Absolutely zero consistency with their opening hours, will pick up the phone once in a blue moon when they can be bothered. It’s a shame because the food is actually decent but overshadowed by the fact they are utterly clueless about customer service. Just ordered for collection just to have it cancelled whilst travelling there. Very annoying people.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! It’s probably the nicest Chinese takeaway I’ve been to BUT they’re so unreliable it’s ridiculous. They might be open, they might not be, they might pick up the phone, they might not, and they cancel orders constantly. I’ve just done a collection, driving there I get a text to say my orders cancelled and they’ve closed the shop.

They cancelled the order after it was placed and accepted. No phone call and didn't answer when i called twice.

food was disgusting never ordering again from here, rice was just boiled not even egg fried, crackers were stale and the spring roll tasted like washing up liquid

Moorish food as always. My nephews personal favourite Chinese. 10/10 food and service every time.

Excellent quality food and customer service. Another point is the regular sized food here would be classed as large at many other takeaways which is impressive.

Took 2 hours to come. With a bottle of free red wine to say sorry for the wait. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever had. Everything is bad. Chicken balls pink beef chewy and never had duck that tastes this bad. Never again.

Love the food. Excellent and friendly service. Just wish they'd pick up the phone! Never know when they're open. After multiple phone calls and no answer we sadly had to go with another takeaway

Food was absolutely delicious. Large chow mein is really large! The fruity BBQ chicken wings are amazing. Well cooked and came really hot. Highly recommend.

Food arrived messy and tasted greasy like they'd used old oil. Curry was very runny, spare ribs were old like they'd been reheated a few times, egg fried rice was more like boiled with hardly any egg, they entire meal lacked taste. Can honestly say its the WORST chinese ive ever had. When I complained to just eat they wanted photographic evidence please tell me how you take a photo of badly tasting food !!!

Food was very oily and not a lot of flavour. The chicken dishes felt as though they were overcooked and greasy.

Was ok. Quite oily. Meat was very tough. Food tasted as if the oil needed changing.. plus side portions were large and it all arrived piping hot. Delivery time was early.

Bad... sorry to say it but that was really not a good takeaway. The sweet and sour chicken balls were slightly burnt, batter was darker brown than typical and I can taste it afterwards. Then the special rice was undercooked and took effort to chew, let alone the cheap meat that was put in it, it was small shrimp, small chopped ham, thin rectangular strips of chicken... genuinely not a good meal.

The meat tasted slimy, texture really off, the prawn crackers were old tasting. The hot and sour soup however was delicious. Husband liked the spring rolls but they again tasted off, weird. Won't order again.

As always - brilliant food, really nice delivery guy, always on time or early, early today by 15 mins.

Really nice as always - had sweet and sour chicken balls and egg fried rice. All great - even the prawn crackers are nice. In a lot of places they’re hard and stale but they’re really nice here.

Deep fried tofu was inedible. Fried so many times there was no tofu inside. Had to throw it away. Chowmein noodles overcooked & veg satay was fairly tasteless. Never ordering from there again.

Unfortunately the food lacked flavour. I was keen to book after reading the great reviews, but sadly it wasn’t up to expectations and lacked taste.

Food was bland. Shrimp fried rice was literally egg, oily rice with shrimps in it. No seasoning or peas etc. prawn crackers (although free) were tasteless.

Food was lovely, big portions, came hot and delivered early. Will definitely order again!

Really good food, portion size is a little more questionable compared to others its just more expensive than other chineases. It is worth it though for the taste and early arrival

AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR STOMACH!!!.I have just wasted £26 on this nasty food. The Salt and pepper tofu is burnt to a crisp!, the egg in the fried rice was nonexistent and flavourless, me and my children had to add our own dark soy sauce, but still ended up bining it. Both the chicken and plain chow mein had a funky taste like it was going off and to top it off the crackers were stale!!!...The best part of the meal was the 'free' bottle of Pepsi...I would have added a picture but it all went straight in the bin. I'm sorry to say but this food was DISGUSTING!!..would have given a zero if I could...Shocking this place is still running.

I have to say this was the worst tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had and I don’t complain normally but we threw crab and sweet corn soup sweet & sour chicken plain chow mien & KP dish in the bin after two mouth full,?tasteless but not tasting good either Ordered because they had the most reviews and high stars but I can’t believe these reviews I’ll stick to ordering local from now on

As always, very good, delivered ahead of time, and piping hot. One star less this time, as my spicy chilli beef was rather chewy and tasted less fresh than it usually does.

First time we ordered from and it will be the last. Delivery was fast, but the food tasted old. Salt and pepper chicken was hard and the rice was like mush.the sweet n sour prawns were ok and the salt and pepper chips ok. But the rest tasted like it was yesterday’s food reheated

An hour wait for a delivery that was one of the worst meals we've had from there. The quality has been declining over recent months but this was the worst. Prawn toast was slimy, chicken balls were were over cooked on the outside and soggy in the middle, chips looked and tasted like they'd been cooked and reheated, chow mein was a very odd texture and flavour.

Food always arrives quickly, it is always hot and very tasty.

Crispy duck pancakes were to die for. Some may say duck to pancake ratio was too much, I disagree, mine was packed very well. Singapore noodles were spicy yet delicious, and very accommodating with egg allergy.

I had the beef chow main last night u could not chew the beef tuff as boot. Chips cold and prawcrackers I no free but soggy.Not like its cheap 😡

Very tasty food and quick delivery. However beef in beef curry was very chewy and mainly fat. Other meats were absolutely fine.

very good portion size, would’ve liked to be able to choose my drink for the box meal, mum said noodles tasted a tad bitter

The quality of food was very poor, it was far too oily and the temperature was uneven which makes me believe it was microwaved. We had items missing from the order, the restaurant offered to re-deliver or we could have a refund. We opted for the re-delivery and after two hours of waiting, we used the just eat app to claim the refund.
