Not bad Chinese! Does what it says on the tin and good portions

Haven't ordered from here for a while; however, the food was top notch & will be ordering from the Dragon Inn again shortly. The only issue was that the delivery was approx 20 mins. later than as shown in their time slot.

Excellent quality food, very tasty, ready to collect on time, courteous staff. Would definitely recommend.

Food was over 2 hour wait!!! When arrived one noodle dish was very very salty which made it inedible. Would not advise using if ordering on a Friday or Saturday delivery as they don’t seem to care about time or delivery once they have your money. Very poor customer service.

Best Chinese order again, no problems

Food was not great. My flat mate enjoyed hers, but what I got was pretty watery and the vegetarian soya, whatever that was, was inedible.

Just eat site does not show tracking which is irritating I had to ring the restaurant to ask if food is coming.

Food arrived 45 minutes after the latest estimated time I was given, 1 hour 40 minutes after the order was placed. Surely if they can’t deliver in good time they should decline the order?

Order delivery slot 7.30pm-7.50pm, arrived 8.30pm It took various phone calls before I got my delivery. They did apologise. I do not know what happened as normally they deliver early. I have been using them for years and this is first time this happened

Mixed veg prawn with rice £9- majority rice, would prefer more prawn and veg content for that price.. Food delicious as always

Food was cold had to put it in the microwave, delivery driver completely ignored me when I answered the door just handed to food bag over and walked away did t acknowledge me at all I said thank you and he just turned his back on me and walked away, been ordering from here for years at least 20 no more

Food delicious as always. But the 2 vegetable spring rolls have shrunk a lot in width. Also I had the prawn vegetable egg fried rice, the big container was full but the amount of prawn and vegetables was disappointingly small, there was tons of egg fried rice to fill the container.. The rest of the order had the amounts the same as usual

Ordered prawn dish but was sent chicken dish instead

The order arrived late and was cold, we have to ring the restaurant twice to chase the order but they were not able to tell us where the order was. We had ordered 2x salt and pepper chicken and we only got one delivered. Overall a very disappointing experience

Nice food, but delivered almost half an hour later than latest estimated time; also refused any partial refund due to late delivery.

Food was once again really good, & chilli beef was wonderfully crispy. Only one slight issue - the salt & pepper tofu didn't contain the usual crisped garlic & chillies. Other than that - very good!

Had to wait longer than advised for food to be delivered; however, as usual it was delicious, with very generous portions - & still very reasonably priced!

Ordered at 5.30 arrived at 7.15 and refunded my £3 after I complained !!!.. Food is good but be prepared to wait

I called to tell them I ordered from the wrong restaurant and they were too far for me to collect. They said they would cancel the order. But they LIED and marked my order as collected and kept the food and the money. VERY DISHONEST AND DISGRACEFUL OWNERS AND STAFF. Keep the money, its obvious you're desperate and pathetic and need it more. Sad excuse for a business owner.

Food was OK, but not as nice as usual, tasted as though they have a different chef.

thai chicken wings is watery and not spicy enough. Not of usual standard. very disappointed.

Disappointing. Hardly any ingredients on the dishes we ordered. Noodles / sauce and a tiny bit of meat. All beige. Nowhere near what each dish should be like.

Most of the food was great as usual, however, the chilli beef although very tasty, wasn't quite as crispy as normal

Good was hot although chow mien was a bit short on chicken.

Food was once again absolutely delicious, the chilli beef is the best in the world. With many takeaways it can go a bit 'gloopy' in the container, but this (as with the salt & pepper tofu), is always extra crispy. Portions were huge & the food was piping hot - brilliant!!!!!

Food was delivered on time & everything was absolutely delicious. The chilli beef (which at other takeaways is often soggy gloop) was superbly crisp, as were the salt & pepper chicken wings. As usual, portion sizes were huge - will be back very soon!!!

Very enjoyable as usual, especially the wonderfully crispy chilli beef !! - only complaint was that the salt & pepper tofu was a bit soggy - hopefully, will be back to it's normal best next time.

I never collected this order and it says collected I ordered it to the wrong restaurant so I wasn’t able to collect its in Surrey and I live in ealing I did not come and collect anything

Once again, nothing but the highest praise for the Dragon Inn. The food was superb - nice & hot & absolutely delicious; the chilli beef was the best I've ever had!!!!

Absolutely fantastic food as always - plus very speedy delivery, especially as it was a Saturday evening!!

Bland food. The squid was chewy and I couldn’t bite through it. The pad Thai wasn’t a proper pad Thai- no eggs or peanuts or veg just bland noodles with no flavour.

The order arrived 1h 45min late. By this time I would have cooked myself a dinner from scratch! Abysmal service and no notification or apologies that they are running late. They should not have accepted the order if they could not deliver.

I cant complain about the food or delivery time at all. But at the time of delivery, my phone was dead. My door bell is out of action too. I was tracking the progress of my order, so i would be prepared for the delivery driver to turn up. The Just Eat app, said my order was confirmed, thats all. My delivery turned up quite early and without any notification. The driver had to knock quite hard on my door to inform me he was there. I did try and explain that my phone was flat and i had not been in formed that the delivery was on its way. The driver was very rude to me ! I was quite shocked at this, he did not want to listen to my reasons why, and was very abrupt to me. It left me a bit upset, but i still thanked him and wished him well for the rest of the evening.

Food finally arrived 1.5 hours late. Tried to call restaurant who were either engaged or they put the phone down on me! The food was totally cold and wasn’t good at all, it all went in the bin! Never again, total waste of time and money. NOT HAPPY!

Don't fall for the positive reviews. My order took over 2.5 hours. They kept telling me false delivery times. Crispy beef... had no beef in it. Food was OK and pro was that it was very hot. But overall v disappointed.

I would normally rate this 5* but the food tonight was inedible.

Food arrived on time, was just warm I had to heat it up in the microwave. The beef curry should be called onion curry , very little beef at all. The noodles were tasteless. Very disappointed.

I love their food. Usually have with a friend who orders. Most Saturdays are Chinese from Dragon.

Estimated delivery time of 1845-1905 up until 1905 the app status said order confirmed then at 1905 it changed to delivered which is wasn’t. Called the restaurant who told me the order would be 4 or 5 mins. It finally arrived at 1930 was barely warm and greasy. It was not at all enjoyable but as I had to leave for work at 2000 had no option but to accept it. I’ll not be ordering from here again

Sadly it was a terrible meal, everything oversalted. Chicken satay was chewy and the sauce was liquid with a nasty taste of nothing like peanuts. Even the prawn crackers were either hard as rock or flabby. Go elsewhere

How disappointing, family take away , usual chicken satay was dry and salty and the peanut sauce was watery and disgusting with a nasty aftertaste . The prawns were really salty , the prawn crackers were hard ... Used to be so good and I won't be going back

Food is outstanding - best in the area no doubt. And we will be ordering, as it's just so good. But order in advance. Sad it takes more than hour to arrive. Sometimes even hour and a half.

Rude driver,food was tasteless,I ordered thai coconut egg fried rice and just got plain tasteless egg rice.

Absolutely LOVE our dragon Inn!!! Always consistently good food, good service and never disappointed. We order very regularly from this place and I would say it’s definitely the best take away. The staff are all wonderful. We love you guys x
