The best food I have ever eaten I especially love the wandering dragon and would recommend it to anyone

We've avoided this takeaway as we've had a bad experience before. Our opinion has not changed. Cose collection over delivery, meal cold and had to zap in the microwave for a minute. Prawns were rock hard in the sweet and sour. Curry was pasty and not nice, prawn cracers were stale. Better takeaway in the town, will not be going back - should have learnt from last time.

Absolutely awful avoid, avoid. You should be ashamed of the food you serve. Do not order here. The food is appalling. The sweet & sour pork is so tiny that you have no idea what you are eating - just small lumps of batter. The crispy beef is even worse. Why don’t you just cook with decent ingredients & put your prices up? Seriously it’s so bad if I could give a zero rating I would. Never again…..

Waited 20mins for Chowmein that was luke warm and tasted like disinfectant. Feeling proper angry and upset with my Wife Cheryl I thought that this would cheer me up but managed to push me further to the depths of my dismay and depression. Thanks a lot! Would rate no stars if I had the option!

I usually love this Chinese and have ordered many times. However the last few orders they have been forgetting items, the first time I thought ‘ oh well mistakes happen’ and just ate what I had, the second time I was angry but again ate it, not enjoying it cause I was angry! Third time that’s it I’ve had enough.. tried to ring them but no joy trying to explain! Finally they offered to send the missing item but it’s too late.. the food was luke warm as it it!! I’m sorry but I’ll be trying a different Chinese from now on!

Visiting family in Trowbridge, first night always = takeaway night, normally great, tonight, not so, everything was luke warm at best, crispy chilli beef may as well have been ryvita with a drizzle of sauce, poor show tonight, normally no complaints, sorry guys but, that was terrible....

First time from this takeaway and very pleased with it all. Satay sauce was excellent. Will definitely return.

Disgusting ribs the worst I have ever had the other dishes tasteless. I ordered through just eat as they had good reviews on there. Just come on trip advisor and well should have read this first disgusting worst Chinese ever I have now lost confidence in just eat also.

Genuinely if your a Chinese takeaway who can't cook chicken or spare ribs. Call it a day. The curry was uncooked chicken smothered in watery gravy. The spare ribs were fat amd bone. Simply disgusting. £20 I will never be spending again

Just to say we had a last minute Saturday night takeaway from Dragon paradise We loved the chicken satay and lovely fluffy egg fried rice. Had some curry sauce too and chips of which there was plenty Well done guys and girls 👍😊

Sadly the food ordered for my family and I was very poor, the sweet and sour sauce should have a health hazard attached to it, I’ve never seen such a vivid tone of red, the chilli beef I had as just awful, did it even have any meat in there? We also had chicken chow mein which was very bland. Oh and to cap it all the prawn crackers were the most oily I’ve ever known. I think we chose the wrong Chinese takeaway in Newtown and will go a few doors down next time.

Tried Dragon Paradise for the first time this eve. Ordered a variety of food for our family of four. Cheerful service, didn’t have to wait to long and we all really enjoyed the food, lots of flavour and totally yummy!

Absolutely disgusted in dragon paradise waited over an hour and 20 mins for food and turned up cold rang them up straight away the manager replied back to me saying that’s the waiting time deal with it!!!!! and in order to get refund I have to evidence that it’s cold (by the time they come to collect it course it’s going to be cold ) and took her nearly 5 mins to even simply apologise for the food being cold. In the first place I didn’t want a FULL refund and I understand it’s a Friday night by first of all just eat stated it would be 45 mins then pushed it back 10 mins then 25 mins AFTER all of that it turns up cold!!!!utter utter disgrace

We ordered a take away via Just Eat in September. Prior to the ordr being placed we were originally told upto an hour wait. Once placed, this changed to 1hour and 1/4. THis then changed again to 1 1/2 hour delay. Our meal arrived, after 3 phone calls, almoast 2 hours after the order was placed. Several items were luke warm and the pancake rolls had been in the greasproof bags for so long, the outer wrapping fell off. leaving just the ingredients. Other dishes appeared to have been rushed and lacked the quality I usually associate with this take away. If they were too busy to cope, why not let customers know and they then have the potental to go elsewhere. As it was, my Son's birthday meal was a big disappointment. I would not use again.

Used to be best Chinese takeaway in Trowbridge (which doesn't say much) and did delicious dim sum. Ordered tonight and it's awful. Thick and soggy dumplings and the dipping vinegar tastes like washing up liquid. We're not going to bother eating the rest of the order. The complimentary Prawn crackers are stale. No more Chinease for us! Also, the order arrived 30 mins before their opening time, which made us dubious as to the freshness.

Good food, affordable prices and nice staff, very good duck in sweet and sour sauce not far from town centre

Siempre usamos paradise dragon, así que pensamos que era hora de escribir una crítica. Ordenar es fácil ya sea a través de un menú o comer solo. Comida no grasienta y siempre caliente. Me encanta el pollo dulce y amargo! Los pedidos siempre llegan a tiempo si no antes indicada y precisa. Un pequeño gran china.

Un orden llamó a llevar para mí y mi hija. Un vistazo en el menú para comer ya que no tenía. El precio era más cuando me llamó para pedir que en el menú, y las patatas fritas eran terribles. No pagaría a ea. lt Frío y duro no fritas en ellos.
