showed on tracking order was delivered so loads of phone calls that couldn't get through not knowing if delivery was coming or lost. Eventually got through but had to wait due to no drivers. Apart from that food was great as usual. Tracking needs to improve or it was updated incorrectly at the take away, would of saved 50 attempts to call the takeaway.

Dragon Palace is the best take away in the Blackwood area the food is cooked fresh with a 5 star hygiene rating, we've been a customer now for the last 2years and it's far superior to the other take away,'s.

the curry sauce is way too sweet me and my partner found we had to stop at times during the meal as it was too rich and overpowered everything. Apart from that the other dishes were really nice

Just Eat recommended this restaurant as being close to my house. It is 96 miles away. Not the restaurant’s fault - a Just Eat mess up. That’s £40 I’m not getting back!!

Order arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected time which is fantastic because we said as soon as possible. Food was piping hot, amazing and tasty. First time we have ordered from here and it will be my go to from now on. Also got some free spring rolls in the bag. Couldn't be happier. Thankyou.

Ordered Barbeque Spare Ribs but got Spare Ribs in a kind of pink coloured sauce. Ordered Pork with Mushrooms but got Pork with Beansprouts. Ordered Duck with Ginger and Spring Onion but got Duck with something else, the Duck was tougher than leather. Ordered Chicken Curry, it was far too "peppery" to eat. Ordered Fried Onions, I got Fried Onion with a load of Beansprouts mixed in with it. Ordered Prawn Crackers, they were good. Ordered Chips, they were stiff and gritty as if re-heated in microw.

Ordered nearly £40 worth of food. It was some of the nicest Chinese takeaway I have ever had. I ordered in the takeaway so can't comment on the delivery service. It's cash only which is a bit annoying, but the food is very tasty. Had another takeaway, the food was stunning. They were extremely busy but still got it cooked in a reasonable time. It's my favourite Chinese restaurant in a long time. Stunning chow meins, and chicken balls as always. Absolutely lovely. Huge portions.

There are many takeaways in the area but not many good ones I’ve been here a few times over the years and had it recommended by a friend and all I can say is wow awesome food great service and reasonable price I won’t be going anywhere else this is now my go to Chinese

Took a £40.00 order of us and then never delivered the food, apparently they waited outside our house for 15 minutes, like as if we would not answer for our paid for food. Then rang us, moaned at us and said foods been cooked no refund driver waited 15 minutes. No their problem, speak to just eat. Food is normally average here but this has now meant we will never be ordering from them again and would advise people to make sure they are legit and not just taking money then not delivering.

Sorry but twice now Ive eaten there and twice I threw it away

I always have dragon palace I will never switch. The food is stunning and they even made me a salt and pepper chicken ball which is not on they menu and it was stunning. They should put it on the menu. And is super cheap

Thought easily the best Chinese in the area. Has recently changed hands but new owners have even surpassed the previous owners. Superb easy worth the 5 stars.

Nothing compares to the Dragon Palace I’ve been going on here for almost 30 years and the food is as good now as it’s always been.

Very disappointed with food tonight always enjoy but curry didn’t taste good and egg roll wasn’t very fresh bean sprouts seamed on the turn put everything in the bin

Never had any problems with dragon palace until last night. We ordered food and were told it would be between 45 minutes to an hour, hour and 45 minutes later it turned up. We rang to ask where our food was as it was late and the attitude and customer service from the woman on the phone was atrocious and very rude. Once it has eventually arrived, we opened the box to then find we didn’t have our full order so then rang again to obviously let them know we were missing some items. Yet again the attitude was awful and they accused us of lying and told us they ‘triple checked’ the box and that everything was there. They also refused to bring us the missing items and continued to give us attitude over the phone. We paid £50 for the food that turned up late, cold and had items missing. The children were unable to eat as their food was part of the order that was missing so we had to then cook them food after paying so much money for nothing! Very disappointed in the way we were treated as dragon palace has always been a favourite of mine. Will not be ordering from them in the near future, they have now lost a loyal customer.

I had food delivered to my home & it was late & cold when it arrived! The food wasn't very nice, bland & the meat wasn't cooked properly. I won't be ordering food from there again!

Disgusting attitude from manager who accused us of cancelling a previous order and refused to deliver! As we have actually never cancelled an order, I suggest he gets his facts right. To be fair the food, is OK, nothing to write home about though. There are many other restaurants in the area that we will obviously be using in the future. May your business reflect your attitude - disgusting.

The best Chinese /Cantonese iv had , and iv tried quite a few , the curry sauce and the spare ribs are amazing , trust me once you've tried a meal from dragon palace u won't go anywhere else .
