Loved these guys for years but problems have increased. I waited for 2 hours for my food a couple weeks ago and there was just an apology as it seems the order was sent to the wrong address and taken by the people at the wrong address. Now I have seen they are 1 on the FSA site. They'll need to increase that by 3 stars before I return.

Lovely food, good sized portions and when you all for extra spicy, you certainly get extra spicy!

The food was delivered cold . I would have guessed the driver had too many deliveries, hence the long waiting time and cold food. I Would not use them again!! Please look into the matter.

I’m a first time customer - I chose this takeaway due to the good reviews. I had high hopes but unfortunately the food was unpleasant. Overcooked dry duck, greasy overcooked egg fried rice, slimy sour tasting chicken chop suey and burnt crispy beef. It was disappointing. The best I can say is that the banana fritters were okay (hence the 2 stars), the food arrived 40 minutes early and we got a free bottle of coke. Sadly, that does not redeem this takeaway. The menu has a disclaimer - No refund on received food. I won’t be back.

The review title should explain everything, I live outside of The Dragon Palace delivery area so I collect my order because you won't find a better Chinese take-away or restaurant in Waltham Forest. The sesame prawn toast is gorgeous, best in London.

Food was good but preordered at 4pm to be delivered at 6:50 but we waited a while and tried to call but couldn’t get through so 40 mins later drove there and the food had just left. It was nice when we had it though.

All the food was very nice large portions and their curry sauce was quite hot which I like most Chinese curry sauce isn’t hot enough! Only bad thing was hubby said their chips wasn’t nice but I don’t like chips with my Chinese so couldn’t compare personally Not at all greasy and chicken balls big ! All In all very nice 😊

The sweet and sour meal was served with cold, frozen chicken. Very poor cooking. Don’t recommend this place.

Can you please do something about the curry sauce containers, the lid had come off ours and gone everywhere, took ages to clean all the other containers. Tape or elastics bands would help. Rest of the food excellent as always.

Hot, delicious food. I have used Dragons Palace for sometime now and have never been disappointed.

This is not the cheapest place for a Chinese, but the portion sizes are so generous! They really don't skimp on the meat. We ordered cantenese duck and there was so much of it!!! Last time we ordered the salt and pepper squid and there was loads of that as well. I also really like how you can pay a little extra if you like it spicy!

New to the area, trying to find the best Chinese. I really enjoyed Dragon Palace, the best so far! Great taste, textures and portions. Very happy customer. Only downside is delivery took a long time but worth the wait.

This is the second time in a row we have had food missing from our order. Rang to say our chow mien was missing and told it was at the front of the queue and would be right with us. The chow mien arrived 1 hour later.

My favourite go to place for a takeway. Chef accommodates any requirements. Always enjoy the food here.... especially the salt and chillie ribs with extra chilles ofcourse 😉

Love this restaurant and the food is always great but unfortunately on this occasion there was an issue with the Just-Eat delivery driver which meant our food was late and cold. Not an issue with the restaurant and will order direct next time.

Delicious and blooming lovely. I'd been so disappointed with local Chinese food that I gave up until a friend told me to try Dragon Palace and thank goodness I did (especially as the sesame prawn toast is the best I've ever eaten). I never get my order delivered, so can't comment on that. Instead I call my order in and then drive down to collect it and when I get back home to Ridgeway Park my food is still piping hot. I highly recommend the Dragon Palace... 10 out of 10.

The food was lovely in fact it was my husband’s idea that we had Chinese but he doesn’t generally like it so I asked him were shall we get it from and we went the the directory and decided that we like some of the item so we ordered them. After my husband said consider I am not a lover of Chinese that was not only lovely it was one of the best I have had I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Best Chinese we've had. Would highly recommend the Szechuan beef, it's unbelievably soft. We've had countless of take aways from local areas but honestly, nothing compares. I wouldn't be put off by the delivery time, reading the reviews I saw that the wait time for some was over an hour or so, but if the food is good it's definitely worth the wait.

Best crispy duck I’ve ever had from a takeaway! Great portions, tasty chicken satay and loved the spare ribs. My new favourite place, highly recommended!

Order was made around 18.40.Delivery estimate was 19.40 to 20.00.The food finally arrives around 20.40.I used just eat online service to get update and to request some money back.Recieved text message this morning telling me the restaurant have declined to do so .
