Prices here are VERY HIGH compared to other takeaways in the local area!!!!! eg Singapore chow mein £8.50 - Elsewhere £6.80

Ordered food at 8pm arrived at 9.45 I did ring to check on the order but the the person on the phone told me it would be another 25 minutes which she thought was funny. Arrived the delivery driver was rude at the door then we needed to heat everything up in the microwave 😔

Fantastic food! It’s our go to Chinese takeaway and the salt and peeper box is such good value for money!

Food turned up late , greasy and cold , delivery driver was also very rude , very expensive , chucked it in the bin very disappointed, I was waiting that long I actually went in there to collect it myself and now I’ve seen the inside I definitely won’t be eating from there again 🤢

First time I’ve ever ordered from this place, as I saw it advertised on Facebook for a Salt-N-pepper munch box, I was absolutely mortified when it got delivered. More like a box full of chips 3 piece of each meat and two small tubs of sauce. Very salty only nice thing in it was the rice, and that was still greasy.. Most definitely won’t be ordering again.

Probably my favourite Chinese takeaways around. Wide range of foods which always taste nice. The salt and pepper boxes are a recommender. Only bad thing is when they’re shut.

The chow mein was lovely. I ordered the salt and pepper munch box for £14.99 and it was such a disappointment. Wished I’d ordered from somewhere else. There was literally 0 meat. The shredded chicken pieces were just batter. Everything was over cooke

I highly recommend this Chinese. Tonight, food arrived on time was hot and delicious. Have to say a couple of weeks ago food arrived late and food was cold but was still delicious. But nothing quick microwave doesn’t help! I order from Dragon all the time. Great food and recommend

Paid over the odds for crap portions. Soggy chips chewie chicken avoid at all costs

My food took 2 hrs to be delivered, it was cold, the chicken was tough, hardly any sauce on the chicken or the pineapple fritters. I usually enjoy but I felt extremely disappointed in the service and the food

Good not arrived after a 1hr 45 min wait

After a message changing the time, even though the app said it had been delivered, it had not. I am still waiting for delivery

I’d give it 0 if I could, waited over an hour and half so I rang the restaurant who said collect it because low on drivers so we drove to get it, once we got there she said she had cancelled the order, so went to get a kebab from across the road, 45 mins later a delivery driver knocked on with the order which we refused as she said she had cancelled it! They still charged us £30 for it, still waiting for a refund! Do not recommend!

Ordered delivery and it took an hour and half then when I called it took them a further 20-25 mins to get food delivered and the phone was rudely put down on me without apology

Great Chinese! The only place I have found that has horse chestnuts and bamboo shoots in the chicken and green pepper in black bean sauce! Yay!

The place is quiet and well reserved. It is clean and a good place to buy your Chinese food

The takeaway was hot and extremely tasty. The sliced beef with cashews was especially nice and went down well with the family. I would recommend.

Absolutely awful, every single time we order from here it is marked as delivered at the end of the time and every single time I have to ring and ask where my food is to find out it is either still being cooked or ‘out for delivery’. The food arrives cold most the time or it would be great.

Completely wrong order. Phoned restaurant, said they’d call the driver and hung up on me. Currently waiting on a full refund from just eat. Ended up ordering locally outside of this useless platform.

Ordered from here for a takeaway/ delivery for the first time tonight. Such a good experience! Delivered exactly on time. Piping hot. Lovely delivery person. We had crab claws, vegetable dumplings, plain noodles, king prawn with ginger and spring onions, garlic and chilli chow mein with chicken, shrimps and roast pork. The dumplings were flavoured well and crispy. The vinegar dip complemented them perfectly. The noodles were really thin and delicious, crab claws perfectly cooked. The garlic and chilli chow mein was exceptional. Top quality ingredients. Everything was not greasy or over salted. SO impressed and would highly recommend.

Having spent over £50 I expected to receive the free munchy box, this was not delivered and when I rang the restaurant to ask the lady on the phone was rude and said I needed to request it when ordering, however there was no option to request it

Ordered my food, and was amazed by the quick delivery. Food exceeded my expectations, was my first time ordering from them and didn’t know what to expect , great customer service., definitely ordering again. Highly recommend.

Very good food when it arrived, original expected delivery was shifted back and even then delivery happened half an hour later than the adjusted time. Might have been due to bank holiday demand.

Ordered a salt and pepper box, granted in the name ‘salt’ but it was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I spent most my time trying scrape off all the salt. Waste of £27. I didn’t eat any of the wing as they very fully covered in salt. Only ate the ribs and spring rolls as not much salt stuck to them.

The food was okay, I don't recommend the satay sauce though, it was very watery and had no flavour. Other than that everything was okay though, the rice was nice and fluffy and the salt and pepper chips had good flavour.

1st time I order from here after I order I saw the reviews which got me worried as it making out food bad ect , well tbh I really enjoyed mine so glad I didn't cancel my order

I ordered duck chow main and got beef I think it was slimy and didn’t looked cooked in some areas it was very disappointing as I’ve ordered from here before and it was nice but I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

Really didn’t enjoy this, I hate to give bad reviews but it’s really flavourless, the chicken was really chewy.

Not only was delivery time an hour an 20mins it then was an extra 30mins late, food arrived cold and soggy & the curry sauce had set into 1 blob of goop, all was inedible, fuming is an understatement, if they were that busy which is apparently their excuse why accept the delivery, they now refuse to accept fault.

we places a order for collection the food but when we got it home our duck pancakes where missing the pancakes we rang up and they offered to drop them of that was great but 20 minutes later they still hadent dropped them of so I want again to ask where the lady was very room saying “yehyeh 5 minute” I tried to explain my duck was now cold n she said yes they will be 5 minute n then started to laugh down the phone very poor customer service especially on a £50 order!

Great as usual however gave us meat spring rolls instead of vegetable.

1.5hr wait and still no food. Restaurant is now closed and didn't answer the phone when we tried to contact them.

30 minutes early and was missing half the order

Order arrived with no bottle of coke that I’d ordered. I raised this with the restaurant themselves who said they’d refund however I was later informed informed that this would be through just eat. The chow mein dish had burn noodles and tasted horrendous I couldn’t eat it, I called the restaurant back who weren’t helpful in the slightest and told me I needed to raise it with just eat. I’ve not eaten any of the meal not received any of my money back. Please can this be looked into?

Sent the wrong share box so i got ribs instead of chicken wings, and description didn't include rice so I ordered that separately and now have loads of rice I didnt need to pay for.

Very bland and not tasty at all. Possibly the worst Chinese food I’ve had in Stoke. Why on earth is the Singapore fried rice red?!

The main part of the meal was great however the prawn crackers were awful. They were definitely not fresh as they tasted dry and stale, they were not at all crispy. Couldn’t fault my chicken satay.

The best Chinese we’ve had for ages! The king prawn omelette was amazing! So many prawns! The chow mein noodles were also delicious! The delivery was speedy and very friendly! Excellent overall!

We ordered our meal 2 hours ago, We called Dragon Palace almost 90 minutes after placing our order who said they'd call us back once they've spoke to the driver but we received no call back. We called back twice and after the second call 20 mins later, we were told it had been delivered to no our next door neighbour...but how would they know that. So e were told it was being cooked but would be another 30 mins-Thanks for nothing!!! Such a shame as the last couple of orders were really good but we won't be ordering from here again.

the take away is a 6 minute drive away and it took over 20 mins to drop off. I do like this place but this happened a lot starting to look else where

i don't usually leave a review, but when I do, it's well deserved whether it's good or bad. Didn't order my usual from here, wanted to change it up a little and I'm happy to say they've done well yet again! I highly recommend the Japanese Udon Noodles 👌
