Dr. Noodles Noodle Bar in Stirling

I am local and been coming to Stirling for 5 years plus and I've had to change my review due to lots of smaller problems (that I believe stems for some of the staff) Last 10+ times I've ordered for my daughter and partner (who only eat broccoli) they have been wrong sauce and veg wise even when the place is empty, as I always take away we only find out when we get home. Came to a head recently when we took our daughter to get noodles at opening time 11:30 to be told another 20 mins and after coming back after those 20mins was told a further 20 mins which led to us not having lunch as we were catching a train. (Some) Staff members seem unengaged and distracted. I love this place and it's disappointing to see this happen and it's making me just want to stay away, I'd love to see if others have noticed this.

Amazing I usually go for large noodle box with chicken all the veg sati teriyaki crispy onions on top, staff super friendly 😊

I actually can’t work in Stirling without popping into Dr Noodles for my lunch. Foods amazing and staff super friendly.

Went in today, with 2 friends hopefully to collect last remaining stamp on loyalty card and claim free box for a friend. Was told that wouldn't be allowed therefore we all ordered separately as I couldn't claim free box at this shop as i would need to fill card out then come back another time. I asked to get my card stamped for the purchase of my own regular box of noodles to be told no as I had asked to use student discount. I have collected 9 stamps all used in conjunction with student discount so either all other 9 staff are untrained or the staff this morning were being prickly and difficult for no reason. One of my friends suggested claiming a stamp for her regular box of noodles to be met with a shoddy look from server's. She paid full price and paid for extra sauce . Mind you both the box with "extra" and normal amount looked exact same . Shop didn't even turn over open sign till 11.52 either . Highly Dissapointed in the service today and atmosphere shown in store u would expect after purchasing 3 boxes of noodles total 2 full price a stamp would be allowed. Only returned today to fill out loyalty card as the place in stirling can be hit or miss with food quality. Hopefully staff get better training or have rules for loyalty cards displayed more clearly in future.

First time trying Dr Noodles today. Never even knew it existed but I’ll be back! The noodles and beef with their Riccardo green curry and satay sauce was savage 🤤😋 Not a fancy restaurant but a good spot for meeting up with friends and trying something different!

I had a bone in my noodles from here and when I went into complain about it the boys just smiled and shrugged there shoulders and told me it is frozen cooked chicken they use!??? Then how could there possibly be a bone in it!!

Fast service, good food for a good price. Never been disappointed.

Just what the Dr ordered. Upon arriving the establishment was very quiet. Just the staff there. The property is clean and tidy, though it looks a little tired. The food was exceptional. Freshly made, full of flavour and made rapidly. I wish there were more options for the veg add-ons and maybe peanuts ( I know I know allergies). It always adds a nice surprise crunch to your meal. I can see it's popular with the locals. As the longer we were eating. The footfall was regular. Would I go back ? Yup sure would. Next time I need a belly full of goodness.

Just had a lunch with my wife here..and we both loved the delicious noodles with spices m, veg, chicken and king prawns. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Young lad working today around 15:30pm no customer service had to tell him what I wanted rather than him just looking at me not asking which is there job to do so , I get the same thing from dr noodles every never change it up and was the worst Iv ever tested, won’t be back to the Stirling one again.

Cool little noodle shop. It uses a bit of a Mongolian bbq style, where you select your flavors and they make it for you. It was yummy and the prices were reasonable. The staff was nice and friendly. Kids loved it.

My usual noodle place. Ordered tofu noodle boxes but received chicken instead. Couldn’t eat as we’re vegetarian. No refund :/

Great food, exactly what it says on the tin with many combinations to choose from and very filling. Kids like coming here which is great and gives me a day off from burgers and chicken nuggets. Staff are always very nice and welcoming.

Came to Dr noodle as they have several vegan options. Love the noodles here and have travelled back from Bo'ness several times.

Very tasty I had the regular, with chicken, all the veg and spicy coconut sauce...bloody good and very filling. Staff were nice too.

Ordered a take away. Food was nice but didn’t even put forks/ chopsticks or napkins in the bag for us. Paid £16 for the food on its own you’d think they could at least add some utensils 🤦🏾‍♀️

My tastebuds were in there element eating Dr Noodle I had noodles , beef all the veg and black pepper sauce , so so yummy

Unlike most of the time my mountain of rice was dry and what little green curry sauce there was subsequently lacked any flavour. Contained a measly 3 prawns and very very little peppers. Broccoli was just about acceptable and was nice and crunchy. I appreciate it’s only a rung above fast food but I’d still expect a better standard. Very dissatisfied and it’ll be a while before I order again. 3/4 of the rice was uneaten. 20-10-22

My son loves noodles and said it's the best

Fantastic noodle and amazing staff the two girls that served me made my noodle experience a memorable one and I will never forget it. I never was a fan of noodles before but sense being here I really enjoy them and will definitely come again. All the staff are very hard workers.

Ordered via deliveroo, 2 x chicken satay noodle boxes, says right on the receipt they gave us with our food. Only one arrived, ordered at 8pm, delivered at 840pm, shop didn't answer the phone as they were closing at 9pm, a 20 minute window before their stated closing time. Disgraceful way to treat customers, if your open until 9 you should answer up until then. Seems like they are more bothered about closing up then service. Which is a shame as the food is very good

Came and ordered 2 veg boxes from Dr Noodle and then drove home, only to discover that they had given us two noodle boxes, which my wife can't eat. We both attempted to call then multiple times as it was nearly closing, only to have someone pick up the line and immediately hang it up. Terrible service would not recommend

These guys don't even pick up the phone, I phoned 3 times last week no one picks up, phoned again today, not picking up the phone, am taking my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

Great service and a good concept. Choose rice or noodles, beef, chicken, shrimp and veggies, and then a choice or about 10 sauces. Simple but quick and easy.

Went in with my friend, she ordered, I was then ignored for 8+ mins as I stood at the till waiting to order next. Staff all working with heads down and look miserable. I then asked if the staff could see me, as I was waiting to order. They all looked rather sheepish and the girl came over and said that my friend ordered and she thought that was it. I said that no, I was waiting by the till waiting to order. Then said not to bother as I no longer wanted food from them. Attitude of the girl was pretty dismissive. Shame as the food is usually quite good, the customer service tonight is severely lacking.

Cant complain about our lunch out today at dr noodles in Stirling. It was a great meal. Welcoming staff & reasonably priced. I was worried about portion sizes / the quantity of meat vs rice as some reviews complained. But I wasn’t disappointed, there Was a lot of meat, rice , sauce and veg. It was all very well proportioned. Super tasty & hot. We didn’t have to wait long, really easy menu & ordering system! would recommend to anyone.

Excellent food, we had 5 different small boxes of noodles and sauces and they were all empty in no time! My 3 kids loved it and as new residents in Stirling, this will be a common haunt of ours, I have no doubt. Nice, helpful staff and street food feel.

I found the food quiet boring and bland. I asked for prawn rice and got 4 prawns, the rice was bland. Choice of vegetables were onions and peppers. For what I paid I didn't see worth it. Not a place I would recommend.

Dr noodles is good but expensive for what it is. The store offers online orders for click and collect as well as sit in, take away and delivery (via just eat ect). The staff are always very busy but seem friendly, there is an issue in that part of town with unsavoury people hanging about outside so be aware.

Bad attitude, bad taste, bad ambient. Just overall bad experince.

Would normally get a solid 5 stars. Love this place but today seemed to be a sauce and meet shortage, I got to the bottom of the tub and noodles were plain and no beef!!

Visited this branch of Dr. Noodles, in January 2020, with my friend whilst out and about in Stirling. We wanted something quick and tasty to eat and having tried the branch in Perth in the past, we thought we would try the one in Stirling. A lovely branch, the decor matching the style of the restaurant. Modern yet with an asian twist which makes it warm and inviting! Accessable for people with mobility issues. Clean and tidy also which is a bonus. A good selection of noodles, rice dishes etc on the menu. You just pick the combination you want then order it. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. We ordered our food to go and after a short wait it was ready. Now this is where I have to comment why I put very good instead of excellent. Now when I pay for any food, I expect to get what I ask for and pay for. The noodles I chose were tasty and delicious. But I ordered extra sauce and there was not any extra sauce. I like to give my noodles flavour with the sauce, otherwise they taste bland. If I had gotten what I paid for then it would have been an excellent score. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. The price charged is not cheap so I just expect my order to be made to my liking. Would definately visit again if in Stirling and it is actually one of your bettet branches!

First time having a Dr Noodles. Was good. Chicken satay sauce was brilliant and you could actually taste the peanut in the curry.

If you have a stomach ulcer, do not come here 😂. Too spicy.

Stumbled across here and had 5 different noodle combos which all of us enjoyed. Coconut curry with teriyaki and king prawn especially good.

Food was brought to our table. Beloved, only one thing you need to clean the floor thoroughly because the eraser under a large table has been lying for 3 days. Last week I visited Dr Noodles for the first time as a result of a notice from American Express saying they were part of the annual Shop Small promotional campaign. Unfortunately payment by Amex was not set up properly. That said, staff there were very friendly and I didn't have to wait too long for my order. The portion was generous.

There was a similar store in Durham City, where I used to frequent most Saturdays. Dr Noodle is very similar in many ways to WoksApp, in that you pick your carbs, meat, vegetables and protein. I opted for the chilli beef option and the young lad asked / warned if I had, had it before. I told him I’d had similar, previously. The food as you’d expect, was cooked over a hot burner and everything was piping hot and delicious. The chilli beef was fiery, but a great addition and plenty of it. The outlet looks to be one of a few along the same theme across the Central Belt. They are big on recycling, which is always a plus.

We walked into Dr. Noodles for lunch, and were pleased with the choices. We had leftovers to take home for later. Nice variety of menu choices.

Really disappointed as I had heard good things from friends re the Perth branch and was looking forward to trying takeaway from here. But I guess every franchise is different or I just got them on a bad day. I ordered beef satay noodles with extra veg. The first thing I noticed when I tipped it onto my plate was the lack of veg. If this is the amount of veg you get when paying extra for extra veg then the normal amount of veg must be non existent. There were lots and lots of noodles though. Noodles must be cheaper than veg so better to fill the box with noodles rather than the veg paid for. The noodles were horribly greasy and the satay sauce was grainy. Not worth the £8 paid for a medium box. In fact not worth anything! I'd like to think I got a one off bad meal or the chef was new but at that price and given how queasy the greasy noodles made me I won't be trying it again to see. Shame!

Delicious food, with lots of variety, and warm, friendly staff!

Great noodles restaurant, everything cooked fresh, staff are really helpful and will add or take away to customise a dish, we visit regularly as there is something to suit everyone. You can also choose the option to get your lunch in a box which means leftovers can be taken home for later! One of our favourite places to eat!

First time tasting these noodles and I will say they were delicious! I went for beef with black pepper and some satey sauce,went down a treat! My partner went for beef and noodles with black bean,she loved it! We both said the beef was so tender and juicy. Noodles were perfect.We’ll be back for sure🥡🥢

Delightful experience from the second you go through the door. Staff very warm and helpful, as was our first visit. Food came quickly and was utterly delish. Whole family loved it and keen to go back.

We had not heard of this chain at all and were simply looking for a bite to eat to suit everyone in the family when we came across this in Stirling. We were very impressed, it is surprising how much is in that small size box... I had the prawn and black bean which was yummy, daughter had satay tofu which was a little too spicy for her, hubby had chicken green curry and that was spicy but perfect for him and other daughter enjoyed her extra vegetables noodles. A great idea, wish we had them in Sussex

Took 13yr old daughter. We loved the concept ,food was good and very good portion. We ate in but not somewhere you could stay for too long. Ideal for lunch or when you want a quick and appetising meal before cinema or just a takeaway.

The food is good, but they do not offer the Applebee's Bar and Grill menu.

Dr. Noodles is fantastically delicious. Chicken satay is nice and spicy. Always busy inside. Takeaway is freshly cooked in front of you in a few minutes. Love it
