Half the food was cold and no taste. Chicken and prawns dry. Very sad.

Not great I'm afraid,grossly over priced,liver was tough,very chewy,the chicken in the curry was diced cubes,similar to what you'd buy in Iceland in a bag,and to top it off,if the bill is over £20 as ours was,you get a free bag of prawn crackers ,,,, we didn't,, sorry not impressed 👎wouldn't go back.

What a waste of money. The chips had a strange taste to them. The spring rolls looked like mush!!! And what can I say about the curry words fail me!!! Sorry but won’t order again.

What can I say ordered at 17.45 received a phone call almost immediately saying they had accidentally cancelled the order but had the payment just gone through asked to reorder verbally after waiting almost an hour we rang back to ask why the order hasn’t arrived told they would ring back the order was cancelled and they wanted repayment so we immediately cancelled. This accounts to poor service plus expecting two payments for 1 order

i asked for chow mein. what even is this? chow mein is supposed to be mostly vegetable, but this hardly has any in it!! this is a shocking excuse for food. how dare you serve this to your customers!!!!If i wanted to eat a plate of carbs, I could have just cooked a plate of plain spaghetti, and put some chicken soup on it.disgusting.

We've enjoyed our meals everytime, very tasty. Reasonable prices and quick service. In my opinion the best in the Wrexham Gwersyllt & Llay area and weve tried most of them when our favourite is closed. Any bad comments you might hear will be from jelous competitors.

Good food every time had a delivery a few times been on time and hot ,hot and sour soup was lovely ,egg fried rice good ,I didn’t like chicken chow men noddles over cooked

Food was good as always. But the bad review is the fact that it took 2 hours to arrive. And 45 minutes after phoning to see where it was to be told it was on its way. Then when it arrives. Not even an apology. I appreciate that places get busy. But don’t lie to me and tell me it’s on its way when it isn’t.

This takeaway offers freshly cooked English & Chinese meals of a good standard & price.Waiting time is acceptable.

I’ve recently ordered from Dragon City Chinese takeaway. I’ve ordered from here before and never had an issue until tonight. I never normally complain even if there is a few issues with the food BUT I’ve had to put all of the food in the bin it was that bad.First of all, the delivery person (don’t know if it’s a woman or a man as never got to see them), knocked on my door and left the food ON THE FLOOR which is totally unacceptable and unhygienic. Then I opened my supposedly salt & pepper chips - there were no peppers just some old onions and loads and loads of salt and even more oil, I mean the chips were drenched in it which put me off. Moved onto the sweet and sour chicken - had no vegetables in this and the sauce.. well there was no sauce just some water, this completely put me off and I had to put all of it in the bin as it was that vile.I thought I’d try my battered sausage, I’m not sure how old this sausage was but the batter tasted something between cement and a rock so this has also gone in the bin.I’ve been left starving, angry and £20 down...

Order here quite often, as it is one of a very few that deliver pretty quick.But, PLEASE!!!!! Do not allow the woman to do any deliveries.She has absolutely no interest in customer satisfaction, and no sooner have I opened the door, the food is dumped on the floor, very unhygienic. She has done it more than once now. I have never known any food delivery to do this. Not good!!!!!

food isn't bad but it's expensive for what it is , 5.50 -8.00 for the main and 3.00 + for the rice to go with it , sweet & sour chicken and rice ×2 = not far off £20 , the sleepy panda does take out for that kind of money better food too , just being honest . impossible to park on busy day

Nicest Chinese I've had in a while. Thought I would try one more before I gave up on them. Wasn't greasy, had flavour and decent portion size.

Went on the way home from work to pick up a takeaway. I usually use a delivery service from a different Chinese but as Dragon City is close to home I decided to try it. We decided on crispy chicken in BBQ sauce, egg fried rice, veg chow mein, salt and pepper chips. The service was great, the lady serving was very friendly and helpful. I could hear lots of chopping in the back and felt pleased as it seemed to be cooked from fresh. But when we unpacked the meal with that anticipation of satisfying your hunger, I can't really explain the sheer disappointment at how awful every single dish was. The crispy chicken was inedible - pale coating which didn't look right, some were chewy in texture some rock hard - only tried a couple because the flavour was strange as was the chow mein and even the chips. We just couldn't eat it. Waste of £20+ and maybe I should have taken it back but we just put it in the bin and had toast!

Ordered food around half 5, food came 20 mins later, the woman who delivered my food ,dumped my food on the floor and didn’t even speak once! My food was luke-warm, tasted like poo. Will not be ordering from these again. Dissppointed and disgusted.

Just ordered from here first time tonight and both me and my partner loved it, definelty our new favourite Chinese in Wrexham. Was delivered in good time food still warm unlike some places we have ordered from.

This is a take away so only seating while waiting for your order. It does have a step to get into so would be difficult for a wheelchair user. Great food and does have take out delivery option

spent £27 and you didn’t even include a free prawn crackers ?? delivery charge £3, I’m 1.7 miles away, minimum deliver of £13.00 and a surcharge of 50p, such a shame, your food was lovely but never paying that much again, I’ve used you many times in the past but your huge delivery charge and increased minimum order. which you’ve just changed...you’ve lost my business !!!

the curry was very thick like it had been standing. the chicken was chucks and when ya bit them they were very chewy the rice was slodgy! wouldn’t order again sorry

Ordered our food on line and we phoned up because the order had been declined....they turned round and said that they were really busy and stopped taking orders online, there was no apology neither. The food took 90 minutes to arrive...been put off since!!

Appalling service, food was absolutely horrendous and after I have been a regular customer and rang to complain they told me they'd replace my meal which never made it to my door!! Would never ever use these or recommend to anyone disgusting and rude!!
