address and took it in good spirits when he had an extra 6 minutes on to the journey which wasn't expected. thankyou! :)

The food was really nice. The noodles were very tasty and had been very nicely fried with the other veg and chicken / beef / prawns in the singapore chow mein i had. The prawn toast was also excellent.
